Where do I even begin?
My journey with fitness has been inconsistent. From trying to learn from YouTube to taking classes at F45 and mindlessly doing exercises at the gym, nothing seemed to stick. Within a few short months with Coach Khanh, I’ve seen improvements in my body composition, energy levels, eating habits, and quality of life. I like his approach to coaching. He focuses on your problem areas and listens to your concerns. He will tailor exercises to meet those concerns and correct your form (one of my concerns; bad form equals frequent injuries). Lessons with him seem to fly by because we’re always having fun! It’s tough work, but rewarding. I’ve always left feeling better than I came in. Khanh is a great guy and you will be in good hands. Don’t hesitate to tell him about anything you feel during the workouts, he will adjust and help you as you progress!
Coach Khanh is truly passionate about helping his clients; I can tell he loves what he does. He WILL get you the results you want!

I have been working with Khahn for a few months now with his exercise sessions and nutrition plan and I highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable in adjusting the workouts for what each individual needs and his nutrition plan is very educational and he will problem solve with you so that you can stick to it! Ever since I've been working with him my energy levels have been great (no more need for a cup of coffee in the morning!), I've lost weight and feel like I've gained strength. He's pretty flexible with the weekly schedule and will help get you to your goals.

Really great experience training with Khanh.
Have been dealing with chronic tight shoulders and hips from working long hours and would get injured when working out.
Been doing FRC workouts with Khanh, restored shoulder range of motion and hip mobility.
Quality of life has improved. Body is not tight all the time. The support through the trainer app has been great too, immediate workarounds and tips suggested when working out away from his home gym.
Genuinely passionate about what he’s doing and seeing people progress vs. trainers you find who are going through a check list and cookie cutter workouts.
He is evaluating and making recommendations in real time. He is present in the workouts and not scrolling through his phone as you see in several other commercial gyms.

Khan is a great coach! I was only seeing him once a week for 4 weeks, but he undoubtedly helped in many areas. With our weekly session, “homework”, and weekly nutrition guidance, I was able to shed 7 pounds within that month. We also worked on many corrective exercises to help with posture and mobility. Would definitely recommend if you’re considering getting a personal trainer.

Ive been attending KTran Fitness for a solid 2 months now and the results speak for themselves! Not only have I lost weight and body fat, my eating habits have also gotten better. I went from sitting around eating out all day to putting in the necessary work to improve myself. Khan has carefully guided me each and every week, tracking my eating habit and activity outside of the gym, to ensure that i am on the right path to meet my goals. He very accommodating in the gym and has a good eye for making sure your doing all your sets correctly. Khahn worked with my son who was recovering from an ankle injury. He helped him strengthen his ankle but he also worked on his core and talked with him about his nutrition. He was very helpful. We will use him again when my son is home from college.

Khanh is an amazing trainer and coach! I have seen great results in a short time. He is very good at creating a personalized routine for my workouts which is tailored to meet my goals and create real gains. I've been working with Khanh for three months and fully recommend him! I've been dealing with a lot of joint pain and Khanh has been working his magic. My mobility is improving tremendously and he does a great job at tailoring exercises to precisely what I need to strengthen my joints as well as keeping each session unique. They all feel different yet he strategically builds upon the work we've done thus far. He is thoughtful in regularly checking in with me to see how I can tolerate certain movements/weight and doesn't hesitate to adjust to meet me where I'm at. I'm now doing exercises and movements that would have been impossible for me few months ago. Overall, he keeps it fun and is encouraging. I'm also grateful that Khanh meets me at the gym in my office, which makes it incredibly easy. Thank you Khanh!!

Khánh has been my trainer for 13 months and he’s been one of the biggest reasons for my success. When I joined him in early 2022, I had uncontrolled high blood pressure, high cholesterol, was pre-diabetic, constantly tired, and morbidly obese. With a number of life changes and Khánh’s training. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight, changed my diet, have my blood pressure and cholesterol under control, am no longer pre-diabetic, have significantly more energy, and feel all-around better. Khánh is flexible with scheduling, understanding when things come up, but will also hold you accountable. I would highly recommend him and KTran Fitness to anyone looking to make a change or to just improve your fitness level.

I have been training with Khanh for over 6 months. He is amazing. He spends time not only on helping me through the exercises, but educating me on the importance of proper form in order to prevent injuries. My plan was not to lose weight but to tone my body.
