I really enjoy the HOTWORX at Bar W. The flexibility to choose workouts and timing is super convenient, and the infrared 3D workouts make the HIIT sessions both challenging and effective. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. The only downside is that the classes haven’t changed even after two months, which can feel repetitive. It would be great if the workout videos were updated every couple of weeks to keep things.

Everything was clean and organized, never been to this location before, I was in the area and decided to stop by, I suggest that the owners add a caddy to the bathroom shower to put the soap and sponge, I also suggest to put a square table between the toilet and sink for us to put our gym bag, I had to put a lot of my items on the floor, this is the first location I been to that doesn’t have a small table inside the bathroom, hopefully they fix this, I will come back in a few weeks, thank you.

Don’t believe when they say it is a 3 month commitment. They should call it loud it is a 3 month committment + 2 months fee when you decide to cancel (after initial 3 months). It is more like a 5 month commitment!!!! Rip off !!!

Hotworx is the only place I can work out and not feel stiff and sore afterwards. My doctor even said it was good for my cardio health to be in the (controlled temperature) heat. I have always had great interactions with the staff, and the manager, Maddie, is especially nice when I forget my towel or keys! It's worth a try to see if you feel better after being in the sauna for workouts. The 24 access is a bonus too.

I've been working out at this location for over 1.5 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maddie and the team do an outstanding job, making each workout enjoyable. In January, I chose to end my membership with HOTWORX Leander due to an unexpected divorce, fully prepared to comply with their 60-day cancellation policy. I find this policy questionable and not in the best interest of the community, favoring financial gain over customer flexibility, but non the less I agreed to it.

Despite adhering to this policy, I was unexpectedly billed in April, after the cancellation period had concluded. My attempts to resolve this through a refund were outright denied.This situation has prompted me to critically assess HOTWORX Leander’s business ethics. It appears their priorities skew more towards maximizing profits rather than ensuring customer satisfaction or ethical treatment. Their refusal to issue a refund, especially during my ongoing personal challenges, underscores a lack of empathy and customer care.

For those considering joining HOTWORX Leander, I advise caution. It's important to support businesses that not only provide valuable services but also prioritize ethical practices, fairness, and the well-being of their community.

DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! Go to any other workout facility!

They have a 2 month cancellation notice! That is an AWFUL business ploy. Imagine you are moving, no longer wanting or needing a service, yet you still have to give this business $120 of your money. This is ridiculous and greedy. Especially in the times we are living in. I did not sign up here, my husband did. Sadly he agreed to that policy. I NEVER would have.

Please do not reply to this comment mansplaining me that it is corporate policy, and in your agreement, I know. I’m saying it’s and awful policy, and I don’t think that policy holds customers interests at heart, just the company’s pockets. They don’t offer any refund, compensation, and like the lady said “Well we aren’t responsible for non use.” MAM, OF COURSE WE DIDN'T USE IT! We cancelled it! My husband got a new job and could not longer come in and use it like he used to.

Your policy is awful. Do better. Clearly other people think the same if you read the reviews.

My wife and I have been going here for over a year now and we have to say that its become our main favorite workout location, Maddie and her crew maintain the saunas, restrooms and gym area squeaky clean and the music selection keeps you pumped throughout your workout incase you forgot to bring you earbuds! My go to is the thunder row , after my 15 min warmup I hit the gym area for my daily routine. Highly recommend anyone to try it out, the crew has seen me transformed from dad bod to super human during my time here (wife is very happy), 130 degrees is my default now in the sauna and I wish I could make it go higher, give it a try you won't be let down!

Just got this text by what I’m guessing is a dumb mistake from your business. Very nice. Well, I was going to hold my tongue, however I decided to share with you why I was a “vibe kill”. First of all, my wife asked me if I wanted a free workout and if I would go with her. I told her I would go since she wanted the workout and was interested about Hot Worx as a whole. We both discussed beforehand that if she liked it then she would sign up. She can 100% do whatever she likes and I’ll always support her for that. To inform you, she isn't as bold as I am to speak up when she doesn’t like things. She is sweet as can be. I too was going to leave and never say a thing, not even leave a time wasting review. Now, here I am…wasting my time. Number one, the space is way too small to do yoga. Sweet Jesus, I’m 5’11” and couldn’t extend or stretch without thinking of hitting a wall. My wife is 5’7 and she even thought the same. Number two, the General Manager was so loud and obnoxious with her discussion in the hallway with another customer that it made the closed door yoga class unpleasant. Number three, I’m not there to be buddy buddy, giggles and sunshine, and sign up for a $59 membership. I’m there to support my wife and have a “free workout”, as it directly states on the company’s front page. I was cordial and letting my wife talk to you because it was her that was curious. It was her that need the answers, not me. I was open to her signing up if it was her “vibe”. I already have my gym and do my own thing. Want to judge anyone? Judge yourself for your lack of character and professionalism.
