I have been charged double (for 2 memberships) on my account for the last couple of payments and am receiving no help to resolve this issue. I have tried calling multiple times with no response or return calls, placing tickets through the app, and even emailing them. I have yet to get any type of response. I am a bit frustrated and just want to get this issue resolved.

Was unknowingly overcharged for 2 accounts over the course of a month. Paid an extra $100 for my account & another. I have tried contacting the gym to get this figured out with no luck. I sent emails, left voicemails & tried calling many times with no response.

Great peaceful place to get your workouts in, only suggestion would definitely be to add mirros in front of the squat racks. Some folks like to make sure they're keeping a proper form when doing some heavy lifting and mirrors would definitely be a key for that!

I love how it’s not crowded and very quiet has 24 hour access and is very clean the machines wipes are in weird places but everything is great more than enough equipment and room to move around. And I don’t have to deal with workers hounding me or peoples loud grunting and moaning noises. Best gym I picked and im sticking with them plus they are 3 minutes away from my home.

WAY better than the other gyms in the area. They actually use the AC (looking at you, Dynamic Fitness). The equipment is all new and higher quality than most commercial gyms. 24 hour access. Music on the PA system may cause cancer. The app is a little buggy but apart from that, great job.

Pros:
- Very clean
- Good equipment variety, especially if you prefer strength training.
- Never super busy; even at peak times there’s less than 5-6 people there

Cons:
- no paper towels in entire facility; was a problem when I cut my hand on a piece of equipment and also when I saw someone spill their water bottle accidentally
- there should be floor to ceiling mirrors by the squat racks to check proper form
- there is no way to report maintenance issues; there were flashing lightbulbs for weeks before they were changed and it was very bothersome to the eyes
- parking can be a challenge because it’s next to the movie theater

Overall it is much better than most gyms in the area. With a few minor improvements it could easily be the best local gym!

Love this gym! It has everything I need and includes equipment for both beginners and professionals. The gym is always clean and opened 24 hours. The private sauna is the best part and is perfect after a long workout.
