I love this concept of infrared fitness studio. 🔥It is private, less intimidating than going to a regular gym and much more effective.I have felt amazing and can’t wait to go back. It’s more than just a gym, it is an exercise recovery experience. Plus their staff is so friendly! ☺️ I’m definitely telling everyone about it!!

Disappointing Experience with Hotworx Membership Cancellation Process. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I reached out to Hotworx to notify them that I needed to cancel my membership because these workouts were no longer safe for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the cancellation process was frustrating and disappointing.

Initially, I was informed that I could only cancel my membership in person. I was also told that I had paid several months in advance, so I would either have to wait until the prepaid period ended or pay to freeze my account. Given that I wouldn't be able to return for a while due to my pregnancy, I explained my situation.

I went in person to cancel my account. At that point, I was told I could have canceled over the phone—something I wasn’t informed of earlier. To add to my frustration, I was then told I would be charged a $99 cancellation fee.

Overall, my experience was highly disappointing. The communication was unclear, and the process felt unnecessarily complicated.

I really enjoy the multi-benefit workout. The isometric holds and provided modifications help prevent injury. The infrared heat makes it easier to stretch sore, tired muscles and assist your body in detoxing. The FX zone is complete with weights and useful machines and NOOOO grunting peacocks.

HOTWORX is such a wonderful (and needed) addition to Greenville. The staff and owners are committed to keeping everything perfect and clean. Takes a few sessions to get adjusted to the heat, but it’s exponentially better than a regular gym. I do love the 24hr access and HOW SAFE IT IS LATE AT NIGHT!! Great monthly cost and great results. I can feel myself getting stronger with use. Try a free session and you’ll sign up!

I love Hotworx & this location! I've been going consistently since the day they opened. It's so convenient- no cancellation fees if you can make your session (just be considerate & make sure to remove it in your app). It's a small studio but everyone it very considerate of personal belongings and space. It's the first time in a long time that I look forward to my exercise. I love the isometric workouts- it's my "me time" and so good for my body and mind!

This is my first experience of exercising in an infrared sauna. I absolutely love it & admit I’m addicted! The Greenville location is awesome! The people are nice, saunas are hot 🥵 , I love the vending machine so
I can rent a locker for a mat & towel and other gear needed for the ISO workouts. The app is awesome for scheduling your class. This is such a fun experience! I’ve been sleeping better, skin is glowing, can’t wait to see weight loss results next. 💪🏻

Hotworx is amazing! The sessions are intense but also accessible for all fitness levels and the virtual trainers are so motivating. I leave every session feeling energized and renewed. The studio is always clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
