I’ve been training with Anu for just a little over two months and have already lost 10 pounds and nearly 10 inches off my body. She’s not like other trainers—she really customizes her approach to each client and makes sure it works for your lifestyle and goals.
As a mom of two little ones who hadn’t worked out in a long time, I was nervous about starting a new routine. Anu immediately made me feel comfortable and supported, and she’s helped me build confidence every step of the way. She’s also become someone I genuinely enjoy chatting with and consider a friend, but don’t get me wrong, she still keeps me on track!
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, listens, and delivers results, I can’t recommend Anu enough.

Anu is bringing me back to life!

I came to Anu desperate for a way to change my after work routine from going home, walking my dogs, sleeping, getting up for any must dos and the dogs and going right back to bed. I now meet her twice a week for strength training and nutritional coaching after work, and in between I have my energy and motivation back for hiking, yoga, my relationships and all the good self care we need. Just tweaking my diet eliminated the blood sugar spikes I’ve dealt with my whole life. I knew I needed help, I just had no idea what a difference training with her would make. I was just looking for something to force me to leave the house during the work week and it led to so many more positive changes.

Anu is amazing, I can’t recommend her enough. I worked with her after baby number two, to enhance my fitness and shed the extra weight. She helped me to align diet and training with my goals. I have been training with Anu since July. She is an excellent trainer - knows when to push me and when not to. She had me write down my fitness goals and has been working with me to achieve them. She is also very good with working around injuries and recommending good stretches to relax any pulled muscles .She also checks in about my diet to make sure it’s adequate for building muscle etc . Moreover, she’s very responsive over text/calls and easy to schedule sessions with and punctual .

Anu was my best personal trainer and I had zoom classes with her. She worked hard in correcting my form. Exercising with correct form makes a huge difference and works the right areas. I loved working with Anu and will continue to use her as my personal trainer. One hour would go by fast when you are exercising. She is very experienced and sharp and can see even through zoom how much to push me, my limits and how to increase my weights slowly from 5 lbs to 20 lbs. She is very councious of her and your time and goes right to work. Very professional and experienced. I recommend Anu Morgan if you are lookig for a personal trainer.

Anu has been my personal trainer for several months. She is an excellent trainer and I recommend her if you want to get in better shape. I feel stronger and healthier. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to work around injuries or offer stretching suggestions. We work virtually which I love. I also appreciate that she is prompt and professional.

I was an obese couch potato with terrible habits. I came to Anu, and she analyzed my lifestyle, and started with small changes. She patiently showed me how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively. She helped me find a healthy way to live. In the first 5 months, I lost 50 pounds. I have since lost another 10 and have kept it off for 5+ years. Since starting I have completed seven MS 150s and multiple sprint and Olympic triathlons and one 1/2 IronMan.
Anu is an amazing coach. She has the right balance of mentor, friend, drill sergeant, and motivator. Anu is very skilled at helping you set reasonable goals, and helping you make them happen.

After she moved from Houston to Austin we continued our sessions long distance via skype which has worked without any hiccups and which even allows me to continue training while traveling. First, full disclosure - I used to be married to Anu so I have to admit to a slight bias...However, aside from that I can say with complete honesty that she is an incredible personal trainer, has been doing it since 1999 and can help anyone reach their fitness goals and have fun along the way. She is energetic, creative, encouraging and very likable. If you are looking to lose weight she is especially the right trainer for you as she "wrote the book" on weight loss (check out amazon for her book "Get Real About Weight Loss"). If you are looking to get in shape give her a call, you won't be sorry!
