I LOVE being a trainer and coach! Here is what I offer:
• Virtual Personal Training and small group fitness classes
• “in person” one on one + small group sessions:
1) at a local studio
2) at a local gym
3) in your home (local)
•Private studio: Mat Pilates (small group)
•“On Demand” channel:
*subscribers get access to a growing library of workouts and tutorials they can access at their convenience.

*NASM and ACE certified. Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Orthopedic Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, YogaFit certified, Aquatic Aerobics certified, Udemy Mat Pilates certified, MOSSA certified for Group Power, Group Core, and Group Active.

She is extremely well organized ,individual instructions during each session and encourages any feedback so that she can improve.
