I've been a member since the very first day. I always feel good when I leave and the staff is always so helpful. The gym itself is always equipped for your needs and very clean. I enjoy this location and the benefits of hotworx.

Update: still enjoying the sauanas and the new stretch class.
However, I'm not understanding the overhead music when staff arrives. It honestly kills the "mind, body and soul" vibe. I don't just go to sweat it out and detox, I go to mediate and release the stress of everyday life. I hope they reconsider.

Went to this gym 5-6 days a week for 6 months - I wanted to cancel earlier but the buyout fee is kinda crazy, and they don’t allow transfers to different locations with the regular membership which was inconvenient for me because I moved and had to start driving 40 minutes just to go to the gym so that was annoying… But! The saunas provided pretty good privacy, which I very much appreciated as this was my first time joining a gym. It’s very beginner friendly! However, I grew out of it very quickly - the machines are very basic and often not working properly, and the “weight room” leaves a lot to be desired…. because of this I think the 6 month rule is just ridiculous when you advance past what they have to offer in 2-3 months and then you have to pay $100 just to leave. The saunas are the star tho! I felt the infrared heat truly did help me with my joint issues so I’ll miss that but it’s kinda the only thing that’ll be missed. The employees were kinda nice but kinda weird, most of them were high schoolers and would stare a lot? There were a couple young girls that would often linger around me and laugh under their breath thinking it was subtle?? Which is insane behavior when you work at a gym but ig they’re just kids so I ignored it but I don’t know why the owner has a problem with hiring actual adults??? Also, as it got into the summer months the gym became way too packed and overcrowded while being understaffed, you could go there any time of the day and you still would have to wait around forever for a sauna session. Overall, it was a great gym for a beginner to ease into the world of fitness, but it’s definitely not worth the price of the membership and the wait I endured to get out of the membership. :b

I'm absolutely loving the variety and the effectiveness of their workouts.

The stretch and yoga classes are a true game-changer – the infrared heat really helps deepen poses and improve flexibility in a way traditional studios just can't match. It's an incredible feeling to detox while you flow or stretch. The convenience of being able to book a session whenever it fits my schedule is unbeatable, and the privacy of the individual saunas is a huge plus.

This place is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sweat, stretch, and strengthen!

I have been a member almost since its opening and I absolutely love the concept of this gym. It being sauna based is a huge benefit as my approach is always to be efficient and effective.

The conveniency of app makes it easy to reserve your sauna, the gym is well-kept and properly maintained by the gym monitors and the safety requirements needed to access the gym always makes me feel safe regardless of when I go.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The 24 hour access means there’s never an excuse to not fit in a workout and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I feel safe going in when it’s dark, even if I’m the only one in the gym, and the hot workouts have been amazing.

I had a trial with a friend and visited this establishment over 2 years ago. I worked out at a different location but I watched this Champions location open. I kept saying that I wanted to get a membership because I loved the suana workouts. I finally broke down yesterday and visited. It has more to offer than the other location I visited. I need this type of workout because of the military injuries I have and it works. I leave feeling better than I walked in. I am so excited that I decided to take out time for me.

Love Hotworx! I joined a while back and then cancelled because my schedule didn’t allow me the time to go but loved it so much that I’ve since rejoined. I like that it’s not an intimidating space, as the gym is (to me), and I can feel comfortable working out!

I can’t recommend this location enough. As someone who likes to workout at night I feel so safe here. And the 24 hour access is so nice to have with the individual codes we get to use on the keypads in order to access the facility. From the day I came in as a visitor to now as a member I have consistently been treated kindly and that truly means so much. The community is so kind at this gym and everyone is really doin their own thing ☺️

love this hotworx location! the owners and employees are amazing people, very kind and friendly! they have a good cancellation policy and are flexible to your needs.
i wanted to start going to another hotworx location as it would be closer to me, paid the 99$ cancellation fee & cancelled in person. then the other location said they would not honor my previous membership cost or use the 99$ cancellation fee as this months prorate or however it works. i called this location, spoke to steve and he reassured me that i can come back to this location and just reinstate my membership with no extra cost. genuinely appreciate how easy this whole process was made to be! reading an earlier negative review, the owners of this location are nothing how that review says they are, they 100% go out of their way to make this whole process easier than other gyms. i would much rather drive out of the way to come here bc of the environment and comfort this gym provides its members. on top of that, the gym & saunas are clean, functional exercise
area has decent equipment, very private and comfortable as well. definitely recommend this location.

The owner of this establishment is so rude and honestly so disrespectful. Initially when I signed up for this place he was super nice but of course he would be, he wants your money. Long story short I had to move back home for a family medical emergency and when I realized I was getting charged for my membership I called to have my membership cancelled I was already aware that I would have to wait 60-90 days before fully canceling which I was okay with. The girl I spoke to told me after 3 months my membership would be cancelled. Well I called today to figure out why I was getting charged still and spoke to the owner and he was so sarcastic and rude. Saying “so you left the state without canceling your membership?”As if my life revolves around HotWorx. He raised he voice, cut me off, and was just a terrible person. Told me I had to wait another 90 days or pay $100 to cancel. An absolute joke considering I’ve already been paying for the past 3 months. I never write bad reviews because I always assume someone may be going through their own personal battles but the way the “owner” would talk to a once paying customer all because I want to cancel is actually insane.

Love this place. It’s the only gym I’ve felt truly free and comfortable with. It’s never too crowded. I get to see familiar faces and know my personal belongings are safe. I always get my favorite spot in the weight section. If I am not working or sleeping, I’m here! If I had to be picky, I would like music playing throughout the gym in case I forgot my headphones.

I enjoyed going here because it's 24 hours and you can really sweat the pounds off. Stopped going but hadn't cancelled kept paying for over a year going on 2 years now. Which is fine because i'll call it my "fat tax" as a form of punishment for not working out. Anyways. Had a great experience until yesterday. I was frustrated with the inconvenient way of submitting a cancellation or freeze. Can only be done in-person or certified mail. I asked if i could email they said no. Its 2024, email would delever the same message and signed form. Apparently my frustration bothered the first person I spoke with so much that the owner felt it necessary to call me back and explain the same corporate rules to me. Completely unnecessary as I do comprehend well. He has the worst customer service ive experienced. If you can handle someones frustration and suggestion then what are you even doing in the industry? Because you know the contract well and we dont doesnt mean you should have an attitude. The 3 individuals yesterday should leave that delivery and tone matter. The matter of fact, nasty attitude they had was uncalled for which is the only reason I got an attitude in response. I'm sure Steve will be quick to gaslight soon.

Update to previous experience: The owner reached out and has helped us with our membership cancelation. If you enjoy 24-hour access to the gym, then this is your place. With the holiday and family over, 24 hr convenience made it easy to still find time to work out. I only give this place 4 stars because of Hotworks franchise cancellation policy, and in no way does this reflect towards the staff or owner. Make sure to read the fine print before signing up because you must give 60-day notice for membership cancellation or $100 per person for immediate cancellation. Standard for the industry is 30 days and needs to be adjusted. Other than that, the staff was always great, and the owner was accommodating to our situation. Definitely recommend if this your kind of gym!

This place would be cool if the rooms were big enough to work out in. They arent big enough to stand up and have your arms extended. Could not do most positions to follow along workout video because the toom was bot wide enough, and i was by myself. I couldnt imagine being in there with 2 other people and trying to work out. They messed this up. Would be cool if they had bigger rooms. Impossible to see the screen for video instruction directly above you

About 6 months ago, I decided to give HOTWORX a try and I am so glad I did! My schedule is always so full and working out seemed to always fall to the bottom of my To Do list - mostly because of the time required to travel, take the class and the inconvenience of showering at the gym. HOTWORX is perfect for a busy and constantly changing schedule. There are many classes to choose from, 24/7. Signing up for a class is so easy and I can always find something to fit my schedule, even last minute. I’ve explored most classes and really enjoy them! The virtual instructors are very good and highly motivating. It is surprising how quick you can work up a sweat! I really feel I’ve gotten a good workout in when I leave. I highly recommend to anyone with a busy schedule. Just call Emily, the manager - she’s great!

I started in August 2022 and love the variety of the workouts and the weight area. So many options and you can modify the workouts to make them easier or harder as you go or just lay in the sauna for relaxation.
A small investment in your health goes a long way at Hotworx. I have my strength, balance and flexibility back!!

Sad to say today was my last day at Hotworx Champion Forest only because I will be transferring to a closer location opening near my home.

Steve the owner has been very positive, receptive and quick in action when things need to be fixed. Emily the manager has been so sweet and energetic. You will always catch her running around with a big smile on her face. I will miss the cleanliness of this facility and hope to have the same experience at my new hotworx location.

I joined hotworx the first week of February. I needed a physical push into toning, weight loss and new challenges. I found my new beast. My body immediately started responding to the 15 minute hiit cycle blast workouts. My first Iso class was brutal. Iso buns was the best class. I have been getting massages all weekend. I cannot wait to measure and weigh in the end of March.

I've been coming since Labor Day 2022; signed up immediately after my complimentary session. The studio is well kept, the owners and staff are amazing, other patrons are friendly, and the workouts are still challenging. What is great is it is open 24/7. You can come anytime! I remain motivated to come back 3-4 times per week and really miss the classes if I have to skip a few days. I highly recommend this one as your home studio.

Update: Spoke with owner about refunding money, he is now unresponsive and has not refunded money for a membership that was never used and also the purchase of a mat and towel that I never received!

If I could rate this location zero stars I would!!! I did a trial session and really like it. So I decided to sign up big mistake. I spoke with Emily and asked about Membership and cancellation policy. I always ask about cancellation since we are a military family and don't want the hassle of dealing with long cancellation policy if my family needs to move. Emily stated that the cancellation policy was 30 days. She ran my card for $175 for the first month and some required equipment. Then she pulls up the contract and it says you have to give 60 days notice. I informed her that was not what she stated and told her I wanted a refund and did not want to proceed. I signed NO contract and these people still won’t return my $175!!! I did not take the additional equipment since Emily told me that the owner would give me a refund from an app on his phone. Spoke with the owner he stated that they don’t go by the 60 day cancellations at his location and that he just couldn't give me anything in writing that stated this. At this point I don’t really trust that I won’t have an issue if I need to cancel given the word of mouth conflict with the contract wording and also given the countless times we have moved and wasted time and money on companies that we were not able to utilize due to moves. I decided to dispute the charge with my bank. Beware!! Ask to see the contract before giving them your credit card!! I will be writing a letter to their corporate owner.
