Coach Jordan is an absolute legend! I’ve trained with a bunch of trainers over the years, but none of them compared to Jordan. He’s super knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I learned more about weightlifting, diet, and cardio from him than any other trainer I’ve ever had. He creates a custom workout and diet plan for each client based on their needs and goals. I trained with Jordan in person for a few months until I moved for work. But I was able to switch to a remote program and keep making progress and achieving my health and fitness goals. Whatever your fitness goals, Jordan will help you get there.

Zumwalt is a true professional. I tore my Achilles in November of 2021, and I knew I had a tough road ahead of me. During my rehab process Jordan helped me not only get back to walking ahead of schedule… but doing a light jog 3 months after surgery! The nutrition conversations are broken down in a way that it makes it feel easy to understand and execute. The results have continued to amaze me. Jordan is also great at making the experience very personable. Being able to talk to someone about the data you are recording on a weekly basis and adapt the program to fit your daily needs is fantastic. I have trained and received nutritional coaching with Jordan and I am so thankful I did!

Before I started working with him I had no idea where to start when it came to strength training and I had a fear of certain foods.
Jordan taught me how to track my macros and made me realize that you can lose weight & feel better while eating more food.
With strength training, he taught me proper form on compound lifts and a variety of other exercises.

I lost about 30 pounds working with him all while eating more than I was before, eating more enjoyable foods, and with minimal cardio.
He turned my hatred of working out into a hobby and a much needed form of stress relief.

Jordan is an outstanding trainer. He has done an incredible job not only helping me drop the weight I wanted but getting me over some joint pain that had basically made it impossible for me to do squats or dead lift. Jordan set me up on a program that helped to rehab those joints and also build muscle and strength. That was about 3 years ago and now I am 53 years old and dead lifting 430lbs. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting back into shape. He goes over and above all expectations!

Hands down the guy to go to for anything fitness related and for significant strength gains. Over 9 months of working with Jordan my squats went from 440 to 530, deadlifts from 495 to 545, bench from 300 to 335. This ultimately helped me win Gold in the 93Kg Raw Open. He monitored my nutrition and created my program based around my crazy work schedule. I texted him whenever I had questions or needed something and responded within minutes.

I can not recommend Jordan enough. This dude helped me fall in love with working out all over again and helped me dig deep into the scientific aspect of fitness. And, if that’s not enough, he’s a great guy who invests his heart and soul into his clients. I have known Jordan aka “Z” since 2011ish. I have been online training with him since 2016. I was diagnosed with Cushings disease and he worked 10x harder to understand it and help me work through the challenges I would face. He also helped rebuild my metabolism which was wrecked from a previous coach who believed in low cal/ low fat/ high cardio. Since working with Jordan I have lost over 50lbs. He is easy to work with, understands needs but also doesn’t let you blame anyone else for your own short comings. You have to want it in order to get the results. Listen to him. Follow his direction and stay patient and the results will come and your body will reap the benefits. He coaches you with physical fitness but also Hines in on your daily routine and habits to help gain a better understanding of your outside the gym factors.
