I joined the reformer Pilates class because my posture was terrible and I needed better mobility. The instructor at inLIFE walked me through every move, the studio gear was high quality, and within four sessions I felt stronger. Subscription wasn’t cheap, but it’s good value, and staff are friendly.

InLife has got to be the best place to get a good workout. Whether you are young or elderly. They help all the way. If you cannot do a certain exercise or stretch out, the instructor modifies it for you. Give it a shot and you will be very happy and feel great. Suzanne

At age 76 and not having exercised in 3 years due to foot tendon surgery and knee break, I didnt think I could find an exercise program to accommodate my issues and help with balance issues.
I found InWellness on facebook and am so thankful. Madeline is awesome..accommodates, helps with necessary adjustments. I dont feel like an old grandma in the mist of Pilate Pros. The sign up website is so easy to understand and classes are very affordable. I had taken Pilates with another group before and it was a sink or swim type instructor and not the caring to help one achieve success that Madeline seems so skilled at.
Thank you InWellness.

Coming here is the highlight of my day! I love taking Madeline and Jordan’s classes — they pace the workouts really well. I always feel challenged and leave sweaty! They’re also great at offering modification options. Every instructor here is friendly and fantastic.

I appreciate that the classes aren’t separated by level and are truly for everyone. It’s also so easy to book — I can sign up the same day or the day before. The studio owners are absolutely lovely; you can tell they genuinely care about everyone who walks through the door. Plus, the price is very affordable compared to other studios!

Love the vibes and instructors. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere, but always a good workout. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. I mainly do the reformer classes but recently did a cool boxing fusion class. I tried out a lot of Pilates studios with class pass and then decided to stick to this one, and have had a membership since March. Love it !

I took my first class today here and felt compelled to write a review, solely because last week I took another reformer class elsewhere and the difference is very stark.

If you're looking for a traditional pilates reformer place, this is for you. I still left shaking and dripping in sweat - it was a challenge for sure, and they have a variety of classes to up the ante if desired. But this place doesn't come with the booming music a mic'd up instructor is shouting over in the dark with a bunch of neon lights and no warmup or cooldown stretches. There are a lot of places also marketing themselves are reformer pilates when they're simply HIIT core classes on a machine. inLIFE definitely is more aligned with reformer pilates work and focuses on good form, clear demonstration, and a calmer, more focused, less party environment. The environment is peaceful and pretty, and the instructor explains what you're targeting, why, and what's next. Not a lot of ridiculous back to back stuff to where one side is already burnt out so you struggle through the other. There are a lot of choices in the Addison area but I recommend this one if you're primarily interested in form and function.

I was in town for a week and decided to try a week-long trial at inLIFE Wellness — and I’m so glad I did! The experience was excellent from start to finish.

Each session began with 45 minutes of Pilates, I also did 45 minutes of stretching, which I absolutely loved. The instructor, Madeline, was fantastic in both classes — knowledgeable, professional, and very supportive. Her guidance made the sessions both enjoyable and effective.

I enjoyed the classes and felt great after each one. I’ll definitely be signing up for more classes the next time I’m in town!

I was never a fan of group fitness classes, and my first experience with Reformer Pilates wasn’t a positive one. But when I came across InLife, I decided to give it another shot — and I’m so glad I did.

From my very first class, I knew this place was different. The instructors were welcoming, non-judgmental, and always ready to offer modifications when needed. It’s now been about six months, and I feel better than I ever have — and I was a swimmer all through high school!

InLife has completely changed how I view fitness classes, and I’m so grateful to have found this community.

Amazing Studio! I am very familiar with Pilates and reformer Pilates and I must say I am sorry but I like this place wayyyy better than the competition ( club P) this is why the workouts are more challenging and I love all the alternative classes like circuits, mash up, power hour, lift and Atletica!! Bring it back is my favorite even if it’s only once week twice would be awesome wink wink. Either way this place is great especially if you are recovering from injury and want to fully bounce back.

I never had any experience with Reformer Pilates. I was amoung the first ones that signed up when Addison studio was opened and no regrets! Scott and Lauren really cares. It is so much more to them than a business and I think this is what makes them unique and stand out. You have a variety of classes, variety of teachers and now location. I like the extra equipment that is being used during classes. Best place!

I genuinely enjoyed many aspects of my time here—some of the instructors were absolutely amazing. They brought such great energy and made the classes fun and approachable. The environment they created was welcoming, supportive, and a space where I felt comfortable trying new movements that I might have otherwise felt hesitant or even silly attempting. It was a really enjoyable and encouraging atmosphere that helped build confidence.

That said, I was very disappointed with how the cancellation process was handled. I canceled my membership in May but was still charged the following month, even though I wasn’t able to attend any classes due to scheduling conflicts I had clearly communicated. I gave 29 days’ notice instead of 30, and rather than showing any flexibility or offering an alternative to the full unlimited membership, I was left paying for something I couldn’t use. It felt rigid and unfair, especially considering I tried to be proactive.

Overall, while the studio environment and instructors were wonderful, the administrative side could use more understanding and customer consideration.

I had so much fun at this place. Prepare yourself on your first day because I was sore! They really get you working out. I will say I also felt a difference in my body after taking a few classes. All the instructors were so friendly and helped if you didn't have the right poster. My mom is a little older and they were able to provide her alternatives for the work outs. We ran into a problem and Scott and Lisa jumped on it immediately and made sure everything was corrected. I definitely recommend grabbing some friends and joining the class. There's many good restaurants to eat around too in case you build up an appetite burning those calories ESPECIALLY if you join super Saturday!

I love the Reformer workouts. The sessions are refreshing and I felt like a new person afterwards . I have back problems and the staff made sure that I had a wedge for my back. Ann is an awesome instructor . I explained to her that I work on a computer for 14 hours a day. She tailored the workout that fit my needs.. I FELT AWESOME!! .. she asked me if during the workout how I was feeling and it felt so good that I couldn't even respond to her. This is a great studio to subscribe to if you work long hours on a computer.

I’ve been going to InLife since they have opened, and honestly I can say this is one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve ever had! Not only is the space itself so open and airy, every instructor is so kind and patient to help each individual. Although each instructor has their own teaching style and rhythm, they are all so accommodating to everyone’s physical needs. I also enjoy the wide variety of classes offered as it makes the membership feel more worthwhile and never stagnant. I’ve definitely seen a change in my body, physical health and mental health since being with InLife! Thank you guys for being the best out there!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pilates studio a few days ago because after my initial interactions with them I liked it enough to sign up and support them directly. A month after | signed up, I reached out to clarify a
miscommunication regarding a promotion and membership expectations. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told I wasn't welcome. The way the situation was handled left me feeling dismissed and unimportant, which was especially hurtful as a Black woman. It felt like l was being treated in a way that was both alienating and disrespectful. Initially, Lisa seemed very nice, but once this situation unfolded, her attitude shifted. She became cold and unapproachable, and, more troubling, she allowed whoever Scott is to speak to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. It was clear that they were more interested in dismissing my concerns than actually resolving them. While Lauren was a great instructor and provided a positive experience, my interactions with Lisa and Scott were far from welcoming. The lack of professionalism, especially when dealing with customer concerns, has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning to this studio. I never intended to write such a review, but after my experience yesterday, I feel compelled to do so. I will be reporting this business to the BBB ano Class Pass because no customer should be told they aren't welcome for asking questions. Or be told "does that make sense because i don't know how much simpler to put it" and to say such in writing to a customer no matter who is right or wrong in the situation shows a lack of respect and care for the individual. If Lisa hadn't been cold and rude on the phone, I wouldn't have needed to ask for documentation, which they didn't have and ultimately turned into a refund. Instead of using this as an opportunity to improve their processes, they chose to disrespect me, leaving me no choice but to walk away from

UPDATE:

Initially, I took this review down because Scott reached out apologizing and that’s presumably because I wrote about what happened to begin with. HOWEVER, yet another issue has occurred leading me to now write more and never return to this studio.

The repeated actions against black women in this studio are enough. Whether it’s outlandish disrespect or quiet. Disrespect is disrespect.

After accepting Scott’s apology and offer for me to return with a few free classes, I was weary, but I forgave and came back only to be disrespected again today by Madeline an instructor at the studio. I checked my phone and watch because I was receiving messages on my watch about an emergency. Madeline, unknowing why I was checking my phone, decided to give a long speech about phone usage in class. Stating that this was not directly related to anyone when I was clearly the only one who did it. I understand if this is not allowed, but approaching me and telling me personally would have been a better action rather than embarrassing me in front of the class for it. It’s 8am in the morning, you have no idea what each individual is dealing with. Empathy first before judgement. You have quite literally ruined someone’s morning by deciding to scold them in front of an entire class for phone usage without any idea why they were using their phone in the first place. Assuming I was using social media is insane and shows the judgement whether conscious OR subconscious about individuals. Pilates is already a stigmatized activity, so folks are already nervous trying it. Creating a stage for disrespect repeatedly in such an environment says a lot.

All in all, completely DONE with this studio. Once disrespect is a mistake and forgiven, but twice is the culture.

And in the most respectful way, please do not e-mail me another apology. I don’t want the apology or anything you all have to offer. My review is not coming down.

The class was good. I just wish the person teaching had spoke, asked if I was new (which I was to Pilates). The class was easy enough to follow so I only peeked up a few times to make sure I was doing things correctly. Probably wouldn’t return, I’m a fitness professional myself and tend to not frequent places that don’t care about who they’re training!! That’s what it was giving..

I have been coming to this studio for almost three months now and I absolutely love it, the only negative feedback I have is in regards to a certain instructor, Latoisha. Although her workouts are awesome, no doubt about that. She has bad energy sometimes, doesn't seem like she likes to be there early in the morning. I gave her another chance since I thought maybe it was just a bad day for her but it’s the same each time, she makes the class feel a bit awkward. I actually will be avoiding taking her class moving forward. But still excited to be apart of this studio regardless! Everyone else is super nice, very upbeat, energetic no matter how early it is, it just sets a good tone for the rest of the day :)

I joined inLIFE Wellness last August after spending two years practicing Reformer Pilates at another studio, and I’ve completely fallen in love with this space! While I enjoyed my previous experience, inLIFE Wellness truly stands out in so many ways.

The curriculum here is incredibly thoughtful, offering a variety of classes that cater to different needs and skill levels. I love that students are encouraged to go at their own pace while being challenged to grow. The instructors are amazing—they make full use of the Reformer machine, which really elevates the experience and helps me get the most out of each movement.

What I appreciate most is the element of surprise—every class feels fresh and different, and I never know exactly what to expect. The movements are challenging yet fun (most of the time!), 😆 and I always leave feeling stronger and more accomplished.

Thank you to Scott and the team at inLIFE Wellness for creating such a fantastic environment to practice Pilates!

Stunning studio! Perfect location! Just did their ‘Shape’ class this am and it was splendid!

A combination reformer toning and on-the-floor muscular endurance workout.
I love that they have tv screens positioned high on the walls displaying timer and routine so you can always keep up and ensure you’re getting the workout right. It’s an efficient 40 minutes and Scott (owner-instructor) was a fantastic guide through it all. The time just flew!

Another item I have to call out is the 3 minute guided meditation at the end of class. It was nice to not rush out to the next life assignment for the day and truly bask in the moment and the accomplishment of now.

Thank you Scott and Lauren so much for the class! I cannot wait for your Frisco location to come online July inshallah. Wishing you both much success in all current and upcoming locations. And look forward to trying more formats and classes soon.

Loving this new studio, lots of class options and every class is open to all levels as spring settings and body adjustments are offered for various movements depending on your fitness level. It’s a very welcoming place, and the instructors will quietly help you with your form rather than calling you out over the mic like other group fitness classes therefore MUCH less intimidating. My favorite thing though, is that you can only book classes out a week ahead of time! How many of us in-office working girlies have been forever waitlisted trying to get in a reformer class at the times that are compatible with our office schedules? NOT HERE. If you finally want to try reformer pilates and related class variations, I encourage you to start at inLIFE. I feel the burn, but can still function, and I think Joseph Pilates has some quote that “you will feel better in 10 classes, look better in 20, and completely transform in 30”…so I’m in, are you?! 😊
