Kelley is the BEST. She keeps you motivated and moving! Her understanding of not just exercise but how fitness and nutrition are two sides of the same coin is phenomenal. I been working with Kelley for the past 2 years. First with
Pilates which cured my joint aches and pains and then added strength training last fall. She has transformed my body and I am stronger than I have ever imagined and I am 60. The best part is she can adjust my curriculum when I have an injury and knows the body and how to modify like a physical therapist. And she and the workout is super fun!

Kelley is a phenomenal personal trainer, instructor and coach! She listens to you, and works with you to build a fitness routine that meets you where you are. I started training with Kelley after my first child was born. I continued training with her during my 2nd pregnancy and postpartum journey.
