I'm so glad I was referred to Inner Strength! Everyone I've talked to and interacted with really care about our well-being. They are flexible with your schedule. The trainers have great knowledge about the body and keeping you safe from any pain or injury. I had a shoulder injury when I started, and they tailored my workout just for me. They also know how to push you in a productive and healthy way. AND they are so kind and fun. I have been going for about 9 months, and I definitely feel stronger and more capable.

I have been an ISF member for over 3 years now and have greatly benefitted from the personal training I have received from Lisa, Francisco and Sean. With 4 grandsons and another grandchild on the way, I feel strong picking them up, holding them, and playing either on the floor, at the park and on the trampoline. In my retirement I have gained confidence when hiking, lifting luggage and carrying my groceries. My fitness routine at ISF has helped to increase my strength, balance and endurance. For offering professional training and workout gear to people over 50, Inner Strength Fitness receives 5 stars from me. The lessons are taught by individuals who are genuinely concerned about their students. Workout sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 students and at convenient times through the day at two locations in the Arlington (TX) area. Over the past year, my wife and I have been attending workouts, and as a result, we are more physically capable, energetic, and capable of overcoming obstacles that may have been challenging 20 years ago. For anyone over 50 who wants to get in shape, I strongly suggest Inner Strength Fitness.
I also suggest their nutritional plan that focuses on personalized nutritional plans, whole foods, mindful eating, and coaching support.

I joined Inner Strength Fitness in Arlington just over 6 months ago. As a senior and a retiree, my health had declined even though I was active doing yard work, etc.. Inner Strength assessed my abilities and developed an exercise plan just for me. Now, I feel better than before both mentally and physically. The commitment and routine of weekly workouts has made me stick to the program and the personal trainers gradually adjust your plan to support your development. I would recommend!

I joined ISF almost 3 years ago with the goal of losing weight and getting in shape. They have a great coaching staff (Lisa, Francisco & Shawn!) that are attentive and knowledgeable. They tailor my workouts to fit my fitness level while challenging me to push beyond my comfort zone.
The accountability provided by the coaching staff and community at ISF has been instrumental in helping me stay consistent with my health and fitness goals. With their support, along with modifying my food plan, I was able to lose 25 pounds in the first 6 months; 40 pounds total to date. I attend ISF 2-3 times each week and try to walk as much as possible throughout the week.
Coach Lisa’s nutritional coaching and education have also been significant, assisting me in shedding the last few stubborn pounds. She helped me identify changes needed in my food plan to reach a level of health I previously thought unattainable. I am now healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally, and appreciate ISF (the coaches and community) for making fitness both challenging, engaging, fun – and something I look forward to each week.

I’ve been a member since 2016. All the trainers are great! I think they pair you well with the best trainer for your particular needs. Lisa keeps me focused on the task at hand. Contrary to general belief, you can build muscle after 60. Working with Lisa, at 73, I can bench press my age.

I joined Inner Strength Fitness in November after seeing an ad on Facebook. I’ve gone faithfully 2x a week for 4 weeks. I LOVE it! I have so much more energy! I can raise my 28lb grandbaby over my head without my arms shaking, I’m doing yoga again at home, and I truly think it’s helped my memory. Coach Francisco is very friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to gearing a workout that challenges me, but doesn’t make me so sore that I can’t walk the next day. The other members I’ve met are all friendly and welcoming. I thought the cost would be out of my price range, but it’s truly affordable and well worth it if it keeps me strong and healthy. It’s definitely worth a phone call and free assessment! You should do this!

Kudos to Inner Strength and their entire team. For anyone 50+ and want an exercise regiment meant for us then Inner Strength is where you want to go. Awesome staff that gear an individual program to fit your current physical limitations and strength. You may be a person who works out regularly or someone like me who walked away from exercising due to neck/back issues. Bad choice! They start you out wherever you are on the health spectrum. Grateful you are among those that are in our age group and not comparing or attempting to do what those 20yr olds are doing !! There’s never more than 5 people working out at a time so you’re basically getting one on one care at a very affordable price. If you’re up to getting back into good health for better balance, stability and endurance then give these guys a try. You won’t be disappointed !! Oh and they play great 80’s music..

Here is my story. I turned 65 a few months ago and retired from a stressful, time-consuming job. I was overweight and totally out of shape (actually I am not sure that I have ever been in shape anytime in my life). I had creaky knees, poor balance, and a low energy level. I have been going to Inner Fitness for about three months now, and I am here to give them my highest recommendation! The workout routines they have designed for me are exactly what I needed. I have lost some weight, put on some muscle, have increased stamina and coordination, and feel happier and more energetic. I liked their program so much I recommended it to my sister, and she is now also a devoted regular. Jesse, Francisco, and Chris are the nicest, most professional team who really do a great job of designing your workouts and helping you succeed at them. I don’t write reviews very often, but I am happy to write this one because I think this program fills a real need for the out of shape over 55s (and there are a lot of us).

Inner Strength Fitness was my first step in my fitness journey. While my initial goal was weight loss, I quickly added general fitness and social support. This studio helped me grow beyond what I was expecting and has given me measurable returns and tools for success. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is helpful and supportive. There is NO shaming here, only strong support that you can do this. Another great fact, they hold you accountable for your progress. You can't move forward with out it. Plus, there is a ton of compassion - most have been there and done that. I can't measure the level of support from staff AND members - it seems unending. Results are spoken of in REAL terms and not something unattainable. And it's not all about working out- nutrition discussions are included. You will be pushed, but the results speak for themselves. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my fitness journey.

For everyone in the DFW area who are missing out on going to the gym this is a great option to get in a good workout. Extremely thankful for Jesse Jackson giving me the option to use the facility during a time when everything is shutting down. This is a unique one on one, or small group workout session and something I desperately need at this time to stay active and I know many others are feeling the same way. Not to mention, the owner is a great, Genuine, Christian guy who cares about you as an individual! I am a 27 year old former college athlete, Jesse specializes with clients age 50+ but as a former college athlete in his 20’s I still find his workouts challenging and they have taken me physically to the next level. I would recommend Inner Strength for all ages Men and Women who just want to improve physically, mentally no matter what level you are currently at.

I went one day before my surgery and loved it but have been down and on restrictions for the last 6 weeks. I can hardly wait to get off restrictions in July to get started. Don't do this if you don't want to lose weight and get in shape 'cause they will be on you to get it done and hold you accountable for what you want, just sayin'.

So if you are lazy and only talk about losing weight, this place is NOT for you!! Inner Strength is for a strong willed person and not a weak minded person!!
