I've known Harold as a trainer since around 2019. He's a good guy and a nice trainer. Puts a lot of emphasis on practical tips for weight loss and training. The facility where he trains is laid out very well and offers a lot of variety. If you already have a gym membership somewhere else you may have to join this gym as well for the access.
