I have to admit I didn’t think this type of work was for me. I was completely wrong! I absolutely love it, I could do this workout every day! In addition to the amazing feeling I have after my workout this location has the most amazing, friendly and attentive team I’ve ever experienced at a gym! I love this location for my workouts. The staff is always welcoming with big smiles and warm welcomes. I usually go in the evening and Becky always greets me with the most friendly hello. She had been the most helpful and has answered every question I’ve had in full detail, whether it is how to work the equipment or any of the products I have had questions on. She is very knowledgeable about how things run at Hot Worx. Becky always lets me know about any new promotions or if any videos are updating and who the new coach of my favorite workouts will be! She had made me fall in love with working out again and had made it fun for me to come in. She definitely makes a difference at this location for my self and others I see her interact with. It definitely speaks volumes that she herself does the workouts and uses the products herself.

This is a great location it's nice and clean!! Friendly and helpful staff. I just love the variety of workouts and always having options for times to workout with my changing schedule. Another thing I really like is how the virtual instructors challenge you and they also give you modifications for days you can't challenge yourself.
