A fairly small gym, but well maintained. There is a very wide range of difficulties available for the boulders, so there’s always something to work on. Many creative boulders with a range of techniques to try such as dynos and balance problems. Great for all skill levels.

This was my first time at this facility, and I absolutely loved it! The aesthetics were beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the space was welcoming and clean—even the walls themselves were great to climb.

The only downside was that the chalk and chalk bag were sold separately, which I’ve never experienced before. Typically, chalk and a bag are included with shoe and harness rentals.

Still, I highly recommend this place for climbers of all levels. Just be sure to bring your own chalk and bag if you want the full experience without extra rental costs!

The place is really cool. The rock climbing aspect is kinda challenging and will leave you sore. The prices for a day pay are kind of high but to be expected from a place like this. They provide equipment and give a crash course on climbing, Great place to bring friends and family.

What a great place! We had our granddaughters birthday party here! They have an area for your party with separate rock climbing walls just for your group! The host & hostess (Alan & Kayla) were wonderful. They were extremely helpful with the kids who were climbing and kept the kids engaged throughout. They were sweet & courteous to everyone! They even helped serve our nuggets, drinks, cake & dessert. They had such great control of all our little party guests! My daughter loved their helpfulness throughout! Gold Star service!

We were visiting the grandparents in Bridgeland over spring break and decided to check out inSPIRE Rock since it’s super close and wow, what an awesome place! I had four kids with me and they all had a blast! The gym is big, super clean, and has tons of climbing options for everyone! My 5-year-old had the best time…until he bumped his head while bouldering (but that’s totally on him and me for not watching close enough). What really stood out was well-kept everything felt. The variety of climbs kept my older kids entertained, and I loved that there were auto-belays so they could do it on their own safely. Overall, such a fun spot and perfect for a family outing. we’ll be back very soon

My family and I had a great morning climbing at InSPIRE Rock Cypress! The upstairs bouldering area was perfect for our young kids. They had so much available to climb! Our 7 year old loved climbing on the auto belays as well! This gym has so much variety for every climber, top roping, lead climbing, bouldering and auto-belays as well as a nice weight training area and tension/moon board area. Cannot recommend this gym enough! We will be back for sure!

Me and my wife have been coming here for a few months now, and it’s safe to say that we are dissatisfied with how everything is going.

We love bouldering, so this will be based off of bouldering only(among a few other things). Top rope looks great, but it’s not our cup of tea.

Let’s start with the few other things! The staff! We had an incredibly rude experience with a man with a nose ring. Just a very off putting individual and not friendly at all. Didn’t give us the time of day because clearly his conversation with the other employee was more important then helping us.

Other than that? We have had good interactions here or there, but there is a level of arrogance when asking about the route setting.

That’s my next point. Boy o boy the route setting needs to be figured out guys. We are confident in our ability to climb V3-V6 at every other gym we go to. Seriously. We did the groundwork for you. That includes all your competitors like your sister gym in spring, Momentum, Climb in The Woodlands, ABP, Crux,Etc. It seems when asked about it, ego is heavily involved with any question I ask. I’m just saying that if you made your routes better this review would be better, but sadly they are not. Everything is the same and it’s clearly tailored to y’all’s top rope comp team. Everything lacks innovation and creativity. Everything has a huge skill gap around V3+? Nothing is truly graded well. You have certain V4-V6 that are easy and need to be moved down a peg and then your V3-V5 are damn near impossible. Where’s the progression for intermediate climbers? I feel that everything is sandbagged and yet again ego is the main culprit here. Don’t tell me to “Get better”, because from where I stand yall are last when it comes to bouldering in Texas. Figure it out guys.

I’ve had a membership here for several years. I got into climbing at first because my kids liked it, but it’s a great workout, and way more fun than just lifting weights. I’m not an amazing athlete, but you can get a good workout from climbing regardless of your skill level.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel for work over the past year, so I’ve visited over a dozen other climbing gyms. I have only found one gym up in Dallas that has a similar number of auto-belays, which are nice if you’re climbing alone or new to climbing. The Inspire Cypress location has a good variety of routes in a modern facility, and they update them frequently compared to some gyms. Sometimes the auto-belays get a little crowded on Saturdays with day-pass visitors and birthday parties, but people in the climbing community are pretty nice. A crowded day is a good opportunity to find a new belay partner and take advantage of all the other routes, or to go work on some boulders. They also have a decent little workout area downstairs with hang boards and stuff geared for climbing, but also some weights and other equipment. Oh, and the pro shop is nice when you’re ready to get your own climbing gear, and members get discounts.

I’m glad this place is close to my house and on my way home from work. After visiting a bunch of other gyms, I appreciate how nice this facility is.

I have been a loyal member of this gym for many years and have always appreciated the friendly and supportive atmosphere. However, I recently discovered that my account was never properly closed in the past, and I am now being asked to pay overdue fines for a period when I was not actively using the gym's services. I am disappointed that this issue was not resolved earlier and that I am now being held responsible for these charges. Additionally, I have noticed a significant change in the gym's staff, and it no longer feels like the welcoming and familiar community that it once was. Will never be able to come back, unfortunate how a long time member is treated.

I had only been climbing a few times before I came here but this summer I made climbing my new project. I’ve been going 4 times a week for the past two weeks and the experience has been awesome. Plenty of parking, gym is always clean, they are constantly updating routes so there’s always something new, and the other climbers have all been very nice. The staff has also been exceptional. This week I left a climbing session and found that I had a flat tire. When I went inside to wait for AAA in the ac, the staff offered to help me change my tire so that I could get to the shop. I've been going to InSpire Rock Climbing Cypress for about 2 years and it's awesome! The walls are challenging and the routes are regularly changed to keep it challenging and interesting! Nice, open bouldering sections that also are regularly changed. The strength gym has all the basics and it's a great bonus to have that additional workout option included with a membership!

The staff and coaches are top notch - super friendly and always ready to help! It's a family run gym and Coach Bryan and his family are super sweet! It's become like a second home for me, and the community there feels like family! Plus, the whole vibe is just so friendly and wonderful :)

They have youth classes including daytime classes (shout out to all you homeschooling families :), all the way up to youth evening elite classes! Plenty of comfy seating for parents and friends that aren't climbing. Free Wifi is great too!

The pro shop has a great selection and prices are reasonable, especially with a member discount... expect 10% (or more) less than retail pricing if you have a membership! And the staff is so helpful in finding the right gear and they will help with proper fitting for climbing shoes... so much easier than guessing sizes with online buying! And speaking of discounts, InSpire offers a Military discount for climbing passes... thank you for supporting our troops :)

I haven't tried the snacks or drinks from the cafe, but my friends get drinks and snacks almost every time we're climbing and they love the smoothies and the cookies get rave reviews too! I see employees from nearby businesses come into InSpire to get coffee, etc, from the cafe... so that's a pretty good indicator that the cafe is top notch also! Super clean restrooms...that's very important ;)... with great smelling hand-soap, ahh the little things that mean a lot!

I've had an excellent experience with InSpire Cypress! I guess you could say it really rocks :) I highly recommend checking it out!"

The good: Great facility with nice tall walls. The place felt clean and the routes were all pretty good. The grading seemed accurate, granted I did not boulder at all.

The room for improvement: I’ve climbed a lot. And I’ve never felt like belaying was challenging before. The top ropes have a ton of friction, and for small folks, it can be a real workout taking slack in, especially if the climber is fast. I am a fast climber and I felt, multiple times, that the slack got so long that it was almost wrapping around my leg. My partner is very experienced but she had a hell of a time taking in slack quickly. Could be a safety concern. Belaying people down is also troubling with so much friction. I can only imagine that a small child is VERY hard to belay down.

Lastly, there could be more routes on the walls, especially on the great 63’ wall. One per rope takes the opportunity to do endurance laps away and that’s what I looking forward to by coming to this gym, 120-180’ of climbing before untying.

Great gym with great people. They have multiple routes with both top rope and autobelay systems, various bouldering walls, fingerboard ledges, and a few key pieces of workout equipment.

You'll see all kinds of climbers here from beginners to experts and the staff do well to make you feel welcome regardless of how long you've been climbing.

The routes vary in difficulty and are changed often enough to keep things interesting, but not so often that you can't work on a project for a good amount of time.

Definitely a must-visit for first time climbers and enthusiasts alike

Used to love this place. Was a member during and before covid times. I canceled in 2021 when I moved away from the area but they have kept billing me since then at some sort of inactive rate of 40$ per month. A great and clean place to climb. We went with our kids and they had a blast! It’s a little expensive but wasn’t crowded and didn’t smell like dirty socks (like other rock climbing places we’ve been to). About a third of the climbs are with an auto-belay and the others are manual. They even have a coffee shop on the first floor.

Excellent staff. Owner who cares about the people/students who attend. A big shout out to Raul, who mentored my daughter in classes for a couple of years. She loves it here and has found a passion for climbing that my husband & I are so thankful for.

Love this place. Tons of routes. Autobelay, top rope, lead, bouldering. Best indoor rock climbing gym I've been. Great atmosphere and amazing staff. They provide training/classes and you get a discount for those if you're a member. The membership is also really affordable. I literally signed up on the spot when I saw the price. The people that go there are also pretty chill. You can have kid's birthday parties here too.

What a trap !!! This place is a trap, they charge a ton of money for allowing you to use three lousy climbs.
This is the kind of place that will run out of business sooner than expected.
Terrible, terrible experience. I do not recommend. Thieves !!!

Great people and some of the best indoor big walls in Texas. Hasn’t been reset in awhile though. Went a couple months ago and then very recently and there were many routes still up.
