you live better’. So, we are dedicated to equipping our clients with tools and methods that allow them to live their best lives with intention.
We promote implementing good practices like adopting healthy eating habits, getting adequate sleep and using proper recovery techniques. Intentional Fitness

I can’t say enough good things about Angel! She is absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, motivating, and really knows how to push you while keeping workouts fun and effective. She listened to my goals, tailored workouts to my needs, and pushed me in the best possible way. She customized everything to my goals and made real progress feel totally achievable. I’ve seen real results and gained so much confidence thanks to her guidance.
Beyond just being an amazing trainer, she’s a genuinely kind and positive person who makes working out something I actually look forward to. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who truly cares & gets results, I can’t recommend her enough!

Angel is the absolute best trainer. She has been extremely patient and motivating. She has encouraged me to believe in myself and helped bring out strength I didn’t know I had. Her one on one training is designed to meet your fitness needs. When I train with her, I leave feeling like I can do anything “literally”. Please book Angel for all your fitness needs. She also offers boot camps during the week and on weekends also. I enjoy going to the boot camps also.

Punctual, always prepared, knowledgeable, knows how far to push and when to slow down, Coach Angel knows what she is doing! Started with her in 2022. Way out of shape with little experience in the gym world. She created modified workouts when needed so that I couldn’t just give up. She pushed me to my limit only to realize I could do more than my mind told me I could. Not only has this been physically altering but mentally as well. I’m better because of my consistency and effort working alongside Intentional fitness to achieve my goals. She truly listens to your end goal, is intentional when creating your custom workout, is MORE than affordable, and is just a joy to be around! AND I’m not having to walk around a gym wondering what muscle group to target and how. She’s got it all laid out for you!

I've been going to intentional fitness for a few years now. As a person who STRONGLY dislikes working out, Angel makes it bearable with her motivation to push me through the process. Angel reminds me that my health is worth the struggle of getting through each session. She eliminates the embarrassment I feel from not knowing proper forms and how to use the machinery. The way she corrects and redirects has been exactly what I've needed to stay consistent with my fitness and health journey. She just recently started a food program that sounds like it will make life easier. Haven't tried it yet, but certainly sounds like I need to

If you are trying to get fit, Intentional Fitness is the place to be. Coach Angel helps you set goals, creates personal workouts, regularly checks in and her challenges are a nice way to jumpstart your fitness routine. I have increased by strength and stamina, and am beginning to shed the pounds as I get my nutrition in order (which she has plans for also). Use Intentional Fitness, you will not be disappointed!
