I joined HW about a year ago. I love it so much! The saunas are great and they add an element of relaxation to my workouts. I also love that the workouts are only 40 minutes max and they change regularly. I always feel that I can make time for a quick workout and by the time I get bored with a routine, it changes. And I sleep so good after the sauna! Amazing!
I also have to give a big shoutout to the staff. They keep everything spotless. I mean seriously clean! Best gym I have ever used.

I enjoyed this gym. The saunas are great, and the workouts are tough and always changing. I had to cancel because of some budget constraints and I had some hiccups doing that, but the owner and general manager were great in addressing those for me. Definitely would recommend.

As a busy mom of 6 the round the clock starting times for classes is really working well for me! Since the classes are held at such a high temperature the workouts are only 15 minutes, hotworx also has free weights available to use before or after your class. Well priced compared to other specialized gyms in the area. And low impact workout!

Love love love HOTWORX Prosper. I have been to a hand full of locations and this one by far is the best. This studio is always immaculate, it’s so well kept and is super clean. The staff is absolutely incredible. Every time I show up I am greeted with a smiling face, every time 😊. I especially appreciate how the ownership at this locations showcases their creativity with the community events and challenges. Even the small things like the inspirational words on the chalkboard and the playlist selection put you in a good mood. It’s added motivation and a great personal touch to inspire you to crush your workout. I’m very grateful for Hotworx, specifically this location because If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be a member. The staff at this Hotworx are amazing, friendly, and always on top of things! Chris and his crew do an amazing job! You definitely want to join THIS gym because you will feel amazing and be treated right. Chris and his crew keep the place clean, the towels stocked, the rooms smelling good even though everyone is sweaty and gross, and they make sure the temperature in the rooms don't get too low so they are always ready for someone to workout in. It is the little things for me and this crew is doing it all so well!

My husband started HOTWORX back in January, then my oldest daughter joined, then 6 weeks ago I started! I am addicted! I am a bodybuilder and love working out, but for 3 years I have been burned out! Now I have a new workout studio, new motivation, and a renewed fire to workout 5 days a week! I lOVE Prosper HOTWORX! It’s clean and the staff is friendly. It is all flexible on what works for your goals, needs, and time. I use the FX room to lift weights, then follow up with a Hot class! Seriously try it!

I’m so sweaty!! This location just opened 12/1/21. Love the heat, variety and convenience. Victoria and Chris are pretty awesome, gave me the tour and did a fast on- boarding.
Be prepared to purchase a HOTWORX mat and towel though, it is a requirement as any other mats are not allowed apparently due to the temps.
Security and safety is always something to keep in mind. There are cams inside and emergency call lanyards you can wear/use if you workout during non-staffed hours.
Don’t forget your own towel!!
