Pricey. Very small so the classes are always full. The ladies who work there they don't do anything they just stand there. The time of the saunas will get to 0 and you have to wait until it is the right temperature. I have never seen them clean anything, to be honest. I really liked working out in the saunas but they made me hate going to this place

I’m writing a review because I was very touched by the associate and manager who helped me today. Though I am saddened to end my journey with Hotwox, I have to say they do care about their customers. Thank you for putting my health first and I am so grateful to know you do not care just for money. It brings me tears because of my circumstances but so thankful of how much you helped elevate some stress. I hope more people come to your location and feel the same gratitude as I do.

Blast section are one of my favorite , but I don’t know why they have one broke since more than month and the other one the guys tide to strong the bike seat and we cannot untied . The staff need put attention on that also in the restroom never have napkins .

Watch out for entrapping you to freeze your membership, instead of canceling! Their 9.99 >> is 12.99 a month. Life circumstances dictate me to stop this membership….. Now they say it will take another 60 days with an additional $

I love Hotworx! The equipment is always clean and so is the facility. The girls at the front are always happy and helpful. The manager Kaylin is there to assist if I ever need anything or have questions. I'm a new member so it's refreshing to have people there to gladly help when I need it. Thank you ladies.

Some places put the customer first….and some others don’t, and this location is one of those. My daughter got a membership here and within two weeks she started getting an allergic reaction to some of the products they offer and her Dermatologist recommended her to stop going there, which she tried to do. Nobody asked her anything about what was causing it but instead she was told “ok, just pay the $99 cancellation fee”, I called them myself to make that payment even though I knew it was not fair because it was a medical condition/reaction and they said “we don’t take payments over the phone”, so I told my daughter to go there and once she arrived the answer was “I am new and I don’t know how to take those payments, just come back next week”, what?, this place HAS to be struggling to #1 put $99 over a human being like they really need that money asap, and #2 not to have anyone available that is trained to use the systems….wao, it is 2024 people, but please take those $99 to train someone…..

The heat was causing me to have extreme breakouts from my eczema & I tried to go in & cancel with the manager & she had absolutely zero empathy for me & said I would have to pay $100 to cancel. She then contacted the “owner” & they also did not care one bit. They do not care about their customers. Never recommending this place to anyone.

I love HOTWORX - amazing health benefits and the workouts are GREAT. I appreciate being able to access the studio later in the evening and early in the am to accommodate my work schedule. Always clean and it’s nice to see the regular maintenance and upkeep they do (they are always sharing on social media).

Beware of fraud! The manager lied saying they check credit cards for names to match their members who sign up but they do not! A member of their establishment was able to use someone else's card information. All Hotworx cares about are people joining. They have a quota to meet and the make their members go to extremes to cancel. Idk about all of them but I don't like being lied to. Don't say you confirm cards to match members and then allow ccfraud to happen and not refund. Now they have $100 of my money and I've never stepped foot into their place! What a joke, don't sign up!- never been a member and won't ever go

I love my gym! The 3D Training is the way to go. With Hotworx and Strength training and Intermittent Fasting, I was able to took Four Inches off my waist.

I absolutely love it here. My favorite thing about it is the fact you can do all the workouts alone in the sauna. The app lets you know if there will be other members in the class with you. This location is always clean and the staff members are always friendly and inviting. I love the cycle and hotblast the most!
