Iron Tribe Cinco Ranch is a very unique gym.
We offer both personal training and large group classes to make sure each member gets the individualized education and attention they need.
We pride ourselves in our amazing members supporting each other physically, mentally and emotionally no matter what fitness level you are.
Our 45 minute fitness classes allow for fun, fast, fitness for those on the go. With a focus on the 3 C's: coaches, culture and class structure, our community is very knowledgeable on how to help you be the best you.
We provide members with personal training, weight lifting, nutrition counseling, plus all with the support of your Tribe.

I’ve been coming to ITF for about 4 months now and absolutely love it! I’ve always been intimidated by gyms, but ITF is different. All the coaches & staff are so friendly , knowledgeable, patient and supportive. They want you to succeed. It has such a warm family vibe to it.

I started the Prime program due to having osteoporosis and not wanting to take medication. Coach Josh wrote me a plan according to my needs and I got to work.
I was beyond excited with my most recent bone density scan showing improvement in my numbers 🙌🏻 I love how everyone at ITF was so excited for me.

I joined Iron Tribe 4 months ago after trying very hard on my own for several years with little to no progress literally. I was hesitant initially for several reasons. To start with, I knew nothing about resistance training and I also wasn’t sure if it was my kind of gym. I decided to give it a shot and ended up taking a trial class which was a group class, probably around 15 people or so. It lasted 45 mins from start to finish. I did not expect it to be so intense. I absolutely underestimated it.
I decided to take the prime class with around 5 people in each class. I was assigned a coach who has my workout preplanned and ready. I started out not knowing anything at all about weights, totally ignorant. But the coaches were really patient. My coach increases the intensity of the workouts every couple of weeks. He is simply the best! I work with one other coach as well quite often, and he is awesome too! They are all so good at what they do and they are so consistent with their techniques and methods. This is so helpful to a beginner like me.
I love Iron Tribe, and give it 5 stars and beyond! Im so glad I found this place as I have seen so much progress in less than 4 months, something that I could not achieve for years with my personal efforts.

Iron Tribe Fitness has been one of the most satisfying workout programs I've ever been a part. We are all busy with our jobs, travel, family, and everyday lives. It's always difficult to plan time for the gym and often times conflicts prevented me from working out. Iron Tribe allows me to sign up with a phone app that's linked to my calendar, once it's on my calendar it's so much easier to budget the time. Upon arrival, I've been greeted everyday with smiles and handshakes from the trainers, they all know everyone by name and sincerely care about everyone's results. Workouts are shown on the app, then explained prior to class, even going through each movement so everyone knows the exact form and expectations for the day. Within 45 minutes, you arrive, warmup, exercise, and cool down. The trainers constantly monitor the room, correct form, and motivate everyone. Motivation and positive reinforcement is contagious throughout the room. I can honestly say my experience at ITF has been the best and the results are amazing!

The coaches constantly interact with athletes to offer support, guidance, and modify movements as needed before/during/after the workouts. They truly want to see you succeed. You always feel like you are getting personalized attention and care. The coaches are also amazing educators and offer nutrition guidance and recommendations to continue building on the gains you will see. Trust me, you will see gains. I simply cannot say enough great things about the coaches and ownership.

It's not only losing fat, gaining muscle and looking/feeling better, it's also a mental shift. I went from being a guy in my late 40's thinking my best years were behind me. I now know my best years are ahead of me. The work we do today sets up success for a better quality of life weeks, months, and years down the road.

My favorite part is that the workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle inside and outside of the gym is 100% sustainable. I never felt like I was missing out. I was educated on how to eat on workout days, rest days, and incorporate better decision making into my lifestyle while still enjoying time with family and friends.

It's a very special gym that offers so many things other gyms simply cannot replicate. The community of athletes and coaches you train with will become friends that support, encourage, and sweat A LOT with you. Without sounding dramatic, the coaches are lifesavers. From an old guy (soon to be 57) that has never worked out in a gym my experience has been nothing less than wonderful. From the owners, coaches and other members what a great experience. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN: This company has their customers running trough the back side of the parking lot at 5am (when it is pitch black outside) most of the customers and the coach dress in dark clothes. For context, the lighting in that parking lot is really poor. They seem to have no regard for safety of their customers, or others. It seems like a matter of time until this results in an accident.

The county sherif, or at least the owner of the shopping mall should intervene to avoid an accident.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I live in the neighborhood and do drive by that road every day and I can tell you, it is a very unsafe situation. This is not a random review, it is feedback from a concerned neighbor that lives in the neighborhood where you are doing business. I'd hope you would be more receptive to the feedback.

If no incidents have happened in 6 years, that is great, but unfortunately it does not mean it is safe. At least mandate to your employees and clients to use reflective clothing or something, at the very least forbid the use the of dark clothing at 5am. As a business owner, you'd probably be liable if an accident do end up happening.

Absolutely love the ease of not having to think about a work out. IT teaches you ways to properly and safely exercise while pushing you harder and harder every time. The coaches are GREAT and respect how far your body can go while still pushing you in a healthy way. NO feelings of competition with your peers and seriously a great energy in the gym. I just wrapped up my 6 week fitness challenge and the experience was definitely worth it! They threw down the challenge and I picked it up and ran with it. They make it very easy to follow the meal plan as well as the workouts and even have options if you have to travel, which was very helpful.

What better review can I leave than to say I’ve invited 4 of of my friends to do another challenge with me starting in the new year? Two of them are already saying “let’s do it!” after seeing my results.

I am very grateful for being introduced to Iron Tribe 6 week challenge. As a busy working mom of 3 under the age of 6, my health had definitely taken a back seat. I have tried multiple fad diets to lose the baby weight, non I could realistically sustain. I am not going to lie, walking up to my first session I was super nervous as I was very unfit! Iron tribe is a supportive atmosphere that works with what ever fitness level you are at, I felt nothing but support during all my work outs. One of my favorite parts is the focus on proper form for ALL the exercises that they do. I have learned that I was doing a lot of exercises the wrong way. The meal plan is easy and I see as something I can easily continue as a lifestyle change. Now that the 6 weeks are almost over, I am leaner, stronger, and must admit I am actually enjoying working out....even at 5am. ;-) My kids have started to call me strong mommy, I proudly now wear the title of Super Mom!

I am very excited that I decided to join the 6 week challenge, it has changed my life for the better. I can't believe that this is the last week of the challenge and I was able to do all that was required of me. Which goes to show anyone can do anything they put that minds into. Even though I have decided not to stay at the tribe for personal reasons, the coaches were all amazing! I cannot stress that enough. I’m so glad that I accepted this challenge! The coaches are extermly nice and helpful and you can tell they love their job! I have medical issues and my workouts were modified for me. I’m older and very much over weight and never once did I feel like I didn’t belong. This experience has helped me so much. Things people may take for garnet. However I can now touch my toes, get up and down from off the floor with ease and I can do one of my favorite things soaking in the tub. Previously I wouldn’t do my favorite soak time because it was so hard for me to get out of the tub. Not no more! It’s unbelievably how strong of feel and how good I sleep now At nite! The 6 week challenge has changed my life. Before joining I was completely out of shape and tired of buying bigger clothes that I still didn’t feel confident in. I ate horribly, was tired a lot and was losing my patience easily. I wasn’t happy with myself or the parent I was becoming or the example I was setting for my kids. Since joining I am a totally different person. I am actually HAPPY. I eat clean, push myself to limits I never thought possible, I have a ton of energy, more patience with my children and I fit better into my clothes. I am at the end of my 6 weeks challenge at ITF!! Four weeks into the challenge I lost 6% body fat! Thats huge!! As a cake decorator, dealing with sugar almost everyday and can lost that much is unbelievable! This is all because how thoughtful the coaches are, they keep check in with you make sure you are on point! The food chart that they gave us are easy to follow, the class are fun yet hard at the same time! I knew I’d like this place before ever stepping foot inside, but I honestly did not know just how much I’d absolutely LOVE it!!! The facility is clean, organized, and inviting. The classes are organized, structured, challenging, fast paced, FUN, and all the movements are extremely well taught to include modifications based on skill level. ALL the coaches are super knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and approachable; they absolutely focus on correct movement and form therefore keeping each participant safe during the workout. They teach modifications when necessary as well as push you outside of your comfort zone when they know you need it....they honestly love helping you achieve the best possible version of yourself. The individualized nutrition plans are amazing, simple and straightforward. Iron tribe will give you all the pieces to the puzzle, you just have to remain coachable and put all the pieces together. The 6 Week Challenge I just completed was phenomenal, I learned so much. I lost the body fat I wanted to lose and became so much stronger both mentally and physically. During the challenge I also watched my resting heart rate drop from 72 to 48!!!!!! AH-MAZING!!! I really don’t have a negative word to say about this place, I am so sad that the Challenge has come to an end, but if I HAD to give a negative, it would be the lack of short term membership options. I have been a member at Iron Tribe since Oct 2015. At first I was apprehensive, thinking this is another fitness fab that will disappear over time. I have been active all of my life, competitive by nature and get bored very quickly.
Well, 15 months into it and still here, I can state that ITF has brought so much more to my overall well-being than anything else that I have tried for the past 30 years. It starts with the culture. There is a strong feeling of inclusiveness in the group. I was always told growing up that I was stronger then i realize and how i should be playing some sort of sport but that just really wasn't my thing in school. Now looking back in hindsight they were all absolutely right! I first started out with baby step, by going to the gym and just walking on the tread mill and then i seaked out a personal trainer to help the process along and to keep me motivated. then i switched it up and joined a group training class more like a boot camp and then worked my way into the crossfit world. Never in a million years would i have thought that i would enjoy lifting weights as much as i do now. I then had a friend say hey come try Irontribe... "their amazing... your love" and lets face it we all think that our "home gym" if you will is the best place ever. So i decided to give it a try! From day one absolutely every single one of thier coaches was genuinely nice! they might be a little taugh on you at times but lets be honest we all need a lil tough love every now an again! Out of all the places I've gone and all the things I've tryed they are beyond the most knowledgeable people i have meet when it comes to nutrition and body mechanics! no matter your age or weight if you struggle with any movements they will modify to fit the best of your ability! they also show you what they call an inbody scan which gives you a break down of your body to the T so you can see if one side of you is strong then the other, your muscel mase and your good ol body fat%. I knew it had to be special place if my husband was getting up in the wee hours of the morning to go workout. He would leave for Iron Tribe and I would leave to go running. When the six-week challenge was announced, I thought this was a good chance for me to try and see for myself. To be honest, I was a little stubborn about it (for myself), when my husband joined in August as a founding member, because that would mean I would have to change my routine. (Side note: Sometimes being “interrupted” and "uncomfortable" is a good and necessary thing).
After several years of resistance workout continuously, in 2012, I got the running and triathlon “itch”. With that, came lack of resistance training due to the time constraints of endurance training. Over the years, although I was in good shape, I wasn’t in the best shape I was capable of. I could tell by how stiff I felt overall and by the loss of muscle tone. I still love running and will continue to race and enjoy it (unfortunately do not have the time for triathlon training these days with our goal of maximizing family time), but I knew that I needed to get back to the resistance/weights for my bones, body, flexibility, and well-rounded fitness for my future.
Fast forward to week six and I am really LOVING the Iron Tribe workouts so much. My body is moving so much better and I do feel so much stronger already. I look forward to pushing myself more and more each workout! This is #whyitribe and why I am joining the tribe family!

When I was thinking about joining the tribe it was mainly because I wanted to get back in shape, but after meeting with Jeremy he told me they could even help me with my back problems that I've had for almost 15 years. Jeremy-Clarissa Browning had been trying to get me to join Iron Tribe for a year before I finally caved. I assumed it would be another gym, but I was mistaken. Within a few weeks, I could tell an immediate difference in my performances as well as the way I felt, thought, etc. Not only was it a difference make for me, but it has been a lot of fun going and watching everyone else transform as well. I have made a few friends a long the way, which has helped me to keep going.

The past 6 weeks, I have been blasting my FB page with Check-Ins for a challenge. Along with the posts (appreciate the likes :)), I have been off of sugar, dairy, and gluten. Not only have my workouts improved dramatically, but you can tell a difference mentally and physically (Sorry, no selfies in front of the mirror). My wife and I have really not missed any of the foods we have been off of, with the exception of a good Burger, slice of pizza, and SUSHI!!! The results have been totally worth it.

I believe in the process that they are doing at Iron Tribe and believe you will see results as well. Whether you are an athlete or can barely move, they welcome all types and do a good job making you an individual instead of a number. Just have fun!

Having just moved to the Houston/Katy area, I was so unmotivated because I felt there just weren’t enough hours in the day since we were just getting adjusted. One of my friends Luis invited me to join him in a 6-week challenge being held at the gym he goes to and I took a leap and decided to go for it due to his high compliments of Iron Tribe. I must now say that it was the best decision I could have ever made! These past 6 weeks have been amazing! The coaches at the Tribe genuinely want the best for every triber there! From perfecting form during workouts to working on nutrition and dedicating time to find what works for you. Never would I have thought that a gym would make me feel the way I feel walking into the Tribe. In just a short 6 weeks I have seen a change in my body and strength and I have never felt better! It is overall an amazing atmosphere with so much positive energy from every single person under that roof! I’ll forever be grateful for this opportunity because it has been such a positive change in my life. To anyone that ever gets the chance to join the Tribe, I absolutely 150% recommend it!

The reasons that made me knock on #ITFCincoRanch’s door for the very first time a little over four months ago aren’t at all the same ones that have brought me there thereafter. Back on that day I was looking for a convenient place close to home where I could lose a ton of weight and improve my bloodwork stats.

That weight loss and health improvement, which started happening right away, seem though collateral to so much more. For instance, when I’m just about to drop that DB/KB and not finish a round, there comes Andrew to remind me that hell yeah I can. Or when my running seems like I’m walking backwards, Michelle pops up encouraging me to push myself. When I’m about the only one left doing that last round, countless fist pumps and high fives push me to the finish line. Who does that !? Family, that’s who does that.

I know it sounds a little romantic, and I get it, I’m a cheesy writer, but the gravity of this place, which source is a God’s calling for helping people better themselves, must be recognized by good old fashioned cheesy lines and romanticism.

Who thought Taro was going to look forward to the workout days, rather than coming up with excuses to skip them... I would have bet against myself. And I would have lost !

The Tribe New Years Challenge was EXACTLY what I needed to get my rear back in gear! I have never been an avid fitness junkie, but over the last couple years (since having baby #3) I had been regularly working out several times a week...up until May 2017. At that time, my schedule prevented me from attending classes. So I got busy and did nothing. And was stressed. And let nutrition slip as well. But during those 7 months I knew something had to change. I knew I couldn’t continue on that path. And this challenge fell in my lap. I was apprehensive about even throwing my name in the hat but felt nudged to. Then I was nervous to actually do the workouts - not because I’d be the weakest or slowest, but because it would require me to be uncomfortable and I was scared of how hard I might be pushed. Well, four and a half weeks in, and I am so glad I took the plunge! The program is reasonable and MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE. The coaches were very intentional about getting to know me and my limits, and pushed me *just* beyond what I thought I could do and always in an encouraging manner. I have a long way to go still, but I have made so much progress in just a few short weeks that it gives me the momentum to keep pushing and striving the next week and a half - and beyond - to continue on this healthier path instead of falling back into previous destructive patterns.

We are in the home stretch for the Tribe challenge, 1.5 weeks left and here's some thoughts on my experience.
I've enjoyed learning about proper nutrition during my six week transformation challenge at Iron Tribe. With the coaches help and encouragement, I no longer drink soda! I enjoy the smaller class size in comparison to other training facilities, and the coaches have been fantastic helping me understand the workouts, and modifying when needed. One of the best parts has been the type of deep sleep I've experienced. I feel very rested the morning after my workouts. There is accountability beyond the workout, and that has helped me stay on track! I'm looking forward to finishing strong!!! #itfcincoranch

When my husband decided to approach me about becoming founding members at Iron Tribe Fitness I was skeptical, as I was currently feeling successful at the gym where we were, but HE needed more...and I realized part of what I loved most about working out was doing it together. I took the leap and we joined. I quickly realized the things that took me the most out of my comfort zone were the things that I saw the most results from. From the "tribe" culture, which has resulted in me pushing myself beyond what I "think" I can do; to the movements and workouts that I almost always "think" I "can't do" the night before & sometimes mid work out too. But then feel so proud when I complete them, every morning I show up and do what I think I can't. The bottom line is, this place has given the me confidence to dominate my personal goals from growing mom muscles (which are cool, btw) to running my 9th half marathon in my life at the strongest mental and physical stamina that I ever have. I can attribute this to my tribe. But most importantly for me, it's nice to be an athlete again. Not just Wife, Mom, & Real Estate Broker - but a legit ATHLETE again. With #mommuscles, did I mention how cool they are?! 😎 I can't explain the changes that happen in your body even IF the scale reads almost the same LBs...as I'm down almost one whole pant size! Whaaat??? About 4 weeks ago Lou invited Ryan and I to join a 6 wk challenge with his Tribe. At that point Ryan and I knew we had hit a low point. Both of us were in the worst shape of our lives and it showed physically and emotionally. We had zero energy our mood was constantly negative and looking in the mirror was uncomfortable for both of us. Now I for one have never considered myself healthy or in shape. The gym has always been a bit intimidating for me. Early in our relationship Ryan taught me how to properly use some of the gym equipment at our local gym and I started to enjoy working out but still I saw very little progress and he had his own workouts to focus on. Then we fell in love and fell of the wagon lol. We tried several times to get back on track and at one point our eating habits got back on track with some holistic help but it didn't last. Now in the last 4 weeks our quality of life has made a full 360. With the help of our tribe we have been able to zone in our nutrition according to our goals. We have both reduced inches of our body, lost several pounds of fat and gained muscle. I love working out now that I know I am doing it correctly and getting the most out of it. Coach Josh, Khari & Sierra consistently help me with my form and adjust each movement to my skill level. The workouts are challenging, fun and always different. Yet the best part of it all is that i have gotten the man i married back. His mood and personality are back to being the happy playful man I know and love. I have told him he is not allowed to stop working out #listentojacky. As for me I feel great! I have more energy and I feel lighter, emotionally and physically. I feel this new lifestyle is sustainable. I truly enjoy what I eat and I have become addicted to working out. Seriously! If i go more than a few days without my tribe i get antsy. Well 5 weeks ago my friend Stacey Sustala Webster asked me to be a part of this challenge which I knew nothing about. But hey why not right? I'll get to work out and have some measurements done, awesome! I thought I can do this, how hard can it be for a 6 week challenge? Little did I know what I signed up for!! It wasn't for just a few workouts and measurements but it was for so much more. It was for a new accountability, new lifestyle change, new friends and new challenge and great trainers. I can say it hasn't been 100% easy, but it has been worth every minute of it. I have definitely enjoyed all of the workouts and all of the trainers have been amazing. At week 3, I was down 6 lbs and 2% body fat. It was amazing to see the results in such a short period of time. This challenge has made me evaluate where I am in my journey for losing weight and becoming healthy and realizing that Ive only just begun. I am so glad I decided to say yes to Stacey Sustala Webster even though I didn't think that my life would allow it!! It has been a great experience. #itfcincoranch #whyitribe

I got introduced to Iron Tribe Fitness from my sister and started going here as a challenge member. This is an amazing gym. Coach Duane made me feel welcoming with his caring and great energy. In addition, Coach Khari and Josh are always there to ensure I'm in perfect form and to provide an encouraging and safe environment. I feel great coming and leaving every morning. I will say I was skeptical coming into this 6 week challenge at Iron Tribe Fitness. After the first week working with the trainers I knew I was in the right place. The trainers make it manageable to get through each workout by guiding and encouraging you in all the workouts. Each day there is something different to do which makes it exciting to show up and do something new. I have really enjoyed the atmosphere and all the support by all the participants in each workout. This has been a great experience and I look forward to continuing beyond the challenge!

I wanted to make a healthy change this year and didn't know where to start. My friend made an fb offer to be part of her team for a 6 week challenge at Iron tribe fitness. I thought this would be a great opportunity to be apart of a team and push myself! I had no idea what to expect and I was in for a huge surprise! I love Iron tribe fitness! They are amazing! The coaches are so awesome. They push you and make sure you are doing the workouts properly so you don't hurt yourself. The coaches also help with nutrition and keep you motivated!! The current tribe members are so incredible!! I love that they cheer for you and give you high fives cheering you on during your workout! As most of you know I signed up for a fitness challenge at the beginning of January and have been loving every minute of it and getting good results! Well, that is because of the amazing coaches and members at the Iron Tribe Gym! I have done challenges before but I have never had the results I have been getting here! I never got educated on how or what to eat at the other places not even at the gym I am currently a member of. All those places want are your money. I have been a founding member Iron Tribe Champions since the beginning of September 2017. I joined the gym without even knowing what type of fitness program it was. Something spoke to me about the gym and I knew I had to join. I always have a concern about exercise programs because I suffer from a heart condition called inappropriate sinus tachycardia which is exercise induced. My coaches at Iron Tribe are aware and make modifications when my heart decides to freak out. This is a family of coaches and athletes that encourage each other regardless of what limitations we have. It has been a great decision for me and everyday I am becoming a better version of myself. Iron Tribe Fitness is a special place. When I joined I had no idea how much it would change my life. The class structure and attention to proper technique is amazing. The fast paced workouts and great schedule make it easy to stay on track. But what really sets Iron Tribe Fitness apart is the people and the coaches. About 18 months ago I was at a crossroad with my health and fitness journey, and my sweet friend and former Boot Camp friend, Bianca, referred me to Iron Tribe. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I haven’t looked back. The coaches are amazing... sincerely wonderful. A friend from church posted about her success at Iron Tribe Fitness and said there would be a 6 week challenge. Without hesitation, I asked her to sign me up. I have tried so many different types of gyms and fitness centers and NONE have ever stuck and really worked for what I truly needed. Luis drug me to Iron Tribe to try it out just once and at first I thought he was INSANE.

However, once I finished that first workout I signed up immediately! I felt energy that I hadn’t had in such a long time & finally found an outlet for my anxiety!

The best part of this place (besides the AMAZING coaches and fellow tribe members) are the RESULTS. And I’m talking non-scale results. I’ve gained muscle & lost fat (sometimes without even moving the number on the scale) I am so proud of the strength that the tribe has brought to me and I’m doing things I NEVER thought possible before.

They provide nutrition that is unique to YOU because nutrition is not one size fits all. And my coaches always help me tweak the nutrition if something isn’t working!

A wonderful friend asked me in December to join a "challenge" in January. This caught me by surprise because I was going to stop working out for a while. At Irontribe Fitness I met very knowledgeable people that gave wonderful research based advice that has helped me be a better me that is 14 lbs. lighter than I was in December. I used to work out 5 to 6 times per week without losing a single pound. I have always loved exercising. My fitbit would say that I burned 5k calories per day 6 out of 7 days per week. During summer I would play tennis for 2 hours and do weights in the afternoon giving 100%. In the past 5 years I have ran 6 full marathons and over 40 half marathons. My weight always stayed same. I thought I was eating healthy, but the truth is that I was not feeding my body the right types of food. This weight loss and a healthier me has only been possible through the guidance of wonderful coaches such as Andrew, Brandie, Michelle and Jonathan. You guys are amazing and a blessing to me and all the lives you touch. Jeremy, thank you for talking the talk and walking the walk brother. You got something special going on here!!!

Been attending classes at Iron Tribe Fitness for two years now. I love the convenience of the schedule, its 45 minutes of high intensity cardio and/or weight bearing exercise that gets my day started. The coaches are knowledge in all aspects of fitness, health/wellness and nutrition. As a 36 year old women, mother, wife and friend I need someone who is going to hold me accountable to be the best healthiest version of myself. I can count on my coach who has regained my confidence, reshaped my figure and has given me a whole new look on how to approach nutrition. My body feels and looks great and all thanks to Iron Tribe Fitness. It's not easy to find a gym that has all the things (nutrition, accountability, flexible class schedule and coaches who genuinely care) but this is the real deal!!

I really can't say enough about what Iron Tribe Fitness has done for and meant to me over the last 18 months. I have worked out at a lot of places and tried many different things over the last 10 years, but nothing has come close to giving me the results I have seen since joining ITF Cinco Ranch.

Why is that? In my opinion it is because of the people. The owner, Jeremy-Clarissa Browning, and his team of Coaches lead by example, they walk the walk, they don't ask us to do anything they don't already do. They are consistent, accountable,honest with us,extremely knowledgeable, generous with their time, passionate,compassionate, and full of integrity. They truly want the "tribers" to become the best healthiest version of themselves. They provide guidance on proper movement and technique, proper eating and nutrition, goal setting and show us how to achieve those goals. ITF is no ordinary gym, we are community of like minded people trying to better ourselves and we encourage our fellow tribers to do the same. I am a 51 year old man and I am in the best shape of my life! I got a little humility, became teachable, listened, did what was suggested, and the results happened. I am grateful for and look forward to seeing my Coaches and my fellow tribers at ITF Cinco Ranch on a regular basis.

This is my testimony for Iron Tribe Fitness. 2017 was absolutely the worst year of my life. But I survived and by the end of the year I was telling myself I needed to exercise more and start eating better. (Luckily I am not a stress eater so I actually lost 15 lbs in 2017 but it was not with proper nutrition or exercise!) So when Samantha Mapes asked if I wanted to join the 6 Week Iron Tribe Challenge I decided I should. I must admit this totally took me out of my comfort zone. But I had been given advice it would be good for me to do things outside of my comfort zone. So I signed up! Iron Tribe Fitness has been such a great experience! The classes really kick my butt in a good way! And the coaches and members are so encouraging and helpful. Earlier this week my right quad and right lower back were really tight. Andrew gave me a couple of exercises to do to address that issue. The next day I was 100% better! In a class earlier this week Jeremy-Clarissa Browning asked how long it had been since I had such a challenging work out. He suggested High School. I told him I had never worked out so hard in my life! But it is such a great feeling! The other cool thing is that I now find myself being way more active even when I don't have a class at Iron Tribe Fitness. Samantha - I am forever grateful that you asked me to be on your team!
