Welcome to Iron Addiction Gym and Nutrition we are Alvin's premiere Strength 💪 and conditioning Gym. We will also be adding Nutrition coaching in the near future as well as supplements.
We soft opened August 24th this first week we will have limited staff hours I will be there from 12-4pm this week. Im also trying to get the evening hours staffed please call or text before coming to tour.

Gym sucks. I was just there and when I buzzed the door to get in (because it's weirdly locked) somebody just looked at me and ignored me. How are new comers ever supposed to get a membership? Not sure but won't think about it too long. So many other gyms to go to anyway

Great gym! (This is NOT a "fitness center") You can go hardcore or just take it easy. Everything you need for cardio, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just building a better you. There's no "Karens" and no drama tolerated. Come give it a try. Memberships are very reasonable. Clean restrooms and showers. No men/males are tolerated in the women's restroom, women/ females are safe here.
