Founded by Bella, an RYT-500 certified instructor with 12,000+ hours of practice, our studio specializes in posture correction, prenatal recovery, and full-body wellness. Bella’s personal experience with postnatal recovery fuels her passion for helping mothers and students of all levels achieve their fitness goals. I absolutely love this place! The reformer and the mat pilates are the ideal balance of challenging yet enjoyable. The studio's owner, Bella is very professional, consistent and she provides a high quality class! Highly recommend taking classes in this cozy studio.

I recently started practicing yoga at Keep Fit Yoga and it's been a great experience! The instructors are very professional and very nice. I'm really enjoying it and highly recommend it to anyone interested in Yoga. They also have a variety of different types of yoga and pilates so you you can vary your workout.

I began taking classes at Keep Fit Yoga Pilates in mid-August, and I've already noticed significant improvements in my physical condition, posture, and energy level. All the instructors, whether teaching Yoga or Pilates, are knowledgeable, patient, and really encouraging. As a beginner, I’ve found many classes that are perfect for my level, and I'm excited to see that they offer more advanced options as well. Hopefully, one day I’ll be able to join those too.
