I’ve worked out with Josh on and off for the last 8 years and he’s the most positive, motivating trainer I’ve ever been with. He knows how to push you, but puts a smile on your face at the exact same time. Highly recommend training with him regardless if you’re just looking to get back in shape, or if you have a special event you want to look snatched for. It’s a 10/10 for me!

Josh is awesome! I've been training with him for 3 years. When I started, I was coming off having 3 babies in 2 years and my strength was not there- like none at all. I couldn't do a straight sit up. He listened to my goals and designed a plan to meet them. He's innovative and I love that he is always changing things up. We box at least once a week and that is my favorite day! In the time I have spent with him, I've dropped 20 plus pounds, but more importantly I am stronger than I have ever been (and saying that in my 40's is an accomplishment). I am also mentally stronger than I have ever been and there is so much that I thought I could never do that he has shown me that I can. My 45 minute sessions fly by, even though they are hard, they are fun. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, no matter your goals, because he will help you reach and exceed them.

Josh, with his positive and encouraging nature, makes ‘feeling the burn’ fun again! The workouts are never boring with his arsenal of exercises. Since introducing me to kickboxing, I have gained confidence in my self-defense while also camouflaging my cardio. Josh is invested in his clients’ experience and respectful of their time; regularly checking in to see if there are any areas in which he can improve. He is goal-oriented and keeps me on track, often encouraging healthy meal choices by telling me what is on his own menu for the day.
