Excellent gym, and a great location easily accessible by 31st or 5th street. Been a member for a few months now. The facility is always kept clean as the owner is there daily making sure things are in order. Love that it’s 24 hour access by keycard as well.

This is a swell place ran by a swell guy. It's always kept clean, the equipment is legit, it's 24 hours, and it's not crowded as long as it's not after people get off work. Jake, the owner, is a cool guy to talk with, and he tries to have high-quality music play, too. I'd say this gym is the balanced choice.

Go see Jake, he owns the place. Nice down to earth, retired law enforcement and supporter of the first responders. Super clean and never horribly busy like the big purple gym in town. Tell him I sent ya. 😁

This Gym is the best gym I have ever been too! Jake (owner) works so hard to make sure it’s clean and fully stocked! It has all the free weights, machines, and pieces of equipment you can ask for. I’ve never seen more than 10 people in there at a time since it’s open 24/7 so it provides a great un-crowded workout space. Jake is also super friendly and so helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better workout environment!

Very clean and well laid out gym, populated by people who DON’T slam weights, wear “Beast Mode” shirts, or flex in front of mirrors.

Equipment is a bit limited and there are no locker rooms, but the lack of crowds makes getting an hour’s worth of lifting in possible to do in an hour!

This place is amazing!!! The gym itself is very clean with top of the line equipment. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. There is also a nature path right next to the gym for those days you don't feel like running on the treadmill. The gym is opened 24 hours a day and is rarely packed. Highly recommend!!!
