Good size, though some machines are lacking in quantity, and the power racks are not nearly as good as the ones at other LA Fitness locations. Friend also had her headphones stolen here this past weekend, so be careful with your belongings.

A good facility but it could use a straight bar rack and should invest more in newer state of the art equipment. Many fitness places now have better machines for leg days. Also, they should better encourage members to put back equipment where it belongs. Access to cardio machines is good.
9/24 Still a lot left to be desired. They did a redo on this place some years ago and took away 1 of 2 of the smaller ab machines which were actually favorites of most members. Plus, they took away 1 of 2 horizontal leg curl machines. Why?! Good luck if it's leg day and it's crowded. Could also be cooler in there. Too warm.
1/31/25. The basketball court has been changed into a large training area. Outside of that nothing has changed. It would be so great if they had a rack of straight bars to complement the curl bar rack. It would give members a wider choice and better workout. I've seen other gyms and health clubs where that's a standard.
4/1/25 Both leg extension machines have been out of order for about 10 days. Many members hog machines because they're too busy with their cell phones to work out. That's hell when you're waiting. Still too warm in there.

Not a fan that they started the extra annual fee on top of the monthly membership price.

This gym also started partnering with some kinda personal training unit that costs extra on top of membership. Took away the basketball courts and doesn’t seem like a value add for members since they removed a perk.

I am beyond disappointed with the cleaning conditions of this location. The staff is always chilling and the cleaning crew doesn't clean!!! What are they getting paid for? All of the machines on bottomed and second floor have dust all over and trash inside the machines. The restrooms are disgusting! You can tell they are never cleaned nor the ones inside of the family restroom. We are paying a $50 monthly fee for this nasty conditions is ridiculous!!! The employees need to step it up and get to work instead of just being on their phones and having conversations!

Facility is ok and pretty much the same as most gyms. However, on this on specific visit, we had to use the coed bathroom for my husband to shower since he has a broken Fibula that is in a boot and unable to stand on both legs. The coed restroom was extremely dirty, especially the toilet. This visit was early afternoon on a Saturday.

I’m very disappointed with the conditions at this LA Fitness location. The pool is dirty, with visible grime and debris, and it doesn't seem like it’s cleaned regularly. The ceiling has multiple leaks, and the ventilation system is filthy, which raises serious health concerns.

The sauna is barely warm, making it unusable, and it also appears unclean and neglected. It’s obvious that staff are not properly maintaining the pool, sauna, or shower areas. Speaking of showers—they’re dirty, smell bad, and create an overall uncomfortable experience.

This kind of environment poses a serious health risk, especially to kids. I'm genuinely concerned someone could contract an infection like tetanus or worse.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements. This is not what we pay membership fees for. the gym across the street is even cleaner for lower membership fee with same amenities. I really hope this LA fitness can keep up with the other LA fitness and not ruining its reputation

Definitely enjoyed my first time here. Sauna is alright size not big but decent. Dumbells and machines were available during the 7pm to 9pm time frame I was there. Daina at the front desk was kind and helpful to give me a brief run down of the area and staff was friendly. Also like the dedicated indoor turf HIIT area. Will definitely return if this is the closest to me in the area I'm in.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and overall, it's a decent place to work out. However, one major issue that’s been bothering me is the sauna. It’s been out of order for months during the coldest times of winter. There hasn’t been any communication about when it will be fixed, and despite reaching out to staff, I’ve yet to get a clear answer.

I have aching joints and muscles, and the sauna is a big part of how I warm up before workouts. This ongoing issue is definitely frustrating, and I know there many unhappy gym members. Not sure why this is the only LA Fitness in DFW area having sauna issues. I feel like management truly doesn't care.

The management and staff at the Euless location is extremely unprofessional when it comes to talking and servicing their members. Being shrugged off and my questions being taken seriously regarding maintenance of equipment included in our membership. When you have machines down for weeks continuously, and a huge component of your amenities (the sauna) broken it is very frustrating when you receive terrible explanations from the staff. “Parts ordered”, “no timeline” and avoidance of questions being asked is ridiculous. I have been apart of this gym for 3+ years now and it has been going downhill since I joined.

My post is about the weight and cardio areas only. These areas are both great - haven’t seen a cardio machine out of service, free weights are put back in place, and machines rarely are broke. Equipment maintenance is priority for them. Could potentially reorganize the layout and add another power rack or two. It does get busy at peak hours but as does every other gym. All in all, solid gym for a workout with plenty of options to get a proper workout in.

Competition is fierce in this area. EOS is across the street and a plethitude of $10/ month clubs within a 15 minute range. I regularly visit La fitness across the dfw area. There are some fine employees here. However, I don’t see any 50 yo or 60 yo guys in management which is a red flag for me with any business. It speaks volumes! HR companies across the board are hiring kiddos these days because it’s cheaper for the company, so they think, if you notice a lot of turnover. Churn and burn is much more expensive strategy guys. The members in clubs, therefore, gets the riff because this generation of kiddos don’t know what customer service is because USA corps don’t value it as much as cash flow. Wrong priorities guys! Customers come first!, profits will follow. Without customers you will have no paycheck. It’s not the other way around. Read Sam Walton’s auto biography on how he started Walmart.

My sister and I went searching for a gym membership and STERLING helped us , of course fill out the paperwork about why we were there, ect.. He gave us a tour and then after like 45 minutes of being there, we wanted our three day free pass and he refused to give us one, because “we had some big goals that needed to start today with a membership.”

***What upset me the most is wanting help and someone not giving it to me because of what it seemed like him/ the company needing to hit daily quotas instead of helping people find the right gym/giving what’s “guaranteed” to us. I was angry, disappointed and discouraged to have spent time trying to find help getting a gym membership, and Sterling, the an assist manager refused it to me.

Sales/front desk is not where I think he should have a seat, Unless he works on his customer service skills and sales tactics. Perhaps he should go out in the field and promote the gym to build confidence with people and/or be let down a few times before becoming management.

The private and semi-private training sessions are very well run. Anakin does a great job choosing quality trainers, as evidenced by both Travis and Ryan. I’ve started 1-1 with Travis - he is awesome! Fully engaged, appropriately challenging, and efficient with our time as he always has a plan. I feel good about the investment in maintaining strength as a 60-yr old woman. The group yoga and Pilates instructors are excellent, especially Theresa, Stephanie W, and Amanda. I will also call out the folks at the front who are always friendly when you come in. Of note is Hakim, who quickly addresses any gym quality issues.

Family and I have been with LA Fitness for years. The staff is friendly, kind, and understanding. If you need help they are there in a heartbeat, have questions about a certain workout routine or muscle group they'll know the answer. I recently have switched membership to this location and the facility is amazing, particularly the PRT Room. It's gorgeous!!! The class is easy to navigate and, although in a small group setting, the personalized training session feel is still present. She walked to the front to get security I guess

I said sat nam and finished my breathwork which had been building for 30 minutes

Acheived grace and love and thanked the heavens

Opened my eyes and the security guy was there

It was maybe a minute later

I usually go to these yoga classes as I am a member and am certainly allowed to be there

So I'm confused as to why I was not invited to join the class?

I was doing yoga, so that's what's funny to me

Anyway I don't think pia will appreciate the energy of her substitute teacher in her class

She could have said nothing, or just started her class I was done anyway

It was truly unnecessary to be rude

And now she lost a potential client

When I asked her name she got very flustered and backpedaling

Wouldn't surprise me based on her attitude which quite frankly

I’ve been to a few LA Fitness locations in the area and this one is just okay. All of the other ones I’ve been to have single leg extension machines and single leg curl machines which I prefer to the standard two leg. It’s less busy which is nice but some machines are just old compared to other locations.

I’ve been a member for 5+ years and I recently moved and started going to this location which is like any other location except for the fact that the WIFI IS TRASH. There are so many dead spots where my phone has no internet connection. As someone who pays $40 a month I expect to be able to use my headphones consistently through my workout not walking around trying to get connection. This is supposed to be considered a “high end” gym this location needs to get it together.

The shower heads in the women’s locker room are awful! There are no “ half size” weights ( 7.5 lbs, 12.5, 22.5 etc) like at the LA Fitness by my house. Everything is dirty.

I wanted to share my recent experience with LA FITNESS, specifically regarding a swimming class offer I came across approximately 6 months ago.

Around six months ago, I was an LA FITNESS member, and I was in search of a swimming class. While at LA FITNESS, I noticed they had an ongoing swimming class offer. When I inquired about it at the counter, I was informed that the class cost $165 per month, with no contractual commitment required. The staff member even assured me that the class was available for as short as three months and that they would be my instructor. This seemed like an attractive offer, so I promptly signed up for the class.

Initially, I planned to start my swimming lessons the following week, but they were repeatedly canceled due to the instructor's alleged busy schedule. Despite my attempts to contact him through calls and messages, I received no response. When I finally confronted him in person, he explained that his phone was broken and apologized.

This pattern continued for three months, during which I didn't attend a single class. Frustrated, I approached another staff member at the counter to inquire about canceling my membership and obtaining a refund for the unused months. To my shock, I was told that I had signed up for a 12-month class, despite my multiple inquiries that had been assured otherwise by the initial staff member. This counter staff member claimed that others had experienced similar issues.

I expressed my disappointment and asked for assistance in contacting customer care to resolve the matter. Despite reaching out to them multiple times by phone and in person at the fitness center, no one provided a satisfactory response. My fourth-month payment was even deducted from my account. To address this, I had to remove my credit card from the membership, which resulted in them being unable to deduct my regular gym fees.

Now, I find myself constantly receiving calls and messages from LA FITNESS requesting payment for monthly fees. Every time I explain the situation, I am assured that they will escalate the issue to higher authorities, yet no meaningful resolution has been reached.

It has been two months since I last visited the gym due to travel and work commitments, and I have received no communication from LA FITNESS regarding a refund or cancellation. However, their persistence in requesting monthly payments continues.

I want to caution others to exercise caution when considering LA FITNESS classes and memberships. It has proven exceptionally challenging to rectify this situation, and I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others to thoroughly investigate any commitments with this organization

The management of this gym SUCKS!!! I wish I could give them 0 STARS.

I booked Personal Trainer through them. They "told" me that I had 8 1-hour sessions available during the month. After 3 weeks of training with the trainer, she told me that she got promoted to Director position so she couldn't train me anymore and she suggested another trainer. I didn't think much of it and went along. The second trainer had a habit of not showing up for my sessions. He missed 3 of my sessions. All this time, I wasn't even told that I had to book those sessions through the app. When I saw the app, it showed me I only had "8" 25-minute sessions available, even though I was sold "8" 1-hour sessions. I disputed immediately. Upon my displeasure, they told me that I would get the 1 hour sessions but they can't change the app so this would have to be done outside of the app. I reluctantly agreed. This carried on for 3 weeks until the second trainer quit his job. I asked the manager to find me another trainer and he said there wasn't any "Certified" trainer available anymore as quite of few of them quit at the end of summer time and that they were looking to hire more trainers. Meanwhile, they urged me heavily to upgrade my package to "Masters" trainer, which against my best judges I eventually did. My payment was reflected immediately. I did find a Masters trainer. Her name is Kristin. She was probably the only good thing I could associate with this gym. But after a while the app didn't allow me to book anymore sessions as apparently I had exhausted all the 25 min sessions available to me in my contract. And about that contract, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF OF CONTRACT. No email or paper contract ever received. But payments were regularly deducted.

I eventually decided that enough was enough and decided to cancel the membership. That's where the real nightmare started. I was given a runaround. I called a couple of times and spoke to the front desk person, who ensured me that they had updated noted in my profile so 'someone' in management to cancel the membership. I double checked 2 days later because I never saw any email. This time the process was repeated. A new front desk person gave me the same story. Third time, I spoke to them when I was there at the gym at 7 PM. I spoke to the manager, who ensured me that he had updated my account and that it would cancel the next morning. I told him specifically that I don't want the payment to go through as it was Nov 2nd. My payment was scheduled to be deducted on Nov 4th. Guess what, I checked on Nov 7th and the payment was deducted despite many assurances from various people at the club that it wouldn't go through. BTW, the app had disabled my ability to book any sessions immediately the day after I told them the first time I requested to cancel. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company, which will take 35 days to resolve.

If you want your mental sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM.

Against my better judgement I joined this gym, thinking I might not use it enough to be worth it. Sure enough, I rarely used it, so decided to cancel . Trying to cancel the membership has been a runaround and a nightmare. Wasn’t allowed to cancel over the phone OR in-person when I went to the club. I was given the runaround when I came in to cancel, and told to come back on a different day when the manager is present (which I won’t have time to do because I work full time during the day). Had to throw a scene at the club just to get the cancellation form and they would only email it to me and said I’d have to print it myself and bring it back (I don’t have a printer). Then when I asked them to print out the cancellation form I was told “I don’t know how to print it, I don’t know how to connect the computer to the office printer” osvaldo, the sales person is here eating his lunch from Wendy’s at his desk but can’t print the form or actually do his job. Super professional.
When I checked my email for the form he said he emailed me I discovered Oswaldo lied and didn’t actually email me a form. He emailed me a link to log into to the online profile I don’t have and then the instructions say you have to MAIL in the form!! So he straight lied and said to bring it back and the form apparently has to be mailed to the corporate address. BEWARE of this gym. DO NOT do business with them.
I wouldn’t recommend this gym unless you want to overpay and have a headache to cancel. Maybe this is why the new gym on the other side of 121 in glade parks is full, charges 15.00 per month and LA Fitness is empty.

I need to cancel my Membership and LA Fitness is making it impossible to do that. I can’t cancel over the phone and I somehow have to physically come into the gym M-F 9-5 (WHEN I ALSO WORK) to cancel it. Really?! I have to take time off work to cancel a gym membership? Staff did not follow full protocol during covid.
Staff will barely acknowledge you, if they do at all. They claim to clean the machines - they do not.
Machines are frequently broken, miscalibrated, etc.
They keep it way too hot for a gym to save on electricity.
No effort is made to keep free weights organized.
They will lie to you about the requirements for cancellation - you can cancel in person with the Operations Manager. I'm sure they could cancel over the phone, but they seem to prefer to experience the cold glare of a frustrated customer in person.

My 5 star review is in recognition of significant improvements in “ambiance” of the club as result of the recent management change & also in anticipation of continuous improvement that I firmly believe will be transpiring. Andres is a breath of fresh air compared to 2 previous managers (Aaron & Michael). Both made no effort to hide their disdain for members & had no concept of customer satisfaction. Andres is very personable & intuitive young manager who has already made a positive impact on club employees & the general look & feel of the club that had deteriorated badly under Aaron & Michael. I have personally witnessed Andres providing direction to club employees in a very constructive manner & also attempt to have positive contact with every member or guest as they enter the facility. He practices MBWA (management by wandering around) to keep his finger on the pulse of the club.

1st time visiting this gym, my lock was cut and the theif went through my bag (luckily I don't keep anything off value besides my keys in there) and threw my bag into another locker. 2 other members have also told me of their valuables being stolen. Staff seems like they could care less. The manager seemed like I was annoying him. Buddy get into another line of work if you can't deal with the general public. Go to another gym, folks.

Very nasty—especially pool/sauna/hot tub/showers. Always mold and hair everywhere. The swimsuit dryer hasn't worked for 2 years. The sauna door doesn't shut totally- for months mow. They closed the pool and hot tub for weeks but it is no cleaner than it was. The dividers in the pool are coated with grime. I could go on and on.

For the cost, I was a bit underwhelmed with what they have available. There are many machines for cardio but not a lot of room or equipment for free weight exercise. Ive never had such a rude experience. As soon as the clock hit 11 the two men who were working today- the evening shift on 8/8- and they were very aggressive and hostile towards us. I understand everyone wants to go home but customer service still exists and more than that- being kind to people should still be the goal. We were not aggressive or rude to them so there was absolutely no reason for us to be met with such attitude. Save yourself the trouble, dont come here.

So this was my first time at this location, I usually frequent the 820 location. Well I was first helped by the manager Jheron would immediately informed me of my options and membership. He was very proactive at looking at my account and options so I could attend a class. Overall after using the facility this one is hands down better than the location from cleanliness to the overall Leadership of this location. You can tell and it makes a difference. Probably going to be my new home club.
