Absolutely incredible gym! It is SO clean, all equipment is in top notch condition, the 3 saunas are fantastic, the recovery area is top of the line…the Red Light therapy room is top notch…I mean you name it, they have it! The owner is super kind and always cleaning and restocking everything..Such a blessing to have this place here!

I am starting back in the gym after over 6 years and I love it. It iS 24/7 I can go whenever and so far it has not been full. I always get my exact workout done. I haven't had to wait for it.

3 out of my 7 families are enjoying this gym. Michael and I decided to join and worked out today. Love the hydro massage and red light therapy. Having an auto immune disorder and all my bionic parts the machines are amazing. Love the atmosphere and the setup. Jeff and Rachelle have been great.

A Phenomenal gym that offers new / modern well maintained equipment and the overall cleanliness of the gym is very impressive to say the least (Also open 24 hrs). The owners are very hospitable and personal with you and truly make you feel right at home with a family type atmosphere. The name of the gym intrigued me, especially when I found out that it means "something given as a bonus or extra gift" which is specifically referencing the Cryo Lounge, Red Light Therapy, Massage Chairs & Guns, Sauna and Hydromassage the gym offers to supplement the already admirable selection and/or variety of modern gym equipment. It is definitely worth stopping by to check out if you are in Lumberton or even Beaumont for that matter (You will not be disappointed - well worth your time).

I have been regularly attending Lagniappe for the last couple of months. I can’t speak highly enough about this facility. Lumberton was in need of an upscale fitness center, and Lagniappe delivered! Their pricing is reasonable.The owners Jeff and Rachelle are so sweet, the facility is gorgeous and well thought out, with notable attention to detail. This is an inspirational environment to work out in.

My friend and I joined in January and we have been very excited about all Lagniappe has to offer. The gym has a calm soothing atmosphere, and the space is always clean. The workout equipment has a wide variety of options from free weights, to stand alone machines, and cardio equipment so you can maximize your training. The separate area for recovery is what convinced us to join though. This area has Hyperice massage tools, a Breakthrough massage chair, a red light therapy room, infrared saunas, a cryo lounge, and my favorite the hydromassage lounge. All these options definitely make it easy to focus on recovery and improving our long-term health and fitness. The owners are very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. Overall, it’s a great gym and we are happy with our membership.

Words can't even begin to describe how much this gym means to me now. I have been praying that a gym would open up in Lumberton that checked off all the boxes. 24/7 ✔️ Updated Well kept machines ✔️ Sauna ✔️ attentive owners ✔️ but with cryo and red light therapy lagniappe is THE gym of Lumberton. This new facility has everything you need to have a healthy active lifestyle, no matter your age or skill! The owners are very personable and down to earth and always welcoming. The “recovery” aspect of the gym is a huge plus, great for people like me who still need some of the physical therapy items after an injury, even though PT is finished. All of the equipment is new and state of the art! Shout out to the Meches for bringing a touch of Louisiana to Lumberton 💖
