The associates are great! Erin , Bailey (manager) , Ian, & Monica are so helpful and the place is always clean. Friendly service from the staff but can’t say the same for the owner Rhonda. She comes off rude and changed a few things such as renting mats for $5 when before we could borrow for free. Not to mention the vending machine being overpriced. I give the staff 5 stars but ownership needs an attitude check.

I love HOTWORXS, the results after one workout is amazing and staff is friendly, but the reason for 2 star review is because they definitely have a cockroach problem. I went to the restroom and immediately saw 3 cockroaches. This definitely disgusted me since it’s matt Pilates and we are laying on the sauna floor.

I honestly joined thinking that I wouldn’t follow through, that I would just end up paying for my membership and not attend the workouts but I fell in love with it! I’ve been a member since the beginning of the year, and I really appreciate the friendly, attentive staff at this location—Bailey and Ian, in particular, have gone above and beyond. Bailey took the time to help me resolve an issue with the yoga mat that comes with membership, making sure I found one that worked for me. Ian also made a point to assist me with a BMI reading even as his shift was ending, which I genuinely appreciated. Their professionalism and care make a big difference.

That said, I wanted to share a few observations that I hope might be helpful for the overall experience. Some machines have been out of service for a while (like Sauna 8, seat #2, and Sauna 6, seat #1), and there are times when paper towels or hand sanitizer aren’t available. I’ve also noticed some of the equipment isn’t quite aligned with the screens inside the saunas, which makes certain workouts feel a little awkward.

On a separate note, the entrance has had a couple of potholes for some time now—it’s a small detail, but fixing it could really enhance the first impression when arriving.

I’d also like to suggest offering single-use sanitizing wipes instead of a shared cloth. It would make it easier for members to clean up after themselves in a way that feels fresh and sanitary.

Lastly, the water from the dispenser tends to have an odd taste. It might be worth looking into a filtered water system to give members a better hydration option.

Overall, I really value the service and environment Hotworx provides. With a few facility updates, I think this location could be an even better place for members to enjoy their workouts. Thank you again to the staff for everything you do!

The manager even threatened to not allow me access even paying anywhere because I was frustrated when the mistakenly cancelled my membership instead of my daughters. They somehow made it my fault. They’ve got an assortment of classes you take (with a virtual instructor) in the sauna ranging from 15-45 minutes of HIIT training or your traditional yoga/pilates class. I cancelled my membership in May and found out in September after going through my bank statements that I was still being charged. I called to ask for a refund and was told there was a 60 day cancellation notice. I informed the manager who I must add was very rude that I was told it was a 30 day notice when I registered and was told again when I cancelled. She just said that the person who canceled my membership wasn’t working with them anymore and that their staff now is better informed as if that matters to me now.

The studio itself is always clean, workouts are ok but you have to be self motivated cause the onscreen coaches aren’t that great and if you are not good at working out alone then try to join class with at least one other person so you don’t slack. The reason for my 2 stars is because the cancellation policy is not member friendly. It benefits the studio above all. I cancelled on May 1 and was told that would be my last time being billed (long story here, too much to type). Needless to say, I was billed again in June and went back and was told by the same manager that she never said that and it’s actually a 90 day cancellation. She also informed me that May 1 was not even counted as part of my 90 days and I’d actually be charged 3 times after that. At this visit I started the conversation with one employee and ended it with 3 talking to me and saying the same thing. I felt a bit ganged up on so I dropped it and said forget it and left. So after cancelling May 1st I was still billed for June-August. Additionally, I was just accidentally billed AGAIN on Sept 1 but I should be receiving my refund on that. I have an extensive background in managing a fitness studio from the ground up. This is the quickest way to keep people gone for good. Most times, people just change up their routines and make plans to return. After this experience, I will never return unfortunately.

I love Hotworx! I am able to workout after work, it is such a relief considering I get out of work @1/3am. I have been able to bring some friends and we all enjoy it. I’m a HOTWORX member and even work at a location in the DFW area so I know good customer service and kindness is very important. I walked in to purchase a membership for my boyfriend and the TSA at the desk was so helpful and kind but the manager sitting down on the side gave me an ugly look when I walked in and the whole time I was getting helped I felt very uncomfortable. I’ve been working out at Hotworx since it opened last year and I’ve been loving it! The benefits have been great and I always feel good after leaving. Excellent place! I love the experience I receive with them. I do highly recommend to my friends & coworkers. Only one downside is that the restaurants and the saunas itself are not always clean (women hair are over the place). Otherwise, I highly recommend that place! Awesome health benefits and 24/7 availability are perfect for each customer 💛

I really wanted to like this place. I anxiously awaited the opening for months. I’m very sad to say I was just not impressed with my first visit. I was scolded for not using a hot works mat which is apparently mandatory to either purchase or rent. It’s nearly $50 and I don’t have the funds for this which is why I haven’t gone back to the studio since. There are also so many commercials for their products in the room as you await your class. The studio itself is very noisy and if yoga is your quiet reflection time, this is NOT the place for you. I’m going to give it another college try in the new year but I’m
Anticipating I’ll be canceling my membership and head back to my former hot yoga studio.
