Cannot get in contact with anyone at the store because the phone lines have been down. I don't know how else to cancel my membership and I'm very frustrated. Nevermind the fact that the equipment is run down and the inflex of people who are talking loudly on their phones in the adjacent sauna over my headphones mind you are enough to want me to cancel after years of being a member. But now, I can't even do that because the number does not work. >:(

Beautiful and very well kept studio. BUT don’t expect the members here to utilize the session reservations. I loved coming here but this is my third time NOT being able to do my sessions because there was already someone in the room or the person extended their time without the reservation. I know rooms are meant for 3 but if I am using the app and my session/sauna is fully open except for me, then that is what I am expecting. Very unfortunate.. Not sure how they’ll control that so I’ll just go elsewhere.

5-12 they had to close until further notice due to having no power. But there has been zero communication as to when it will be open again. I went by today, 5-15, and the other stores along the same strip have power and have reopened. The signs from Monday are still posted on the door at the gym. I tried calling but it's not staffed and there is no forwarding available to speak to anyone. My code worked to go inside but the doors to the sauna each have a paper stating the sauna is closed. I just ended up calling another location and they allowed me to work out there. I'm not upset about anything aside from the lack of communication. I checked Facebook and Instagram and there was nothing about the closing on 5-12 nor when it will staffed. I would have liked to see that communication and been offered access to another gym while my home gym was out of service.

I’ve been going to HOTWORX for a while now, and I have to say, this location on Spring Stuebner has been an absolute game-changer for me. It’s actually the first HOTWORX I ever visited when I started my journey with them, and although it’s a little farther from me compared to the one closer to my house, I’ve had such a great experience here. It’s become kind of a special place because it’s the perfect meeting point for me and a friend. We both live a bit of a distance from each other, so this location is a great middle ground for us to meet up and catch a workout together.

Even though I usually go to the closer location now because it’s just easier with the drive, I still love coming to this one. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly, the space is always clean and well-maintained, and it just has this really positive vibe that makes it a great place to work out.

One thing I really appreciate about this location is how it’s near some fun shopping areas. If you’re in the mood to do something after your workout, you’re just minutes away from places like Bass Pro Shop. It’s the perfect spot to stop by if you want to do a little shopping and grab some cool things after breaking a sweat. And let me tell you, if you’re into Smoothie King, this location has one right next door! Sometimes after a hard workout, I treat myself to a little smoothie as a reward, and it’s the best way to finish up the session.

Now, what really sets HOTWORX apart for me is how it works for all body types. I’m not exactly the skinniest person, I’m more on the curvier side, but HOTWORX makes me feel so comfortable. It doesn’t matter what size or shape you are – the environment is all about making everyone feel included and supported, and I love that about it. Plus, there’s something really amazing about being able to work out in a space where you don’t have to worry about anyone else being too close to you. It’s just me, my workout, and the sweat – and it feels so freeing.

I’ve read a lot about the benefits of the infrared workouts, and they really work. They help with burning calories, detoxing, and boosting energy, and I can honestly say I’ve felt a huge difference in how my body responds after regular sessions. If you’re looking for a workout that’s not just a typical gym session but something that truly makes a difference, HOTWORX is the place.

I’ve become such an advocate for HOTWORX because I really believe in what they do. Word-of-mouth is one of the best ways to spread the word about something great, and I’m proud to tell everyone I know how amazing HOTWORX is. If you’re thinking about trying it out, I highly recommend this location. Honestly, I hope to one day maybe even work with them on some marketing because of how much I believe in their impact. This place has truly changed my life.

The staff here is so very nice but it is clear whomever owns this location needs to pay more attention to the equipment in these rooms. The hot thunder had been out of order for two months maybe more and these hot blast seats are simply unsafe to use and this is most people's favorite rooms. The seats in cycle aren't that much better. Been a Hotworx member more than two yrs maybe 6 months at this particular location. There was a super nice manager but I haven't seen her in awhile. The unsafe equipment is helping to decide whether or not I keep my membership. I love it's such a great concept but cmon.

Does anyone actually work here? A few people have been waiting for the staff to appear for their appointed tours. I kept calling the phone numbers, but no one answers the phone. No one has been at the front desk like sign suggests. Sign says that staff hours are from 11-4pm. Now it’s 11:30 and people who requested a tour left.
Computer completely unlocked, guess I could cancel my membership myself.

The staff is amazing and the environment is great. There is no point in paying for custom experiences when the customers repeatedly join others' sessions without booking. Nothing like unexpected coughing and excessive belongings in a small hot workout area to disturb your workout.

I love Hotworx and I love this location. I did Orange Theory for several years (7+) and the classes did not provide the flexibility I wanted. I had to either workout in the morning or later in the day. Hotworx allows you to come in at any time. They have multiple classes that are available and challenge any level of fitness. My daughter does not like gyms and working out in front of people. Hotworx provides her the opportunity to work out in an comfortable non-judgmental environment. The staff are always so accommodating and are on top of keeping the facility clean. I have highly recommended it many people.

We signed up a year ago at this location and due to relocating, we have had to cancel. Online states 4 week notice to cancel but since this is a franchise, they require 60 days or $99 for immediate cancellation. Failure on us for not seeing that but warning to folks looking to join!

I love this Hotworx location (Spring, TX). The staff is so friendly and they keep it super clean! The concept is genius… work out in less time, 24/7 convenience and because you are in a heated sauna with Infrared lights… there is very little soreness after the work out. Infrared is good for anything that ails you!!! I burn so many calories during and AFTER the workout too! Highly recommend!!!

Signed up immediately after the free intro session. The workouts are challenging, and love the sauna concept. Most of all I get a great cardio workout in 15 minutes! Anyone can carve out 15 minutes even with the most hectic schedule like me. I can't wait to start the yoga and iso classes (40 min). I'm motivated again to get strong and healthy. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is impressively clean and well maintained.

There is no customer service number to call, send email thru website and I never got a reply (5 sent since Dec 2021). Left google review, no response. UPDATE: After a bad experience, I reached out to the owner who made sure that not just me, but everyone who enters his establishment gets a 5 star treatment. The establishment is clean, and the concept is amazing. It makes me feel so good and I'm recovering from several imjuries, so this is just perfect for me to keep my joints and muscles in check while allowing me to get a safe workout to burn fat. The owner is all about customer service and making people feel at home in his facility. I highly recommend Hot Worx in Spring, especially if you like to social distance and stay safe. I love that I can work out in my very own room all by myself!!!

Terrible management and poor communication skills. Rebecca is the "manager" and does not let me speak and when I do, she calls me "aggressive", it's called being direct. In addition, Karen showed her true colors by lying to Rebecca stating I called her a name while on the phone because the app was not working correctly. Furthermore, Rebecca refused to give me the name of the franchise owner so that I may directly contact that person regarding the poor communication and lack of professionalism at what is a really cool concept. I got my money back today. It's too bad that the people that work there just want a paycheck and are not able to work with all types of people, just the ones that look like them that are not "aggressive" lol...what a joke. Good luck in life using you lame aggressive technique when you can't answer simple questions from a client.

Ok so go get your free trial. Get ready to be TIRED! It does work you out! Cardio ones like hotblast (bike elliptical type) or hotcycle are 15 min.The hotbarre (like bar class but use the wall instead) 45 min. Have many other classes.T.v. in room to show you what to do. All virtual. Turn up the volume- turn it down. Light on or light off. So here you go- to join different specials so depends. But figure on $99. Either $99 to join free towel & mat. Another was join for $4 buy towel & mat for $88. Monthly $59 for that location. They offer another for any location that is a little more.You get it. Because of the sauna you have to use their mat. Others will deteriorate. 24 hour have a code & app to get in. App to schedule (cool) weights in the back for after workout. Workout area has a t.v. showing you a 60 min. Workout too. OK now 3 max people per room. Get there 10 min. Early to get sauna going (if it isn't on already). You will be sore & sweaty. This isn't for wimpy lazy people. You want to get in shape? Here you go. I joined because if I pay - I WILL GO. Simple.
Take your water! They have a vending machine in the back for water, vitamins etc. They explain everything to you for your free trial. I love that I can schedule & be the only 1 in it. I don't care for people. So win win! Clean, friendly staff, provide you with clorox wipes to wipe down after use. When staffed you get a small towel with a spray bottle to clean. They have restrooms & shower in the back. Easy parking too. I highly recommend them!whoa! They got Hot Thunder (the rowing machine) it has actual water in it to simulate it. There are no levers to change the resistance. The faster you go- the harder! Ok I tried it...& I hurt all over! Yes- I am old & not the best shape...but still! Whewwww! Ok going to be awhile to get used to that! Think it will be great for back fat to be gone! Back shoulders so sore!

Not worth the money. The classes have been the same for 3mo. So if you like yoga, cycling, and so on be prepared to take the same class over and over. If they changed classes more often it would be worth it. Hopefully in the future that’ll happen.

However, I wish the employees would wear masks more often because it seems like every time I go in, the person behind the counter isn’t wearing one.
