HRG is more than just an afterschool activity; it has become a lifestyle change for our entire family. We often reflect on life in two parts: before HRG and after HRG. For our child, this program marked a significant transformation, shifting from spending hours on gadgets after school to engaging fully in sports. This change has positively impacted her physically, emotionally, and socially. HRG fosters a community where friends become competitors, teaching the important balance between friendship and competition. What began as a few non-competitive sessions each week has evolved into five days of training, totaling 20 hours per week. Our child has progressed from having no idea how to hold a ball or hoop to achieving a level 6 skill set, complete with impressive techniques and flexibility that leave spectators in awe. For our family, HRG has introduced us to a wonderful community of parents and opened up opportunities for us to travel together for competitions. We have found emotional support among other families and have visited places we likely wouldn’t have experienced without gymnastics. The HRG staff is highly professional, providing our child with invaluable training while emphasizing the need for commitment and hard work. This environment demands dedication, effort, and sometimes even tears. However, the leadership at HRG guides us through these challenges, making the triumph of standing on the podium with medals even more rewarding. Beyond gymnastics, HRG also fosters our child’s development in other areas, such as ballet and acting skills. Participation in gala shows, photo sessions, and various aspects of school life contributes to this growth. Our only regret regarding HRG is that we didn’t start this journey a few years earlier.

My daughter has been coming here for a while now to learn Rhythmic Gymnastics and I’ve been amazed! They also teach ballet , and my daughter is always having a new challenge for a dance, presentation, balance and posture. The school had changed her posture, discipline and made Nina thrive, she’s another girl! She cheers for her peers, she advances gracefully and wins her own shyness every time we have a new presentation or competition, I can see Nina meeting her friends who don’t do gymnastics and she teaches them and show them her passion for it! Thank you Valeria and all HRG Team for supporting and creating a growth environment for my little girl 👧🏼 !

My daughter trained at RHG for about a year. It's a really cool place with a professional and hardworking team of trainers👍👍👍 With incredibly cool members, all the kids and parents are amazing and positive👍👍👍We were very pleased to become part of HRG😍😍😍
But soon strange situations began to arise🤯🤯🤯
-In December, instead of preparing for the January competitions, there was preparation for a dance show, then there were 2 weeks of vacation and without any preparation the girls were sent to the January competition…
-In May, instead of preparing for the National championship, there was again preparation for another dance show🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Without proper preparation, some of the girls were sent to the most important competition of the year. As a result, for some girls the National championship was a failure🫤🫤🫤
We never cared about prizes or medals at competitions. But we always cared about the quality of training process, about any progress from month to month, from competition to competition.
A year of training showed us that the Owner of the club does not care about preparation for the competition, for her the dance shows are more important. And probably that's okay, it's her club, her rules, her decisions…🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
But we were not okay with this, and we decided to leave the club. To our surprise, the Owner of the club started to publish fake and negative posts about us in her Instagram🤯🤯🤯 Who knows maybe it’s okay too.. It’s her Instagram, her posts and again it’s her decisions..🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
I’m just letting y’all know, if you decide to leave RHG, be ready to crazy posts addressed to your child.

Three years ago I registered my daughter for a week of summer camp at HRG. Three years later, My daughter is a grand state champion in level 8 and loving rhythmic gymnastics! When we first came to HRG, my daughter had no prior experience with this sport. Thanks to the hard work of the head coach Mrs. Valeria and all other assistant coaches, my daughter has achieved great results.
One thing that I want to specifically point out is that the head coach Mrs. Valeria has very high standards and works very hard to set the example for the girls and other coaches. This year, for example, all the coaches at HRG went through an extensive training on stretching and various techniques that help the girls get better yet in a safe way. Safety of the gymnasts is a huge priority for this sports club. Mrs. Valeria teaches the girls how to stretch correctly and makes sure the gymnasts learn how to do difficult elements that are developmentally appropriate and safe.

We started coming here last year for summer camp. We loved the coaches, training, and facility so much that we decided to move close by so my daughter could train here. The coaches are passionate about training the girls. You can see that they really love what they do and invest in each child. They are raising champions here.

It's hard these days to trust anyone with your child. Especially with after school programs. What HRG does for every girl is build character and confidence that carries into all aspects of life.

My daughter joined HRG almost 2 years ago and since then, she has grown a lot. Not just physically, but also mentally and cognitively. Of course she gained flexibility and muscles but at the same time, she gained precious life experiences like setting a goal, working hard for achieving the goal, and eventually accomplishing something. All the couching staffs are enthusiastic and together with gymnasts every moment. If you have a daughter and you want her to be an elegant and strong woman, come and join!

HRG is a wonderful place for girls to learn new skills and gain discipline. My daughter grew in her flexibility and posture, as well as learning to pay attention to small details. I appreciate the structure of the classes and the level of focus that is expected of the girls. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional.

HRG is a great gymnastics facility. The coaches (Ms Valeria and Ms Elena) are professional and always striving to teach kids new skills. There are different levels of gymnastics and one can choose a program which is just right for them (recreational or professional). My two daughters enjoy training here: not only they love the group of friends they made and new skills they receive, but I love the quality of training. It’s definitely the top quality of gymanstics Houston has.

We love Rhythmic gymnastic! It’s beautiful sport and has a lot of benefits for girls. Rhythmic gymnasts have gorgeous posture, slim body, flexibility.. that’s why we choose this type of gymnastic for our 6 year old daughter. It’s been a 1 year and we got so much progress! Coach Valeria is professional rhythmic gymnast and she have a lots of experience in this sport. And what we really like that she work for result! She put so much effort in her job. I can tell this because for 1 year she prepared gymnasts for high level competitions. Usually it take more years but she did it in 1 year! So this place is really serious rhythmic gymnastics base in Houston.

We've been referred to this school by our family friend who spoke highly of the teachers, especially Ms. Valeria. Although our kids started at relatively later age than average gymnastics beginner, the teachers helped them to learn techniques, progress well and catch up with peers. These classes not only strengthen the kids physically, but also teach them discipline, hard work and improve their focus. Most important of all, kids really enjoy the classes and always get super excited when they reach a new milestone!

Mrs.Valeria is the best teacher ever. She is straight forward with you and tells you everything. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a hard but she helps you learn. Are routines difficult and make you work your body hard, but it worth it in the end.
