HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. Experience the benefits of infrared energy and heat through a 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session or any of our 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! I can’t say enough great things about Karla! Every time I walk into the gym, they’re the first to greet me with a friendly smile and positive energy. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with equipment, or offering tips to improve my workout, she is always going above and beyond.You can tell they genuinely care about the members and take pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The gym runs smoother because of Karla they’re truly the heartbeat of the place!

It's been a sweet joy joining Hotworks in Mission. This is the first program in which I felt such a great vibe, so much support, n made me feel comfortable to join!! We love going every day and we are amazed with our results every month!! This is como from someone who suffered a near fatal accident, over a year ago, n spent 2 months in a hospital, n a couple more bedridden n trying to learn to walk n do things for myself!! I seriously wish I could leave no stars.. worst encounter I ever experienced in an establishment. Owner is so unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable.. got confronted about my mat and towel and was told she was going to look at cameras in another area.. went inside my sisters sauna while she was working out and told my sister to be honest about us being sisters. I’m sorry but this establishment is so unprofessional. All I did was want to genuinely work out.. I’m introverted and just like the feeling of being alone while working out. Horrible experience. I’m sad because I really liked how private it was unfortunately I will not be somewhere where the owner makes me feel so uncomfortable. How sad that they just opened and already the owner is doing these things. Unfortunately I will be taking this to corporate

HOTWORX is top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and high intensity work outs.
My FAV is hot cycle!!! The heat levels are adjustable, allowing for a customized experience based on personal preferences. I workout in the gym with weights and they also have a cable machine as well which is great! Starting off with weights then the hot cycle, perfect combo.
The staff is welcoming making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated.
