Key City Dance Co. has been so good to our family and especially for our daughter Brooklyn. Brooklyn has been dancing for 10 years and God opened this door for her with some amazing owners, teachers and friends. It opened her up to new things and competition, new skills that she is learning and such an opportunity to grow! I'm taking ballet for the first time as an adult in her 40s, and I LOVE their adult evening class with Mark. I've tried dance at other studios in town and this is the first time I feel like the instructor has taken teaching dance to adults seriously (although, Mark is also fun and doesn't make you feel like an idiot when it's hard). You actually learn ballet in the class, you don't just throw a routine together for them to make you perform with the kids at the end of the season. I highly recommend!

Key City Dance Co. is amazing! KCDC instructors and team members truly have a passion for dance. Mark and Abbey are professional in what they do, are so down to earth, and easy to talk to.
This is our 2nd season at KCDC, and my daughter has grown tremendously in so many ways! In particular, she has improved in her confidence and flexibility skills. She looks forward to each class and then comes home and shows us what she learns.
Now, my other daughter is starting the baby class and I can't wait to watch her grow too. Safe to say we've found our dance HOME. ❤️

My daughter has been going to Key City Dance for a year now and she started with 1 class and loved it so much she wanted to try the other 2 classes offered for her age and she loved them all she cannot just pick one because she loves all her dance teachers. Everyone is so nice, caring, understanding, and always ready to teach the little ones each day. Its more than just a dance studio its family we have gained in everyone not just the teachers but other students as well. My girls love KCD, they attended two other studios prior and just didn’t have the best experience. Attending KCD for the summer session has made a big difference for them, they are learning much better here and while I know it’s hard to keep the attention of the littles, Abbey does a fantastic job with my girls. KCD has been a game changer for us! My young daughter was enrolled at another local studio previously and ended up pretty traumatized by the teachers there. So, I set out on a mission to find a studio that was uplifting, compassionate, and loved what they do. KCD is all of that and more! My daughter instantly fell in love with dance again and looks forward to her classes every week. The teachers and staff are amazing. The classes are well structured and the teachers work extremely hard at creating a uplifting environment to keep the kids engaged. I look forward to watching my daughter grow as a dancer here!

I grew up dancing at Dance LTD & when my daughter was 3 she started there as well. There are no words to describe the feeling of watching your child love the same thing you do.

Then covid hit & I found out Dance LTD was closing, I was heartbroken. But then Abbey & Mark bought the studio (and changed the name to Key City Dance Co.). My daughter & I were very nervous but so excited to start this past January.

Within minutes our nervousness was gone and by February she was taking four classes begging for more. She already loved dance and Key City Dance Co has stoked that fire to full on. The instructors are incredibly gifted dancers themselves AND amazing teachers. They know how to connect with their dancers as whole people. They are incredibly encouraging and teaching that encouragement to their dancers.

I could gush so much more but I’ll finish saying we absolutely LOVE our Key City Dance Co so much that my daughter is adding all the classes she can and my two boys will be joining this summer as well.

We love Key City Dance! My daughter started attending KCDC last year at age 3. I myself have never taken any sort of dance lessons before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I assumed it would be more of a fun movement class since she was so little. I was absolutely blown away at the techniques and fundamentals taught in the “littles” class! I was naive to think they were too young to be challenged.
My daughter has had various instructors over the past year (Astin, Lauren, Abbey and dance aide Sienna) and all of them have been so great and knowledgeable in what they teach! And again, I love that they challenge the kids but also make it SO fun!
My daughter has grown so much confidence, discipline, and love for dance since attending here last year!
In short, Mark and Abbey are professionals that are passionate about dance and it shows in the instructors they hire, the welcoming/friendly environment they create, and the high quality of the classes they teach. My daughter looks forward to coming to dance every week and I have loved seeing the growth she’s made in dance over the past year!

We absolutely adore the studio and the entire staff! I knew that my daughter loved to dance but I was skeptical because she was always in trouble at her last studio and constantly hearing her instructor redirect her for what she considered "bad behavior" made me so nervous to try dance again. Thanks to Ms. Abbey, my child has done a complete 360! Now instead of coming home upset or in tears, she leaves the studio in pure excitement. She has gained her confidence, is more disciplined and takes her classes and instructors very serious. She started off with one dance class and is now taking three and cannot wait to take on more classes. All of Key City Dance co instructors are highly knowledgeable and just absolutely amazing! They also do an amazing job with keeping you in the loop of everything going on! We look forward to continue watching our little dancer grow with Key City!
