Excellent gym with tons of equipment. Hidden gem tbh. Recommend if you like a quiet place to get after it.

Great spot to get in a crossfit style workout. ππΎββοΈ Lots of Olympic squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, & box jump/step-up equipment to select from. Itβs usually not too crowded like the main post gym & it has all the equipment you need for a high quality workout.

Nice little hidden gem. If you are looking for free weights, this is where to go. There is actually room to move around and use the weights (unlike the main gym). They even have a type of fatbells. The only downside is the limited hours.

Excellent gym to really get strong. Multiple squat racks, lots of heavy kettlebells, and great motivational music.
Everything is there for you to take your workout to the next level.
Definitely will help you to become that all around athlete who can run, jump and move quickly.
Music is played very loudly so wearing your headphones might be out of the question.

Excellent. Clean gym. Lucky for me I had the whole gym to myself.
The older gentlemen that's the manager has the best attitude and super friendly.

Ill give it 5 stars once the mask requirement goes away. Great functional fitness gum though.

Came on a Friday DONSA. Good equipment for those interested in functional fitness (not CrossFit!) and strength training. However, it was DEAD. I suspect that other than unit PRT, this facility is significantly under utilized. Better weekday hours and some weekend hours would likely increase popularity and take some of the load of Soto Gym.

The experience varies depending on who is staffing the gym, since it's a rotating assignment for Soldiers staffing the gym. The most recent two Soldiers were awesome and took their work seriously, others take it as an opportunity to slack off and stare at their phone. The civilian manager at the gym is pretty good. I like to go to switch up my workout a bit. The equipment is pretty well maintained and the facility is clean. It would be nice if it was kept open a little later for those who need to workout after work.
