JLAFit Athletics is a gym that provides strength and conditioning small group training classes and 1:1 Private coaching for athletes.
We work with "everyday" athletes who are committed to investing in and improving their physical fitness in order to be the fittest husband, wife, son, daughter friend, and/or executive they can be.
We also specialize in sport specific training for all levels of athletes (professional, collegiate, high school, youth, and amateur) who are committed to investing in and improving their performance in Football, Baseball, Golf, Soccer, Hockey, Tennis, Long Distance Running, and many others.

I’ve been participating at JLAFit Athletics for almost two years, and it has been a game-changer for me. There is no other fitness training like what you will find at JLAFit. The training programs are unique, incorporating a mix of weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells) and mobility movements that really work those small muscles you didn’t even know you had.
Under Jesse’s expert guidance, I’ve seen incredible results: gaining muscle, losing excess fat, and boosting my confidence through hard work. Jesse’s knowledge is exceptional, and he’s great at adjusting movements to fit individual needs, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their workout.

JLA is one-of-a-kind when it comes to programming, coaching, and the facility. I'm admittedly extremely picky when it comes to finding a new gym home, and since joining three years ago, Jesse's programming and coaching have only continued to push the envelope, and us as athletes.
His programming is an incredible and purposeful mix of weights and mobility movements, so it's always athletic, functional, and highly challenging. I've never actually had defined, toned muscle, and, over time, I've grown to become proud of the way my body has changed and continues to evolve (diet has everything to do with it, too, of course). I love that some days I look up and I'm lifting next to an ex-NFL player, and Jesse coaches and pushes me as hard as he does them.
The facility and farm are beautiful, and you can't beat the views on top of the workout you'll get that you can't find anywhere else. Come train with the best!

I have been a part of the JLA family for some years, and I can't express enough how transformative this experience has been for me. In the first few months, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. The exercises were thoughtfully designed to increase flexibility and joint range of motion, which made my daily activities much easier and more comfortable.
The combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility routines ensured that every aspect of my fitness was addressed. I found myself gaining muscle, losing excess fat, and feeling more energetic throughout the day.

These workouts are so well structured. The excercises included strength, functional, cardio with correctives.
It's challenging and fun. Jesse really knows his craft. And, safety matters. He makes sure everyone's form is correct. And, he motivates you to get in those last reps when you think all your stamina is gone. Whatever fitness goal you have, from beginner to elite athlete there is something for everyone at JLAFIT.

Being a working Mom of two toddlers, I have tried everything to get my “pre-baby” body back. From running countless miles to hot yoga classes with weights, nothing worked, until I came to JLAFit Athletics. I always thought that lifting heavy would make me look big and bulky – I was wrong. The monthly programs meticulously designed by Coach Jesse make you stronger and healthier from the inside out. The coaches are truly invested in your personal gains and push you as if you one of their professional athletes. Since starting at JLAFit I have never been stronger and more confident in the way my body looks. I can carry both my toddlers at ease, not to mention all of my old clothes are now too big. These results are truly sustainable to live my healthiest life yet and I look forward to coming to JLAFit every day.

I have been coming to JLAFit since it opened and it is fantastic. Great workout and great people. I never wanted to do crossfit and this is not that but I am lifting weights that I have not done since high school. I have gotten so much stronger and feel great.

Highly recommend this gym! I would describe it as clean, professional, competent, strategic, safe, fun, family feel, community-centered and results-oriented. The owner, Jessie, has an extensive background and methods that prove themselves out! If you’re looking for weight training mixed with both cardio and recovery, this is the place for you! I’ve worked out for years, but have never seen results like I’m seeing now. JLAFit is the best!

I’ve been going to JLA for about 8 weeks after my Chiropractor’s recommendation. Jesse is a great trainer who takes the time to learn each persons needs. As a former athlete it’s good to be in an environment that helps me push my limits. Jesse has done a great job creating a culture of NO B/S get it done, while also making it feel like family.
If you’re serious about fitness (No matter your current level) come give it try. I’m sure you will not be disappointed!

Awesome workouts. We burn nearly 1000 calories per workout. Really had but fun group atmosphere. Not just heavy lifting. Cardio and lifting, isometrics, etc...really good place to get chiseled.
