I love HOTWORX! I’m not consistent enough to see any real changes, but when I go, I feel better physically, mentally, emotionally….great selections of workouts plus free weight area if you don’t want to use the saunas… the studio is always so clean..the staff are always so friendly and cheerful. PLUS they do a free first session, so it’s worth checking out!

I love this gym. I have never had a gym membership before. I always worked out at home. At first I regretted getting a membership then I learned to love it!! My problem was I was trying to force myself to like cycling because that’s what everyone loves. Once I started doing Yoga, Pilates, Warrior, and ISO I began to love it! I’ve been consistent for 5 months now! My other tip is to workout whenever you feel best. I dread morning workouts. I love coming after work! I learned SO MUCH about myself and what I like!! I definitely am getting stronger. Highly recommend if you love yoga and Pilates!

Absolutely love this gym. It's always super clean. I was hesitant about the suana but I feel like my work outs really count and I love how I feel when I leave. The self led work outs are always good and on a good rotation, and it's never crowded or intimidating in here. Had a membership for a year now and it's so worth it!

I've been going here since my back injury about 3 years ago. I lift weights and use the bikes in the saunas. On the days my back is in pain, it is extremely relieving to use a sauna for that day. Being able to book your sessions allows you to plan your workouts when it is less busy. The staff has always been helpful and inviting. They also offer militarily/teacher discounts! Worth it!

I love working out at Hotworx. I have never enjoyed working out at a conventional gym because it is always very crowded. At Hotworx, you have the luxury of scheduling a class ahead of time and enjoying the workout alone or with a friend. It always feels like a personalized experience. Because of that, I am able to focus on my workout and optimize the time that I am in the sauna. I like that there are so many different kinds of sessions to choose from. Hotworx has changed my life! It's not a typical gym & certainly not your typical workout experience!

The staff were all so helpful when I started & really encouraging. They're awesome people! There are so many members who will continue to encourage & support one another & make it that much more inviting.

The inferred sauna workout sessions have been so beneficial to me. I have a degenerative bone disease. I've also been battling topical steroid withdrawal. The inferred sauna has helped with inflammation and has eased the pain dramatically! I've dropped over 157 pounds there! I couldn't be more grateful!

I love this gym. It's not easy but I feel great after a workout. You can do anything for 15/30 minutes. I love the variety of workouts they offer. I also love that it is very low pressure, most of the time I can workout alone. It's always clean and the staff is so nice! Highly recommend you give it a try!
