Kingsland Health and Fitness Center is by far one of the best gyms I have EVER joined. At a very affordable rate, I have access to a wide variety of weekly classes, the equipment is all in great condition, and the staff is AMAZING!
I am new to this area and I am so glad I became part of this gym.

A little small, but that wasn't too surprising given the population. Although there was limited space, the center had most of the equipment (dumbbells, free weights, machines) that gym regulars would want. Classes and lockers are offered, and every employee we encountered was very cheerful and helpful.
