I love hot worx, and I've been a member since this one opened in April 2023. That being said, they are independently owned and this one is just not maintained. All 3 bikes in the blast room have something wrong with them, cant adjust seats, none of the displays work, so you can't even see them, which is needed in the workout. Last year it was one bike, they never addressed it, now it's all 3 in there. I would say something but there is never anyone at the desk during "staffed hours" I hear the others are maintained better than the Chisholm Trail one, so I would go that route.

Hi. I've emailed your manager about my rewards since July, no reply. I did speak with her on phone, said she would take care of it, never did. Back to ghosting. This place is so poorly ran, went in for a session, go to my sauna and desk girl is laying in it because she's cold. Poorly managed. Again, independently owned, go to a different one.
BTW, months later, machines have gotten worse not better.

Made an appointment for free class try out. Called at opening to ensure correct spot was assigned. Waited for 10 minutes at front desk (another member let me into the locked door). Called 3 times while waiting at the empty front desk. I would have gone to the class without any help but was unsure of which sauna to use or even how to operate it. Guess I won’t be going…..

This place is clean, and the ladies are all so nice and helpful. The shopping center it's in has all the things. So it's a great location. Very easy check in online, you can tell if someone is going to be in the sauna with you, I prefer to be by myself 😂 then you just leave. No sales, no chit chat just in, seat and out.

The saunas are well used now and it shows by the nasty residue built up in there that looks like it is rarely cleaned. Also, be prepared for them to force a $99 cancellation fee on you if you ever decide to end your membership. Very sketchy people running this thing.

I went for the first time and the manager Adriana was so sweet and helpful! The space was really clean and the atmosphere was so positive. Adriana was also really knowledgeable and personable while showing me around the space. Everyone should go here!

One star based on the quality of phone call I had with the associate who had me confused with someone who probably doesnt want to continue their membership with you lol

She was rude, indirect, and almost combative when I was asking her to clarify because I was actually confused by the phone call.

If this is the type of people that work there I’d take my business elsewhere too sheeeeeeeesh

I’ve been a member since April 2023! Everyone is helpful and the location is really clean. The monthly price is reasonable and the flexibility in scheduling on the app makes it all worth it. I recommend Hotworx Chisholm Trail 10/10.

Try calling up here, no one answers ever. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks, go in person to cancel cause we have moved. They trap you in “contracts” that are a 60 day policy if you cancel. The girl at the front I don’t know her name was nice but said that they don’t have a true phone so it doesn’t get answered or calls don’t get returned. My wife liked this place a lot but when trying to get a hold of someone it’s impossible and the contracts are sketchy. Just be aware when signing up.

This is the best HOTWORX location I have ever been to. It is huge and exceptionally clean, and I super appreciate the sweat towels. This is the perfect gym for a person who wants intense sweat, challenging isometric training, and really great cardio. The weights in the back are excellent if you want to add that into your training. I use my own weight training platform videos and it works perfectly.
Brenda and all of the staff are the kindest most welcoming group. I also love that it works so well with my schedule and that I can change my workout times whenever I feel like it and still get in there. By tracking my calories on the app every time I work out, I have been able to completely pay for my monthly membership with my rewards.

This location was very unwelcoming. I went to the Ten Gallon location today, Tuesday, January 30th, at approximately 1:30 pm to get sign-up information. When I walked the door was locked. A staff member just cracked the door as if the location was closed for business. She kept me outside and gave me the information without providing brochure pricing or services. I wanted to tour the facility but wasn't offered the opportunity. I had assumed I would be able to come inside the location because when I looked through the glass front, I saw a worker from Sonic just sitting inside. This made me very uncomfortable, and I felt very unwelcome. I will not be joining this facility and I will be calling the corporate office because this is not the way to treat the community.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!
We had some hiccups at first. One of theirs and one was mine. I thought everything was back on track and chose to go here when I was short on time but wanted a good sweat. I don't do the pre-recorded stretching nonsense. I come here to work hard. I use a streaming app but their Internet is so inept that I have to stop every few minutes to wait for the stream to work. They have internet. They post the password right there on the front desk. They tell you to use their internet. It's supposed to be one of the "perks" that come along with the $60 or $70 you pay each month. Well, it does not work on Wi-Fi nor data, with a brand new Google Pixel 7 Pro, and HP laptop, a Dell laptop, or a Samsung Ultra. The manager claims it's my phone. Then, he claims it is Spectrum. Well Spectrum is a whole 20 yards away. If there's a problem, why doesn't the management pop on over and have it fixed?

I don't know what the problem is with this place. I guess if you just want to do a little stretching here, a little there, it's cool but don't expect anything to stream without stalling. It's not either phone. It's not either laptop. I doubt it is a Spectrum problem.

Save your money. Go to Perspire. Go to a different HOTWORX and hope for something better. But make sure that your new location is not as impotently operated as the one in far SW Fort Worth. Cut arm holes and leg holes in trash bags, turn on the heater in your car and get your detox sweat on that way. Go to E05 on Altamesa or Fitness Connection on Hulen if you want to sit in an actual sauna. Whatever you do, don't waste your money here. But if you must waste your money to get a good sweat on, I will build you a bonfire and we can stand real close as you use your cash as kindling. I gave this place plenty of chances. I no longer am going to deal with this bunch of baffoons. You shouldn't, either.
