I love coming to Hotworx to get a great flexibility training session in - I personally don't take many of the actual classes (because I am working on very specific training), but the option to use the sauna for this has been amazing! I have been going to this location for almost 1 year and I have seen significant results! I absolutely love this place. Ever since Elizabeth took over, the place is always clean, staff is there during the hours it should be staffed and when I read bad reviews on the current team at this location, I am here to say that Liz and her team go above and beyond to make sure you have a great workout, they are friendly, and are always willing to help you in any way possible! Horrible customer service from staff and their manager. I can excuse the staff just because the manager is who sets expectations for the whole staff and clearly sets a poor one. Compared to the Selma location i came from, not good. I rather drive 40 minutes to my old location i was happy at than come here

I have tried a lot of gyms before but by far, HOTWORX is the best, for several reasons. Elizabeth at Fiesta Trails is SO kind. She assisted me with signing a membership. She made sure all my questions were answered and since, she is always so sweet and coordinates really cool vendors to come and all the holiday decor !

Additionally, I love the 24/7 availability, the more intimate setting vs traditional gyms, the intensity of the workouts without a lot of time spent and their prioritization of safety with the “always locked front door” policy. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a gym!

I have been going to this location for 90 days. I really enjoy these workouts and have lost so much weight and my body has really toned up! I was a little disappointed with the previous management as they were hardly there, I tried bringing people in to try it out and they would never be there or wouldn’t answer the phone so they could try their free week. I must say, there is a new GM at this location and she is amazing! She is always there, she motivates you, and the place is cleaner than it’s ever been! Come on by and see her, I promise she will treat you right! She might even call you by your name the very next day you go in! If you’re wondering if this workout works, I am here to tell you that it does! It’s addicting but in a good way!!

I went in today for my scheduled first session. I arrived 15 min early. My mistake. Then I waited and waited another 20 min and a staff member never showed up. I called the number- no answer. I called the corporation and no answer. I emailed and email was rejected. Door sign says Staff arrives at 11am...I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I called The Cantera location and they were extremely nice and tried to help me, but they didn't understand why no one was there. I'm not sure this place on Dezavala is legit...I don't understand why I received reminder emails, but no one called or emailed me to cancel my appointment today from 11am to 11:15am.

This is a great bang for your buck for full body exercise... 24/7. Update 2 years in: I still love it, i can always find a session that fits my schedule, so unfortunately, it leaves me with few excuses not to work out. :-) it's great for guilt pushes because you can't use excuses like, "I missed the class today"! It's nice to have a variety of workout options depending on how I'm feeling that day. I was reading some comments talking about what level of fitness you should be at to join, and I say... ALL fitness levels. If you're getting started and need some quick motivation to keep you pushing to get in shape, this will help you shed and start feeling great quickly, just doing the modified(beginner) moves at a lower heat. If you're a seasoned exerciser, there's tons of advanced moves and ways to push yourself, plus I've found that the infrared is a must for recovery! It is a 90-day commitment/cancellation, so know that going in. For anyone reading this, i hope you check them out!

used to be a gym i could go to and relax in my workout. now the seats for cycle and row are cracked or broken majority of the time i go, the saunas are not on or hot, slots are hard to come by now because you have people using this as a starting point when it should not be. FYI there’s a karate place right next door and all you hear after school hours is kids screaming.

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! I called about a week ago and asked for the name of the manager at that location. Since then, the manager, Angela, has called my cell phone, tried to add me on Facebook (not sure why she thought this was okay?) called me her “biggest fan” and told me she “just likes me” and that’s the reason she added me…as a MANAGER at a CORPORATION, the lack of professionalism shown by Angela was an absolute joke. Attempting to add me on Facebook because you “just like me” is extremely strange and makes me so uncomfortable. If I were you, I’d think twice before going to this location, unless you want to be harassed by the manager because she likes you…as a young lady, I am truly creeped out by this grown women trying to communicate with me.

I got my free visit a few weeks ago, and I register last week on Tuesday! They took my card and before they charged me I asked if their was a three month plan or anything and they said yes. I never got an agreement. I talked to Erika about everything and not once did I get a agreement or they told me to sign it. I got the liability form the day I came in for my free visit and a tour. That day I didn’t get anything else. I messaged the manager and she said she would let another lady know Wednesday morning to send it to me. The other coworker I talked to didn’t even know I came in for a visit. She was going to give me another free visit. After I sent a message she ended up sending me the email at 11pm. What company takes your money and doesn’t give you an agreement. This place is not worth it. You are better off to going somewhere else. The manager or the coworkers don’t know what they are doing. The manager called me today telling me there’s a 3 month policy and 60 day cancellation fee. I am allowed to move on and go somewhere else if I want to. You are just mad because you LOST A CUSTOMER.

This place is great for workouts and recovery. I looked into Hotworx because I wanted to incorporate sauna sessions into my recovery routine. When I discovered they built a fitness system around infrared sauna and combined them I immediately checked them out and have not been disappointed. Virtual coaching for multiple styles of exercise all while experiencing the benefits of infrared sauna.

Specifically this location has a great facility, the staff are all very nice and helpful, and management is always responsive when it comes to questions and requests.

Even more, they’re upkeep is great. If anything is out of order or restricted they get someone in to fix it right away.

Not only that but the employee turn around rate is insane, why are all these people leaving constantly?? The best type of workout I’ve ever done and stayed consistent with. I absolutely have no problems jumping up and coming to get a work that feels like I truly pushed through a marathon each time. I can’t wait to see the results after a few months of consistency. A MUST try!!!!

Really enjoy my experience at hotworx. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and always cleaning..seriously the place smells like an aromatherapy shop instead of a sweaty gym. I love the privacy the personal saunas offers because I dont feel judge when working out.

I didn't know much about Hotworx at all. It seemed interesting to me and I had heard about a few people who tried it. I put an inquiry in online and they responded very quickly! They are extremely knowledgeable about infrared benefits. They explained the biggest difference between them and other hot yoga studios as well. I will definitely recommend them to my friends

I’ve been a member at HOTWORX for a month now and I’m completely addicted! The customer service is incredible. Great 1 on 1, personal communication! Very professional! Everyone is friendly from the staff to the members. The workouts are so fun and beginner friendly but will still give the most experienced gym enthusiast a sweat they have never had before!

The Management over at the I10 and Dezavala location was extremely helpful, informative and above all understanding of my temporary member cancelation.

I have been a HOTWORX member since July. 10/10 would recommend! The first workout is free to try it out. I love that HOTWORX has an app that connects with your wearable device, whether you use a Fitbit or Apple Watch for example and it tracks your calories that you burn each session. I like that you can also view all other HOTWORX members total calories burned just to have some friendly competition. The staff is super friendly and helpful, stop in and give it a try!

This is a wonderful gym!!☺️ Especially for beginners who don’t have experience working out. The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Going to the gym could be confusing and intimidating for beginners like me but the staff here helped me feel comfortable. You also work out in individual rooms so you have privacy. After regularly coming here, I’ve noticed a significant results in my body and even my skin looks healthier✨
