Loving the HT fitness in La Grange. My favorite HIIT equipment are the spin bikes and ellipticals. Tons of free weights and machines give me the needed flexibility to change up my workouts. This is a very clean facility, friendly, yet focused on “you” and your needs. I also love the extra room where you can sweat out the Beast or cool down and stretch with some modest privacy. To fight the Good Fight; we must be toned and ready. Be ready my friends!

The facility is always very clean and personnel welcoming and professional. I love the amount of elipticals and treadmills and so many strength training machines that you will always find an open station even when it’s busy. I haven’t yet made use of the exercise and yoga classes but happy to have the opportunity. And should I ever need Carr for a grandchild, there’s a children’s room available!

I started out going here starting in April, and I don’t know why I didnt start sooner! The staff here is so friendly, and kind. One thing I love is that they provide child care so I can workout while my kids are cared for. Another thing is that they provide tons of fitness classes that are completely free! Been a member for over a year. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest fitness center I've ever been to. The equipment is all new and well maintained. I have yet to see a piece of equipment that is out of service. I am continuously surprised at how a small town can have such a quality fitness establishment. I don't see this level of cleanliness and quality in the city at even three times the price.

Joined for a month, while I was in town visiting family for a few weeks, and the experience has been great. The place is very well kept and the staff are friendly and very attentive. Parking is plentiful and the equipment is clean, high quality, and well maintained. Even at the busiest, there's still enough equipment to go around. Don't have children, but the on site child care is an amazing perk for parents. Bathrooms are private, clean, and include showers. No personal lockers, but cubbies are provided and easily visible from most of the gym. Also has a vending machine if you forget your water bottle or need a protein or energy pick me up. Can't recommend this place highly enough, wish my local options were as nice.

Always clean, great temperature inside, and everyone in the gym is really nice. I’m always a bit self conscious at the gym but everyone is very welcoming here. They have a kids club so if you can’t find child care for your workout they have you covered! They also have showers so when you’re done you can shower and go about your day. They also do weekly challenges so you can switch it up and not get bored with your workout. The staff is also super encouraging, if you just get a membership and show up you’re bound to reach your goals here.

Just moved from Austin and needed a gym! HT fitness in La Grange is the place to be. 24HRS gym amazing. The inside is clean, the machines are well taken care of. During peak ours you don’t wait so long for a machine as other gyms that I’ve had before. And the customer service is amazing. They remember you and call you by your first name.
