LA Fitness on Main Street is a great facility with nice recent upgrades, but there is one major issue that really needs attention: the lack of morning yoga classes during the weekdays. Right now there is only ONE class, which is not enough for those of us who rely on morning sessions to stay consistent with our fitness and wellness routines. A gym of this size and quality should absolutely offer more options.
With the LA Fitness on Golden Triangle closing soon, many members, including myself are extremely disappointed, mainly because that location has the BEST yoga instructor, Lesli. She is exceptional. Her classes are always packed, and for good reason. She teaches at a level that keeps people motivated, challenged, and excited to come back. Her presence alone brings tremendous value to the gym and keeps members loyal.
I strongly hope management will consider transferring Lesli to the Main Street location and expanding the weekday morning yoga schedule. Many of us are prepared to follow her because instructors like her are rare.
However, if more morning yoga classes aren’t added—and if an instructor of Lesli’s caliber isn’t brought in—I will likely cancel my membership and move to another gym that offers better class variety for the price. I truly hope LA Fitness listens to its members and makes these important changes.

They've repurposed two rof 5 racquetball courts and the basketball court. So no more basketball and racquetball is severely constrained. Imho they should have repurposed the 'training area" as a lifting area and left the basketball court and racquetball courts alone. Music is super loud "set by corporate".

The renovation turned out great, but the gym music volume is excessive. Nearly everyone uses their own earbuds, yet we still have to blast them just to drown out the overhead speakers. Despite multiple requests to turn it down, it seems to only get louder. It’s not a concert — it’s a gym. Please fix this.

Hello to whoever that may be concerned. I'm a member for over 6yrs with LA fitness off golden triangle. I put my account on hold 'freeze' because I went overseas. I was denied access today because I didn't revised my account. But its a $3 fees I didn't have my wallet on and was denied unable to go in gym access. Im very upset after my 6yrs of my loyal ships before 24hrs fitness La fitness. She was very rude to me. Her services was unwelcoming. Im very upset over a "$2.60". She was very rude and I felt belittle as member to LA fitness!

One of my favorite gyms in the area. Management has been super nice and considerate. The facility is always improving which I appreciate. This gym offers a pool, sauna, weights, banana heavy bags, racquet ball courts, etc. almost everything you need for strength, aerobic and anaerobic training. Through hard work, discipline, and training I have improved my strength, endurance and skill here. I have also made some friends, enjoy!

Great option in the area if you’re looking for something not as steep as Lifetime but nicer than all the $10 a month gyms. The unique equipment like their Nautilus pullover machine makes them a standout. The new lifting area they just replaced the basketball court with is an unbelievably great upgrade, here’s to hoping this location will always be a going concern

Best gym in Keller and the staff actually treat you like a human and not a robot scanning in, all of the employees are so sweet and always helpful and I can actually talk to them and they all are like friends at this point, I love this place! Not to mention the machines that they have are amazing and well taken care of and I can actually train hard here without getting complaints from the staff because they actually know what hard work is and care about their gym goers! I love coming to this gym!! Everything is always clean, it’s usually not super crowded (even after 5 pm) so you are able to use the machines and equipment easily without waiting too long and everyone here is so friendly. Erin and Neal are always welcoming and chat with me either coming in or out of the gym, the daycare workers are super patient with my daughter and she loves coming here as well while I workout (and she loves Miss Kayla)! I’ve been training for a few weeks now with Joel and he is an amazing trainer that is helping me work towards my health goals at a pace both comfortable for me while also pushing me to be the best version of myself. As someone who doesn’t really know what she’s doing in the gym, I’ve been able to use what he teaches me on my own with ease. If you’ve ever considered personal training, I would highly recommend him!! Overall this is an amazing gym that I would recommend to anyone looking to elevate their fitness goals!

Erin, Shane, Neal and the whole team at this location provide a positive workout experience. They are friendly and professional, often introducing prospective and new members to "regulars" at the club. They greet us by name and are always "upbeat". The machines are kept in excellent condition and fixed promptly if there is an issue. Plenty of machines offer a diversified workout, plus many members also use free weights and participate in classes at the club. Grateful for the extra effort of the staff on behalf of the members.

I’ve been coming here for five months and have had an amazing experience. The first time I went some one had an issue with me and I brought it up to Neil and he handled it very professionally and made sure I had a safe gym environment. Niko is also very friendly whenever I see him when I check in.

Erin helped me get set up with my membership and personal training sessions and has been very encouraging with my progress.

I’ve been working out with Joel, Shane and Jonathan and they are very good at giving direction and looking at how I’m doing the workouts and making sure my form is right and correcting what I’m doing wrong.

I have LA fitness membership from 2009. I was in many locations, and I always put 5 star reviews. This location is completely different. They are creating they own rules and regulations. Manager Minh Dinhlamg (other name Bryan) and his helper, Beck, told me that "kids are Safety Hazzard and they must eliminate Safety Hazzard." Next, they told me that I am an LA fitness member from 2011 and not from 2009. Next, they told me that LA fitness corporation doesn't have a fisical address and doesn't have an email address. Next, they told me that if I wanted to see my contract, I must fly to Los Angeles. At they end, they can not see it, and they are not able to print anything. All that happens on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10 am. This location is crossed to the street from my house, and I am going to this location from November 2024. It's weird that I have never seen any people in the pool or jacuzzi, and normally on the second floor is 3-5 people (cardio machines). It looks like people hate this place. When I took my kids, they always cried and cried. No one is happy. New customers, please don't think that all LA are like that and don't cancel your memberships.

What poor management they have at this location.

I arrive with my wife and daughters, first of all I pay for kids club and membership for 2, second time at that location and something when I scan my daughters they do not appear on the screen, we had already left the girls at the kids club,

the manager Hakim arrived with an attitude telling me that he was going to cancel my membership, (that is called harassment and subordination)

I told him that was not the way and he told me that he could talk however he wanted.

he did all this in front of my wife and my daughters, she got very nervous, which I had to take a breath to face the situation more intelligently than that poor manager,

finally I negotiated with him that my daughters only be in the kids club for today, he kept me very upset to train my routine but he did not leave me confident that he was going to say or take any action against my daughters

So I decided to retire from the gym for safety reasons. I've been working in hospitality and customer service for 25 years. And their way of solving things like this isn't the way to go.

When you go to the gym, most of the time you're short on time, and having to face a situation like this is very demotivating and messy.

Where do I start… I’m not too sure if it’s a management or an overall organization issue and the management doesn’t have the support they need. The parking lot lights were out for months. When it rains they have buckets in the facility due to leaky roof. The sauna light was out for months. The sauna has ants in it and I’ve been bit by them. People have left there dogs in lock cars with the car off and windows completely rolled up and when reported, the staff said they’d, “ look into it” yet an hour and a half later the husky was still in the car. There’s a bathroom in the women’s locker room that hasn’t been working for months also. For the amount of memberships and money this place makes it shouldn’t take months to repair things. The staff overall are very friendly and kind and do the best with what they have. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job! I do not get the experience that I would like at this gym but it’s the closest one to me with the overall equipment I need and with a sauna.

My Experience at LA is usually good, the Last 2 times I’ve gone, a tall kid working front desk( Names Beck-6’7). First time I signed in was very rude more concerned with his conversation with a girl sitting with him. But now this second time, I go and hey bluntly rudly is to say your payment is so pay now I’d prefer that. That’s how the conversation started, doesn’t ask anything, for me my bank account was hack and I’m in the middle of getting a new card right. Well he is again in front of a girl trying to act tough? Ends up letting me in, everything is cool. I go to leave he opens the door then walks outside away from coworkers to then continue to harass me tells me to lock in and smiles you need to catch up on payments. This 18 year old kid needs to learn the first thing about respect especially being the face of a business this is exactly how you lose members. The women's handicap shower has not been working for the last three weeks. After bringing it to the club's attention multiple times, the hand-held shower head has not been replaced or repaired. A week ago, I called to see if the repair had been done and told it has been taken care of. Obviously, not true since, as you can see from the image taken on April 3, 2025, there is not a hand-held shower head in sight. I ask you. How do you think the LA Fitness Center in Keller, TX, feels about their women handicapped/disabled population's safety in the shower? With as many competing fitness centers in the area and new facilities from those competitors opening up, one would think they would do as much as possible to keep all their members. VERY sad and disappointing to know the respect level they have for the population of members needing to use the handicap shower!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new gym for my daughter and I to join and visited this facility . We walked in and walked to the receptionist and were inquiring about the gym. The young lady at the young lady seemed bothered and replied “I don’t have nothing to do with that , yall can just look around “. I replied “ so , there is no one that could give us a tour and talk about membership prices ?”.I guess someone over heard me and sent a young man to help us . He was a sweet guy, but had no enthusiasm and was just dry in his approach to try to sale a membership. They have a cycling class but I guess no instructor, so they don’t have classes. The locker room was small and not very clean as well. Not my favorite, I actually prefer the one on golden triangle, but they have the squat rack. Seems like the creepy trainer from golden triangle moved to this location, actually this location is full of creeps, so don’t come unless like me, it’s your only option. I just recently joined this gym because I enjoy working out. I am a retired veteran and I enjoy keeping active. I've worked out at this gym for 2 days and now it's having issues. The lights don't work but they are open if you are OK with working out in the dark . In the dark really LA fitness? Yall did 2.6 billion dollars in revenue last year but can't keep the lights on in one establishment? But you better make sure you make your payment on time right? This is absolutely ridiculous.

I tried to use a three day pass at this gym. They made me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Then upon speaking to someone, they said they would have to charge me $20 a day. I asked if I could use a three day pass and they said it was subject to the managers opinion if they wanted to give it out and it was denied.

I’ve been LA Fitness member for years and visit many locations, and it’s shocking how bad the conditions have become across the board. There are never any employees around to assist, and the cleanliness is non-existent. The bathrooms are nauseating, with spoiled, filthy baths, no paper towels, and floors that are outright disgusting. It’s clear no one cares about maintaining even basic hygiene standards.

It’s not just one location, either. The other one I go to in Keller is just as bad, and I’ve had similar experiences at several locations in Austin. It’s obvious this company is heading in a downward spiral, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re on the verge of bankruptcy. The neglect and lack of care show across all their facilities—this isn’t the quality you’d expect for the price they charge. Avoid at all costs.

My family and I have been members of this gym for YEARS and I have personally referred many friends as well. New employee named Benjamin gave my guest a hard time. I called to cancel my son’s membership for not attending school on (8/19/24) @ 3:40pm and some guy answered the phone.
I told him what I needed and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to the gym in person to cancel.

Worst customer experience. Lexi was beyond rude in trying to push a membership on me. After saying, I wanted to talk to my wife about signing up, she said “why would you value your wife’s opinion if she doesn’t prioritize your fitness since she is not already here with you.” I told her my wife was pregnant and not feeling well that day. Lexi called that an “excuse.”
After this, my brother and his wife quit to join Lifetime Fitness with my wife and I and it’s been way better!

This gym makes you sign up for membership with hidden fees and even if you’ve never used the gym and you come to cancel your membership due to not being able to afford it, they refuse to give you a refund for services you’ve never used and will have you sign a contract for no refunds. They are a rip off gym and nothing good will come of them. A complaint has been filed with the BBB.

Morgan is amazing she helped me sign up my friend with a discount by staying later than she needed to. She has always been super friendly and actually cares for the members. Horrible facility...the hurst branch closed down and these guys are still trying to charge me...turning them into BBB for attempted theft for 3 months now... again the hurst facility shut down and their manager failed to cancel my membership and now LA literally told me no over the phone...THIEVES!!!

This is the second time I have been at an LA Fitness and even before the closing time of 11:00pm, they shut the lights off in the dressing rooms where as I was dressing. To that stupidity I could not see very well to the point of having to use my phone light to even check my locker, it took me longer to finish up.

When I walked back out leaving through the gym, their clock as well as my phone showed 11:01, which means they did shut the lights off before closing time.

I went by the front desk to lodge my complaint with the young lady telling me they had no control over when the lights go out and I stopped her and told her she should not get caught up in the script of the corporate lies and that I am at a LAFitness every night and the lights don’t go out like that. It may even be a stupid location management call.

Like others here, I was robbed at this gym about a month after joining. The thief smashed my lock and stole the cash out of my wallet. Luckily nothing personal was taken. When I confronted the front desk staff, she told me it happens all the time, sometimes five times a week, and there's nothing they can do about it. They do post signs on every locker warning about theft, but still this is the first gym I have seen in 20 years that has a problem like this. She also said cars get broken into all the time too, and sure enough, last time I was there I found broken glass in the spot next to me, presumably from an earlier break in.

LA fitness, you need to hire more staff to patrol the locker rooms, and get some security cameras in the parking lot, seriously.

The gym has decent equipment, the pool is amazing, and they are the least busy gym I've ever been to, but that's probably why thieves can get away with so much here. I'd say it's a good value gym, but don't use the lockers, and don't leave anything in your car.

The maintenance timing is horrible. I’m literally sitting here on a machine between sets and the maintenance crew is using a leaf blower (indoors) to blow dust from under the machines! It’s loud, inconsiderate, and causing people to sneeze. This is at 11am. They also strip the floors, paint, and use scissors lifts to navigate between members to change light bulbs, in the middle of the busiest times of the day, causing more inconvenience to their members. This type of nuisance should be completed at 11pm when the gym is closed.That said, they have a decent selection of weights and machines are fixed fairly quickly. It’s a fairly clean gym, no carpets in the locker rooms which is a plus.

WORST Zumba classes of my life. For the price we pay monthly you think they could hire people who actually know how to dance at all - even in the slightest. If leadership even bothered to watch a single class they could see what a joke it is. AC barely works at all - super stinky. Positives: nice front office staff, not too busy or long waits for machines.

On Saturday August 12th 2023, I was robbed at La Fitness Keller. Someone cut the locks off the lockers and stole phones and wallets. I was appalled at the total lack of concern from the personnel at LA Fitness. It was like 'Oh well bad break'. I had to contact the police myself and fill out my own police report with Keller police. I was told La Fitness has no liability what so ever. No parking lot cameras, no security plans to keep peoples valuables safe in the lockers. I did not even get a phone call to express concern that I was robbed. I am just totally shocked at the total and complete apathy. I was not even offered so much as a couple of free months dues for getting robbed !!!

Excellent LA Fitness location! Best gym we have been to! Gym is clean. The young adults and teens at the front desk at night are always welcoming. Love this gym because it has a big nice turf with lots of equipment. Equipment is up to date. Love the two squat racks also!!

If you want to feel like you're working out in your garage, this is the gym for you. No fans pushing any air and barely a trickle of Air conditioning leaves the gym feeling warmer and more humid than most every other location. If you ask about the temperature, you'll be told that "it's controlled somewhere off-site"... It's 85 degrees in the morning and 100. Equipment is is somewhat up to date, but the treadmills haven't had shocks in years it seems. More comfortable to run outside.

Restrooms are always filthy, ancient cardio equipment with lots of squeaks. Management has promised new oly station to be added for 3 years, smith machine etc. and nothing new has been brought in except for adding back machine in the old personal trainer area. It would be nice if they cleaned more and had new equipment to serve all of the many new members crowding the floor.

This is a decent club. I primarily come to this location for yoga classes. Just be sure to lock your vehicle and do not leave anything of value or bags visibly in the vehicle. I had my window smashed in and things stolen in a smash and grab at this location.

I joined the Keller location on highway 377 gym last October 2022. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and showers are always clean and neat. The best thing about this location is that it is rarely crowded and you don’t have to wait or wait to long to use the equipment. I would definitely suggest joining this club. 👍😊

Bathrooms, showers area are very dirty, and no lights on I had to take a shower on the dark. Showers are disgusting is very sad that they have great installations and equipment but don’t take care of have a clean place. I didn’t take pictures because it was the shower and bathroom area.

The hot tube is not so hot, it says 100 feels a little cooler. If you need jets to get a massage don't bother here. Jets don't work, it just has bubbles. What a joke for a hot tube. When the fix it, just maybe they could give it a good cleaning.
