We love hot worx. The classes are challenging and the instructors give you almost a in person experience.
The recent updates have made a big difference. New mats in the HIIT saunas make everything feel cleaner and way fresher. The new Scan 24/7 setup is super convenient too. Being able to grab drinks, snacks, or merch anytime is a nice touch, and there are more options now which I appreciate.

Staff is always friendly and on top of things. Overall, the place just keeps getting better.

I love the sauna set up at this location specifically and they offer so many more amenities than other Hotworx locations I’ve been a member at! They allow you to use specific workout equipment such as resistance bands during staffed hours and a deep tissue fascia roller that I have not seen other studios offer. The FX zone is larger than other studios which results in a comfortable environment when sharing the space. I’ve had issues with other studios in the past, but the team in Woodway is understanding and accommodating to their members.

I made the decision after a long time of being out of the gym to check out Hot Worxs in Woodway. The staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. Maddie was exceptionally nice and explained everything in detail. I can say this was a great experience and the atmosphere is amazing! Clean gym and sauna rooms! Highly recommend!! I can’t wait to start my fitness journey!!

I visited Hotworx while I was in town since I don’t have one where I live, but I’ve heard so many great things and had to try it for myself—and I’m so glad I did! The studio was super clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The workout was such a unique experience, and I loved the infrared sauna aspect. I wish we had one back home—I’d be there all the time!

Was a long time member there until some “policy” changes. There were so many people sharing memberships and not reserving classes. You would show up when the class should be empty only to find it full. Need to get some management that will enforce the rules that should be in place or you will lose all your legacy members.

Response: I think it would have been nice to at least inform the members of these policy changes.
I did talk to the staff and owner of these people that would not follow the rules and it did not seem like anything was done.
Glad to see that new ownership and management will take over maybe it can be turned around.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Been a sweat everywhere member for an about 4 years and this is the worse location I’ve been to. The staff is rude and the owner is never around to address any issues. The saunas are constantly dirty. The sauna floors are almost black!! They do not look like they are cleaned at all. The windows are constantly covered in finger prints and the floors have a layer of grime that coats them.

I’ve been coming here for 3+ years. I LOVE it. The staff is amazing and keeps the facility extremely clean. The cross training and detoxification is phenomenal. I crave it when I miss a few days and always walk out feeling refreshed and ready to go. I enjoy various workouts and love being able to incorporate the infrared saunas in. I love I can always make this work into my schedule since all the classes play throughout the day. Definitely give it a shot.

There's no way the reviews about cleanliness are accurate. Went in this weekend for a hot cycle session and the sauna smelled like feet. Turned on the lights and the sauna walls were dirty.

I really enjoy hotworx !! It is amazing. Yes it’s intense and takes some getting used too but it is so worth it! I’ve only been here for a month, I usually workout 5/7 days of a week, take a 45 min and 15 min hot class. So far I have lost 4 lbs ! Love this and this location is great!! This place is amazing. After a year without having a sauna at my gym, I reluctantly decided to give this place a try. Let me just say, they are amazing. The facility is superb, and state of the art. And the staff is phenomenal. Both of the girls working there were very helpful and informative, and got me into a routine in no time. Really loved it. Looking forwards to spending a lot of time here to wind down after my gym workouts. They also have great communication. While not paying attention, I let google maps take me to the wrong location in Waco. The girls here promptly texted me and guided me to the correct location in an efficient and very polite manner.
