I was visiting from out of town and the women that work here are AMAZING! Not only did they get my workout scheduled for me but they also gave me tips on restaurants around town. The studio was clean and just a great atmosphere!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, but today was the final straw. The customer service here has steadily declined, and the staff, particularly a young blonde girl, has consistently displayed the worst attitude. I’ve had ongoing issues with this place, but today’s experience was the most frustrating.

While in the middle of a hot yoga session, I was abruptly told by this staff member that I was not allowed to use my towel, which I had borrowed from the studio several times before without issue. I had forgotten my own towel at home and assumed it wouldn’t be a problem given my long history with the studio. However, she came in and rudely told me to leave, citing the wrong towel as the reason. When I asked to speak with the owner, she responded dismissively, saying, “Yeah, go ahead, talk to her.” I truly don’t understand why this couldn’t have waited until my session was over, or why she couldn’t have simply told me in a kind manner that I’d need to bring the proper towel next time. Instead, I was kicked out of my workout over something minor.

This staff member has always had a terrible attitude — rude, condescending, and acting as though she’s better than everyone. I’ve tried to overlook it, considering her age, but I don’t understand how someone like this is still employed there. As a paying customer, I should never be treated with such disrespect, especially in the middle of my workout. Given the premium prices they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business to another location.

I have a sweat everywhere membership which means I can go to any Hotworx location. I started my membership at Southlake, which gave me a high standard for other hotworx locations. I have to say after being at multiple hotworx locations, this one is my favorite! They strive to keep it clean, staff is always so friendly, and I genuinely enjoy working out there. The best location I’ve been to!

Hotworx Southlake is amazing and it an addictive workout! The sauna workout is the absolute best! It is everything they advertise, and the benefits extent farther than just the workout itself. Improved overall health including skin, circulation and flexibility are real benefits that are seen within the first week. I really can accomplish more of a workout in less time, which I love!! This is also the cleanest fitness facility around, and Amanda and her staff are top-notch.

I have been a member of HOTWORX for over 18 months and still love it! I love the staff, who ALWAYS made you feel welcome and want to work out, the classes and the flexible scheduling. I am a working mom that is always looking for ways to squeeze in a session and nothing else has worked for me and my schedule given how crazy life is at times. I also LOVE the infrared! I feel so amazing everytime I leave and my aches and pains from being a runner have definitely decreased. Love this place and the people!

I have been a member for a few months at HOTWORX Southlake and am kicking myself that I didn’t join sooner. What a gem this place is and such a joy to visit! I found them initially through a friends social media and LOVED that you can come in to try their infrared sauna/workout for free before signing up. The staff were so courteous, kind, helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the facilities. I loved my workout so much and signed up the same day!

After going for a few months now, the kindness and smiles have not faded. They make an effort to get know members and you are always greeted warmly. It’s hard to not smile when you’re here. The workout is something you just have to try - It makes you feel INCREDIBLE and there are so many classes to chose from. I love that they are open 24/7 as well! The facilities are always immaculately clean and I love the free weight area, a great addition to the wonderful virtual lead classes. Finally - A gym that makes you feel so comfortable and fantastic inside and out! A wonderful happy fun place.

I cannot say enough good things about HotWorx and this location specifically! The workouts are easy to follow with lots of options to adapt the movements to your own skill level. There are multiple options of class times (and lengths) so there’s always something new to try that keeps you interested. I struggle with chronic pain and HotWorx has been a lifesaver for managing it. As for this location, the owner/operator, Amanda, is SO kind and very genuine. She always greets me when I arrive and talks to me when I’m there. Very positive energy and always willing to help! The front desk staff are always nice, the place is always clean, and there’s always at least one sauna open to workout in. Would give this place 10/5 if I could!

Whatever you do, do NOT come here. Be warned. They literally stole my love handles, my muffin top, AND my back fat, and they won’t give it back. AND, worse than that, they actually make me think that I really loved it the whole time. Because of them, I had to buy some new smaller jeans, an extra expense. I don’t know how they do it, but even after all that, I walk out feeling absolutely cleansed, detox’d and relaxed. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This is the best Hotworx studio I've been to. 7 saunas, a weight section, and a private shower! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Highly sanitized and safe during the pandemic. It's definitely the safest gym for social distancing and sanitization due to having a sauna to yourself and with the temperature being 120-130 degrees!
