I have visited my local HOTWORX for a week. It's a very clean facility. The equipment is in excellent condition. The workouts are short but intense. You can go at your bodies pace. The infrared heat keeps me from having too much muscle soreness afterwards. I like I can access the workouts at a time of my choosing.

If you are on the fence about signing up please just go for a trial work out. The staff is amazing, I haven’t had one negative experience with them. They answer any questions no matter how silly you may feel asking them and are always supportive. The facility is always clean and well stocked. I feel safe even during unstaffed hours with their security measures. Not only is the staff welcoming, so are the people working out. It really is a great community of people enjoying with HOTWORX has to offer. Even with all the positives listed above I only signed up because of how great I felt after working out. For me I have a lower back and knee issues. So high impact exercises aren’t for me anymore. With that said HOTWORX provides me with an intense HIIT workouts. I joined in 2019 but couldn’t go all the time. Since 2021 and a new work/life balance,I have tried to go more 3 times a week. I am down 58 pounds over the past year and a half. I absolutely love this place. I’ve been doing Hotworx for about 2 1/2 years. I wear the belt and use their heat my waist has gone from a 14 to a 6-4 . I usually end my day with burning anywhere from 2300-3000 calories in just 30 min a day. I don’t have time to spend hours at the gym so I do the high intensity workouts and I’m in and out within 30 min.

I’m 41, with 4 kids and a busy life, so the variety of 15 and 40 minute classes that are open 24 hours makes it easy to get my workout in. The infrared energy, and heat melt fat and toxins away faster than any regular gym, so you see and feel the results quickly. Love it here. I had passed this location many times ( usually when going to Chipotle 🤭) and didn’t think much of trying it, because I’ve been to a sauna at a spa before and the steam and heat had me feeling like I couldn’t breathe. I also despise heat. The heat is more dry though, and I guess my 4 1/2 years of living in the high desert several years ago helped me a little bit. I have never sweat so quickly while not feeling as gross as I normally would sweating in a gym. It feels clean in here and with my nervous system being in overdrive the past few years, I could tell it was releasing some stress afterward. I could feel my eye twitching afterward for a short amount of time and I knew from then on I needed to keep coming. I need to be here more often. I’ve also heard amazing stories from people.

I don’t know how this place get 5 stars in each and every review.
Because it is unreasonably expensive.
It’s only $59 a month… no wait it’s also $100 sign up fee. So now to sign in it’s way more . Oh and you can not bring your own yogi toe, and no you can’t bring your mat either. You have to purchase those. That’s another $100. So to sign up it is almost $500 for two people. We won’t be back even for a ONE free class. Very disappointing.

I decided to join Hotworx in January 2021 I had been doing cross fit for many years. I'm 56 and my body just couldn't do it anymore.
So, I found differnet workouts in one place that works for me.
I really enjoy the different types of workouts. It's open 24 hours, I can schedule anytime.
The cardio and yoga types really fit what works for me!
Also there are free weights, which I enjoy combining a cardio and weight workout a couple days a week. Then a couple days a week doing different styles of yoga 🧘‍♀️.
I can pop in and do a quick 15 min workout or a yoga class.
I have maintained my weight and toned up!

I would rate this gym a five star but, back in December when the gym had it's Grand Opening I decided to get a membership with them and they asked me if I would like to buy one of their mats(that are required to workout in the saunas that I have yet to try because I don't have my mat😩) so I did buy them which costed me $50! but at the time they didn't have any mats because they just opened but they had the towels that came with them so they gave me my towel and told me that my mat will be in after January and so here we are in March STILL no mat so I went in the other day last week for a workout during business hours I asked the lady at the front desk if they finally had gotten the mats in and she told me yes that they been in and I said great could I please have mine and she said that on the computer it didn't say if I paid for mine (which I did, the owner himself sold it to me!) And she didn't want to give it to me so I asked to speak to the owner of the gym since he sold it to me and she said that she will let him know that I want to speak to him that he will give me a call days go by still no call so I ended up calling back to the gym and asked again for the owner and she said the same that she would let him know that I want to speak to him but yet again here we are no call😩🙄 maybe just give me my money back and I'll just go buy a cheaper one from Walmart 🤷🏼‍♀️

Since I cant reply back to your comment Greg, I know we are going to meet up on Monday and I do appreciate it! I had posted this before I had gotten to talk to you. As previously stated on the phone when I joined your gym I guess I misunderstood but I thought I purchased the mat and the towel because y'all told me that I could use my towel in replacement of my yoga mat till it arrives late January..and I know there are four other saunas because I have been using them, which I love btw! 😊 But would like to get to use the others considering I do pay a monthly payment for them😭
***Update*** I go to meet up with management last Monday and everything was just a misunderstanding and he gave me a discount on my mat I'm now rating it a 5star!

This is an excellent place to get in shape! I’ve never actually stayed with a fitness regimen or held a gym membership before...but now I’ve lost 20 pounds doing this. It’s also convenient that it’s open 24 hours, and the staff is super nice.

If you want to get a good sweat on and are short on time Hotworx is the perfect place. I have been a member since November and it’s the best thing I decided to do for myself in 2020. I have never been a fan of fitness. I am the person that will actively avoid my friends when they mention doing anything remotely active. But I love coming here, I hate missing a day (especially if there is a challenge going on). There’s lots of variety so I never find myself getting bored. The staff at both this location and the Woodforest one are friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a super supportive fitness community that I have told ALL of my friends they need to experience.

If you're in need of a Glow Up for 2021, I would highly recommend you hitting this place up. I started going here two weeks ago and my skin is looking amazing! I love the detoxifying effects of the infrared heat. Also, I've done less than 10 of the workouts (mostly Barre and Pilates) and I can already see new definition in my body. Get glowing :) oh, and all the staff is welcoming and so helpful!

Yes! It's opened! I have the plan to access all Hotworx and they are great. I dont have to block off an hour for a workout...15 minutes and I'm glistening up a storm. Heck, i can just sit in the heated room and lose weight.
If you haven't given Hotworx a try, you should. I was 100% against working out in a box in 125 degrees...especially in Texas summers. I had a friend that wanted to go so I broke down and qent with her. The first day was rough...i cracked the door to let some cool air in. It did get easier the more i went...just start the temp low and gradually go higher.
So glad there is a 105 location. Since it's close to home, I can go whenever I want.
