I love this gym! The staff is always friendly and extremely attentive. There are lots of group classes and individual machines available so you never feel like you’re crowding anyone. The atmosphere is great and its always clean. The food at the cafe is also great. Super glad i got a membership here!

Irritated…sauna is out and it’s been out 3 times over the past 2 weeks…this is why I like west lake Houston…they have 2 one in the common area and 1 in the men’s locker room….young lady at the desk said they asked what people wanted when this gym was built…well the didn’t ask me….this is ridiculous for nearly $400 a month

My wife was trying to cajole me into getting fitter for ages. She asked me just to visit Lifestyle Fitness and then she would leave the final decision to me. Arriving there, first impressions count and nothing more than at Lifestyle. I was greeted by Natasha and Jarvis and I was kind of floored by them. They were impeccably dressed, positive natured, spoke eloquently and plainly and treated me like a VIP as they showed me around the facilities. I am always impressed by people who take the time to know the products and services they were selling, regardless of industry, and Jarvis and Natasha were outstanding. I had some weird and esoteric questions I needed to ask (being a cynical gym user!) and they handled the questions diligently with grace and ease. Where there was no obvious solution, they made a solution happen. In any service industry, product knowledge, solution creation and professionalism makes you a true ambassador to the site and brand. Kudos to them both as they decided for me to join.
As for class and gym instructors, not all are created equal but I stand and applaud all those whom I have had contact at Lifestyle. My main go-to guys are Theo and Artis, who I thank them for getting to know me, I mean really know me. They remember my history of past injuries and stop me from doing certain actions and activities which may harm me when I do them, but instead modify the activity for me to avoid injury. From the hundreds of people they meet a day, how they remember my details I have not a clue. But don't let them fool you, they see everything and everyone! But let us not stop there with Theo and Artis. A big shout out Valerie, Manika, Stephanie S, Dominique H who are very professional in their knowledge and experience, making joining their classes fun! I come in to classes with a smile and I leave with a bigger (although more sweaty!) smile! Thank you to all the instructors who set the tone and vibe of Lifestyle. They are the breathing soul to the business.
The premises and building are outstanding , the equipment is unparalleled, the facilities impeccable and is just a place you *want* to spend your time (all day?), whether it is to have a coffee or milkshake, relax using one of their recovery services and facilities or just have fun in one the classes. However, a few things unsettle me. Why spend the money and bother in having a licensed bar lounge as a facility? Do you want members to drink before they train and injure themselves either on the machines or during a class? Or do you want to have members train, then drink and drive with potential repercussions to themselves or others on the road? I am sure the profits made from the bar don't justify its presence. And since we have a bar, why stop there? Why not open a cigar lounge and maybe a little cabaret club too? I say to Lifestyle Fitness management, you are sending the wrong message there.
Another is the parking facilities that Lifestyle Fitness provides. It is HUGE, so there is no problems parking. But the number of stories I have heard where members have their cars damaged by other members (many members are senior citizens who just lose the ability to park in closed spaces or have poor peripheral vision) and the thefts of items lying visible in the car after dark cannot be ignored. Imperfect solutions as they are, I would like to suggest that Lifestyle Fitness offers a voluntary service to members where they provide their license plates of their vehicles and if an alarm goes off or something happens to their car, the member can be informed. Another is to provide a security services on a motorbike (or electric bike?) where they patrol consistently around the parking area on the lookout for suspicious behavior. Not perfect as I said, but something.
I have only been there a few weeks but these are my observations so far of the place. But it is truly worth a visit to evaluate yourself since it is the closest thing I have seen to a luxury caliber gym, matching those in Dubai. And you know what they say about Dubai...

My experience with this gym has not been good. I’ve had multiple lifetime membership through the city of Houston and this one is the most expensive and dirtiest. The men’s steam room especially is horrible. A lot of left towel through gym hours. The walls yellowing when this is a brand new location it really shows that things aren’t getting cleaned. Someone who is paying a lot of money to experience a nice clean gym and not your standard gym I really would like this location to have better standards not just for the men’s locker room but the whole gym

I joined at the beginning of this month and started training with a super amazing coach Named Rad! I would highly recommend him, because he can get you pumped to exercise.
On top of that I recently joined the heated Pilates class, and it is fantastic! I can’t wait to go again!
I always look forwards to going in and visiting with people, and I’m currently on a self healing journey to get myself in better shape, so for people to be cheering me forwards is Huge! Thank you Lifetime!

I wanted to take the time to write this review in order to mention about all the Pros and Cons I have had encountered after joining this gym. Sorry a bit long, but we'll worth the read!
Firstly a huge shout out to front desk staff such as Jarvis and Natasha. They are an absolute delight to have and chat to the moment you walk in and leave.
Apart from being impeccably dressed, they are always there to greet you with a big warm smile and take the time out to listen to any concern or issues one might have about lifetime.
I truly believe that the front desk are the ambassadors of any facility and proper representation would only want people to want to sign up and a be a part of the gym.
Another shout out to coaches such as Theo, Artis, Manika and Tanya
C who teach the Arora classes, dance and Zumba.
They are amazing at interacting with the audience and its a joy to be in their class. So much so I look forward to taking any class that they are teachinj as you feel welcomed, cherished and motivated!
Now for the cons... mind you they are not negative but I feel with proper management skills this can be rectified and lifetime can go from strength to strength setting them apart from all other gyms out here making people they are getting value for their money.
1)Even though the have hydromassage and normatec machines, I cannot understand why they dont employ staff to cover all the way from 8am to 6 or 8pm.
As paying members with most classes being around that time they need have those machines running in order to recover and refresh from work outs or other training sessions. Specially for those who take sometime more than 2 to 3 classes a day!
2) The cafe prices and spa prices are ridiculous and even more expensive than any other cafe or spa i have seen outside the gym.
As a paying member they need to actually sell stuff in there that are affordable and subsided so that when your in the gym from morning to evening you feel comfortable buying food and drinks in there and not having to pay 13 usd for one cold meal or 12usd for one drink.
Making it feel like using an outside spa or cafe is more in most peoples budget than using one within the facility.
3)When the kids need to use the bathrooms upstairs no one else can enter there till the child gets out causing huge lines and inconveniences.
Either build a separate one stall Toilet area for kids or have an adult stand in front of that cubicle the child is using, so that the others are not forced to either wait or have to go downstairs to use the restroom.
4) For having paid a premium to get a membership here i fail to understand why the pilates classes are not included. If they claim that their equipment are creme de la creme and cannot be found in other pilate studios or if their trainers are trained highly in order to teach there then atleast make it affordable for people to feel like its worth taking that class without feeling ripped off.
My final thoughts are if they tweak a few of their cons out they will have a gym that cut above the rest.
And I personally myself would be glad to use all the amenities without feeling that I am paying extra for a privilege when I am already paying 5 times more than other gyms out there.
Finding a gym such as this is a wonderful experience where elegance meets class and style.
It has got me motivated enough to spend more quality time in there ensuring that I feel great about trying to reach that goal of being healthier and in turn looking and feeling good.
I hope this review will be actually reviewed in order to make Lifetime members feel that it is worth while paying the premium without having to compromise on the above making it worth paying the kind of prices we do to join this gym as opposed to other gyms out there!

I had an unpleasant experience at the pool today. All the lanes were full, so I joined the one with only one swimmer, since the rule says a maximum of two per lane. I waited for her to pass before getting in so I wouldn’t surprise her, but she still brushed against me.
When she got to the end, she told me I needed "her permission" to join and that she didn’t want to be “bothered.” I explained that I was sorry I hadn’t informed her earlier, but the rule allows two swimmers per lane and everyone should share. This isn't her private swimming pool. All members have the equal right to use the facilities. She insisted I talk to the staff, so I did. The staff confirmed it’s about informing, not asking permission, and said they would follow up.
When I saw her leaving, I asked her to wait because the staff wanted to talk to her. She refused, saying she didn’t have time and even contradicted herself by insisting I still should have informed her—something I had already apologized for. At that point, she kept going on, so I walked away. She knew she should share but just didn't want to share. Such a selfish and arrogant person.

If you’re the General Manager of this Lifetime Fitness, I strongly recommend training the front desk staff. The team working today around 6:30 PM was unprofessional. Proper customer service training is needed. This is a high-end fitness club, and as paying customers, we expect to be greeted both upon arrival and when leaving. They need to stop chit chatting with each other or on their personal phone

We have been going to this location since it opened and love it here! The facilities are still brand new and well-upkept. The classes are 💣 (if you need some convincing, try anything taught by Tanya, Stephanie or Leslee and you’ll never look back! Although we don’t need to advertise for their classes any harder, they’re already always full 😆) Jarvis at the front desk is the best concierge we have ever known (and also is probably the best dressed guy I’ve ever known 😆) the price tag is steep but it actually works as extra motivation for us to take full advantage of everything the gym has to offer.

I rarely leave reviews, but Lifetime Fitness has let me down far too many times and I feel other families deserve to know. For a club that charges premium prices, the management and customer service are shockingly poor.
Management & Communication:
Management is constantly changing, and no one ever takes accountability. Front desk staff smile, say “okay,” and then push you along without actually solving problems. Even when issues are escalated, there is no follow-through.
Kids Club (Major Concern):
The Kids Club is unsafe and absolutely not worth the money. Back in August 2024, we had a serious incident with our children and requested camera footage. After weeks of going back and forth, they finally admitted that management had changed, and we would have to start the entire process all over again. Nothing was resolved.
Fast forward a year later, we decided to give them another chance. When dropping off our kids, we clearly instructed staff that both children should be placed in art class and not go outside because my son has severe asthma and medical issues. When I picked them up, I found out they were outside the entire time and never went to art class as requested.
To make matters worse, there was no manager available on a Saturday morning. I filed my complaint with Sean at the front desk, who assured me someone would follow up. Six days later, I had to chase him down, only to be met with excuses like “they didn’t understand my email.” Still, no one from management has ever contacted me.
Bottom Line:
This is not what you expect from a premium club. The service is terrible, the Kids Club is careless, and management turnover means nothing ever gets fixed. If you value safety, communication, and basic accountability, I do not recommend sending your kids here.

I enjoyed my time at Lifetime. The facility is very nice and clean. Always enough equipment. The training staff was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me get started on a routine that would be helpful for me and what I needed to accomplish in the gym. Lifetime was not just a gym. It was a lifestyle. We had healthy food options, the spa area and my favorite the pools, sauna and steam room. Very nice experience. I just wanted the experience for about 4 months and I enjoyed it.

Lifetime Sienna has a new General Manager Joseph Tirado. He is definitely exactly what we needed. Joseph offers great customer service and he listens. He actually engages in conversation and makes himself visible at Lifetime, which is a first at our location. I like the new changes and transparency. The best is yet to come!!!
I also want to give a special shout out to Mr. Jarvis at the membership desk. He is always well dressed, professional and goes above and beyond for members. I appreciate all of his hardwork and dedication!!! He should definitely be the membership front desk manager. Jarvis has been there since opening day. Keep up the good work Mr. Jarvis!!!

Lifetime is an awesome gym. The classes are great, and the instructors know their stuff. The reason for the 4 stars is because the men's locker room is way bigger than the women's. It is crazy how different the locker rooms are. The wet and dry sauna rooms are bigger on the men's side. The shower heads are higher. Total inequality.
Edit: Now, I'm giving the gym 3 stars as I went to a class at the Greenway gym. That gym is so clean and the employees are so nice. The Mo City management needs to take a field trip to Greenway to see how a gym is supposed to look and feel.

Horrendous non-existent service from the management, minimal to no security at a really expensive, nicely equipped gym, non-management staff is courteous but you’d expect that at a gym like this. Mine and 6 other vehicles were broken into on 9/17/24. I was parked up front, first spot by the pool. *Incident resulted in an insurance claim close to $8k and inconvenience of being without my car for over 7 weeks.* Manager was “kind” enough to finally call and email me after 48 hours once I complained to corporate and made a phone call. Offered one month dues waiver as if it was sufficient and has yet to email back. I had emailed with all charges I am incurring. Forget upping the ante, she doesn’t even care to respond back. I doubt the email went to her junk mail bcs I responded to her initial email. You would think this was the first instance here but in speaking to the Missouri city sheriff department and other members at the gym this is a regular occurrence. It happened a day after my incident, weekend before my incident, month before, 6 months prior, you get the point. You would think it only happens during late hours, turns out members have had same experience during the day. The gym or might I say “Country Club” management states parking is at your own risk. I get that part, I actually did not lose any belongings from my car I don’t leave anything inside but what about some general security so thugs don’t come break in and potentially harass members? Sounds like they don’t want to own up to their shortcomings and liabilities. I am planning to cancel as I have not seen any changes or remorse or courtesy to respond back to my inquiry. They can keep at it and will not see stable membership. Never thought I would get frustrated by a gym that looks as nice and cost as much as this dump.

These guys promised all these amenities and then ended up charging extra for all of them... One of the main reasons I was a founding member with my son's was so we would have a place to use as a second office or study facility and they locked it down and you must pay extra to access this area of the club now. So you can't even get into the business and study area if you're just a regular premium member. Then I signed up a year in advance on a waiting list, before the club was even built, and became a "founding member" with the promise that I would have a lifetime discount on my membership and it turns out that I found out after a year now that I'm paying the EXACT same price that's being given to people coming off the street and becoming a member now. Totally deceptive in misleading and totally devalues and shows no loyalty to the founding members (All we have different than the regular members is a free leather bag!) on top of this I put in three different phone calls and left messages at the desk for the manager of the gym to call me back regarding this and not once was I ever contacted! Terrible customer service! And the chiropractic and rehabilitation center never seems to be open, nor does half the amenities in the gym when you want to use them.... And of course the never-ending slew of lack of security for the members with all the vandalism in the parking lot. Absolutely terrible management at this gym!!!!!! Outrageous pricing with terrible management and never ending up-charges for everything, including a $50 charge to bring a guest with you into the gym!

Even tho is a beautiful location the customer service and hydro massage chair is horrible. I came with my guest today to let the front desk know that I couldn’t register through the app and I needed help doing it the old way. They laughed and the guy at the front desk throw a joke that my guest didn’t enjoyed or maybe I though it wasn’t a joke He said let’s see if you are not lying to me face serious, and my guest ask what do you mean, he said regarding the issue about registering the guest online. 😐 she took it as an offense, a minute later we try to use the hydro massage just to find out the cut of time on the weekend is until 12. I mean is 3pm no one is using it why limit the time? The membership is already very expensive for us not to be able to use the amenities within business hours. I never had this issue at any other location!

Mo-City has one of the best Life Time facilities and staff members in the state hands down. When it comes to their state of the art facility, their safety of members belongings are lacking. Last night, on Tuesday (9-18-24) between 7pm - 11pm, there were 7 vehicles that were broken into, vandalized, a victim’s wallet stolen and another victim’s handgun stolen in the parking lot. The wallet stolen was later determined, the credit card inside was used to make an unauthorized purchase at the Walmart down the street by the suspect(s).
This ongoing burglary of a motor vehicle has been a major concern since members come to this facility to enjoy and not worry about their safety. Knowing your security personnel departs at 6pm, it makes no sense. With the amount of money members pay for this facility, there should be minimum of a security staff member on site during all business hours to deter any criminal activity.
I attend this facility late at night, and you even have female staff members that leave the facility alone. I would never have my daughter leave and lock up a gym by herself, and walk across the parking lot by herself at 12am. This place has more victims than members. Safety is a necessity, and should be utmost priority of the facility. Life Time has to do better, or else criminals will take over and member will not feel safe at all.
Mo- City PD will be contacted to get their tower installed in the parking lot. This is not a good look, but get passed your image and focus on the safety of the members, which should be the utmost priority. This post will be removed once Life Time implements changes for their staff and members safety. Thank you!

UPDATE: although no one has contacted me through this review from lifetime. They have addressed the issue. For the last couple of days everything seem to be up to the standard of other lifetime facilities. Thank you for the team at lifetime.
I am quite disappointed with Lifetime Fitness in Missouri City. Despite being a high-level fitness center, the locker room facilities are not up to standard. There are no hair dryers at each station, and they often run out of towels in the evenings. Additionally, some stations lack basic amenities such as deodorant and hairspray. I've reported these issues multiple times to the front desk, but no changes have been made. It's unfortunate because I expect a much higher level of service and maintenance from Lifetime Fitness.
I'm not sure why they have these problems. The other locations, like Green St. and Greenway, run perfectly fine. They definitely lack proper management here. Despite trying to report these issues multiple times, the front desk took no action. I also attempted to provide feedback on their website, but there’s no way to do that, and when I call, it says their phone system is not working.
Anyone at Lifetime who would like to reach me, please do so. I will adjust my review if these issues are resolved in a timely manner.

OK facility with lots of amenities but lacks proper implementation in a lot of areas. For example, basketball court is split with pickleball to begin with but then on top of that they seemingly have it booked more than half the time for events/reservations. Swimming pool is nice but outdoor water park area has super limited hours to nullify so much possible usage. Training area is littered with trainers looking to take control of floor space and equipment, taking away a decent amount of freedom — noted that this is important additional income for them but why inconvenience the regular paying customer who pays a premium to begin with?! Speaking of pricing, it’s high enough as is but additional services cost an extra premium so good luck justifying it. Folks at the front are solid sales and customer service people but their system has its own glitches that make the final product fall short of expectations…and it’s not even close.

This is to thank Lifetime MO City, TX for their amazing service during Hurricane Beryl. They were up and running that evening of the hurricane and it was the only place to get food, hot shower, and signal to be able to connect to love ones. The staff was incredibly helpful to all that came in and they were overloaded as many used guest passes to allow family and friends to come and refresh in the facility since many of us did not have power at home. I was extremely grateful to them as our community was without lights and signal for days. I’m sure the staff was having their own struggles at home, but you couldn’t tell as they had smiles on their faces as they serve. Thank you all sooooo much for all you did for me and the community during our time of need.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

We’ve been with LifeTime for just about two months and my son and I love it. We’re always greeted at the door and staff is very helpful. Shout out to Jarvis for the awesome tour and making my son feel welcomed. Trey looks for him when we enter. He’s usually found going above and beyond at the counter.
The instructors for pickleball are the best. Mohammed and Caleb are so patient and awesome when it comes to teaching the basics. One day, I’ll be a great player because of these guys.
My son had a summer jam party a few weeks ago and we had 12 kids and parents attend. Our guests loved the activities and the grounds. They couldn’t stop complimenting the cleanliness of the facility. However our party planners, Alex, Ashley, and Mikaela were the rockstars! They provided anything I asked for and were very accommodating. Mikaela greeted my guests and got them all signed it. Ashley had the utmost patience with the kiddos in the tumbling room (where the boys were running wild 😊). Alex helped to unload items from my car and offered assistance constantly throughout the afternoon. We had a great experience and we love this gym!

I am a member here and one thing I have to say is for them to keep up the restrooms better, especially the family showers. We pay too much for the restrooms and the showers to not be maintained and cleaned, I shouldn’t see hair in the drain.

I want to share that I have been a guest of my daughter at Life Time Missouri City and its been a extremely pleasurable experience to see all the great classes and fun for my granddaughter and daughter. The parents night out for is a added bonus for the kids and parents. The faculty is always kept clean and maintained. The staff are awesome and make you feel welcome each visit. I have become a member now to strengthen the muscles that support my knees and overall start my fitness journey. I highly recommend this location.

Life Time Corporate needs to pay attention to what’s going on at this location!! A lot of vehicles are getting their windows shattered and broken into!! It’s not a once here and there! It’s happening wayyyy too much! Multiple times a day!! Yes they hired a security guard to drive a cart around the parking lot…but the guard is not doing his/her job! The vehicles are still getting broken into!! It sucks that you pay such a high membership fee to not feel at peace when you’re working out inside thinking someone is breaking into your car. This needs to be fixed ASAP or this location will see a huge decline in members…I know the decline has already started.

It’s a great gym. People honestly complain about everything nowadays. Very clean facility with a nice steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Every squat rack has a mirror as well. I drive 30 minutes daily to come here.

The gym has excellent potential. The facilities are always clean, the cafe has great eats and the group classes are fun! My only challenge is they took away some of the 7am group classes and evening classes are sparse. They don’t have nearly the amount of offerings as the Sugarland location but it’s very nice and close.

Went there today as a guest with a friend.I’ve been there before with my friend(under 18) as a guest which they let us in with but today they suddenly needed a adult and liability form my dad had to come all the way back and even after signing he was about to leave when he said he has to be there which he didn’t make clear before any of the signing so we were obviously annoyed because he hadn’t made it clear so we asked if there’s anything else and he had a attitude and said idk and more. Before when he was finding the form we said thank you and in a rude way he said “don’t thank me yet”.The person at the front desk was Jalon tall guy with braids and was not at all what i expected from a front desk employee of a “country club”

I just joined last week and appreciate the staff walking around, and I love the cleanliness of this club and those checking to keep it that way. There's so much to do here to diversify the health journey and that is wonderful. Just an overall great experience, as well as convenient hours and stellar amenities and for the cost, I believe this club holds its value and I am sure all members want it to stay upscale, clean, safe and welcoming place for all, and all ages!

Love it here! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Even during 'peak' times I rarely have to wait for a machine. Locker rooms, steam room, jacuzzi and showers are all always clean. Plenty of great classes for the kids. My daughter loves the classes and the staff in the kids area is awesome!

Gym is extremely clean! Machines are always functional. I love it here! Totally worth the $$.
HOWEVER, the group classes held in the middle of the floor are so incredibly obnoxious. They take up all the space and you literally have to walk around everyone and everything. Don’t even get me started on the music blasting. I don’t understand why classes aren’t held in the rooms. But it is what it is.

I absolutely LOVE the LifeTime Fitness Gym in Sienna!! It was the best decision for me and my family. The front desk staff has been very courteous but Jarvis has been super helpful and accommodating! He gave us our tour and we probably wouldn't have signed up if it wasn't for him. Jarvis answered all of our questions with great detail and handled our concerns with care. Anytime we need help or have a question Jarvis has been ready to assist with a smile. That is exactly the service we expected for the cost of the membership. I have met with several of the trainers and they have all been great! Hayden gave a great equipment orientation tour and took his time explaining all of the machines in great detail. I took an Intro to Core and Abs class with Paije and he took his time showing us the correct form to complete the exercises. My 13 year old daughter and I took a Stretch and Balance class with Artis and he was awesome! She enjoyed the class and felt encouraged to come back. My overall experience here has been great! The facility is clean, they play a variety of music and the staff has been friendly. If you're looking for a gym that provides more than just weights and equipment then this is worth the money. Ask for Jarvis to give you a tour and you won't be disappointed!

Love this gym and the staff! Always clean with great amenities. My trainer, Jeremy is the best and absolutely love the various classes that are offered. Also, have to rant and rave how honest the people are here. I lost my husband's ring in the family bathroom and not even an hour later another guest found it and turned it in. I'm so grateful to that person and the staff for keeping it safe until I could retrieve it!

Not sure if the thought of being BEAT into a pulp is pleasing to most, but with the amount of classes, equipment, and amenities at this place, its hard not to leave exhausted. Plus, there's Life Cafe in the building to help with recovery through nutrition. I got a membership first and the tour after thank goodness too because the tour was trash. The guide didn't tell us much about the gym. Refused to show us the outside pool area and embarrassed me in front of a potential member. The overall gyms clean and the training staff are awesome but the front desk have attitudes 😒. Also no Chai tea 😑.

This gym is a joke the GM and Front desk manager do not seem to know what they are doing. Tried asking about adding the work space to my membership but the front desk manager seemed annoyed as if i was bothering her. The gym is beautiful and I wished the interaction with the the front desk and GM was better. I’ve cancelled my membership after the off putting experiences.

Terrible and rude customer service from the front desk. I got a day pass just to check out the new location, and it felt like I was being watched by employees while working out since it was so empty. Will not be coming back again because I felt like I wasn’t welcome from walking in. Also lower down your rates! The prices for membership is ridiculous.

We pay for an upscale club, and this is a perfect example why they staff the right people and everybody is very friendly from the front desk and entire club. Joseph was very helpful with signing my 15yo son and I up. It wasn’t until we tried to add our children after the initial sign up that things got a little shady with the manager. We used our insurance gym benefit (came out to about $180 per month) and wanted to add my 3 other children to the plan for an additional $150 per month ($50 per child) only for them to tell me the only way to add our children was to now put my 15yo son on a regular $199 plan and add the 3 children to his plan, which would now run us nearly $500 per month ($130 for me, $199 for my 15yo, and $150 for our other 3 children) as opposed to the originally projected $330.
Thank goodness I found this out within my initial 7 day grace period because their policies do not state any difference with insurance discount plans.
The front desk staff (I don’t recall her name) seemed to be very dismissive and cold one after realizing their error. Kindness and empathy can take you a long way, especially since the error was not mine but was internal.

Love my Lifetime Sienna & especially Omar in the recovery area!
Last Sunday I was headed to my kickboxing class there and was t-boned in my drivers side door on my way. Fast forward, today is my first day back, I was going to use the hydro massage bed however it was 1 and there were no more appointments for the day. I explained to Omar what happened w/ the wreck and asked if I could squeeze 20 min in to help with my back pain from the accident. Without thinking twice he ever so kindly got me set up. THAT is exemplary customer service & compassion. Thank you Omar & Lifetime Sienna for a fantastic addition to the Sienna community!!

I had originally left a pretty bad review because certain things weren't explained when we signed up, but Desiree the Concierge Membership Leader, called me today and cleared a lot of stuff up for us. She also made sense of a hash of information for me. It just makes me glad that we decided to go with this gym instead of a competitor. Lifetime is expensive, but when you do the math for all the programs and services they provide built into the cost, we actually save money.
I really appreciate Desiree taking the time to explain things and help us out, and Lifetime fitness overall has been an amazing experience.

It cracks me up on all the 1 star reviews (no rock wall, customer service was so mean) blah blah… Cancel your membership and head to Anytime or LA that is a fraction of the size with more people. Tired of folks bitching now that we have a good gym in the area about dumb stuff.
I have had someone greet me friendly every single time upon checking in and they have more than enough machines… While I didn’t hire a personal trainer I observe on a daily basis how happy clients are with their trainers. The manager is always around checking the equipment, saying hi to guest.. and the camps they have daily are so damn lit!
This is easily a top notch gym we have needed near Sienna. If you don’t like it, there are multiple other cheaper gyms in the area to cater to your “needs”. You won’t beat this gym!

i joined in the beginning of august and at first the experience was great but then i realized that there hidden fees. i’m a student who also enjoys working out and one of the main reasons i joined was because of the work study room advertised.
one day i went to lifetime in sweatpants and a sweatshirt and my glasses on because i had just got done studying and wanted to go to the gym and after my workout finish studying. upon arrival the man with blonde hair was rude and dismissive to me. i asked about to study room and he kept mentioning that i need a membership in a demeaning tone assuming that i didn’t have one and kept leaving the conversation to talk to others without excusing himself and kept rolling his eyes when i had questions.
i then showed him that i did have a membership and he finally started treating me like a person. i then found out that the study room is an additional $179 a month!! i was already paying $179 just for me alone so paying almost $400 a month just for a room with nice lighting and a desk was just insane to me. the place is nice i’ll give it that but everything else you would think would be included in a almost $200 a month membership cost extra.
there’s also many young teens here who play around with the machines and are constantly loud, the environment isn’t very peaceful at all and it’s very crowded! not to mention the monthly membership will increase in september with $200 being the lowest.
i think you should go somewhere else worth your money or if you want a lifetime membership go to sugar land because this one isn’t anything special. the staff are very picky about who they treat nice and act very prestigious and judge you based one how you look.
i cancelled my membership after 3 weeks and i found out they will charge you for the next month unless you give a months notices which i was not informed of upon signing up. i refused to pay it because i told them i wouldn’t be coming back, there’s a lot wrong with this place and the staff does not inform you of any policies or hidden fees. the tours they give make it seem like you’ll have access to all of but in reality you have to pay extra for half of it. i think there’s way better places you could go to and this is a waste.

I’ve been a Life Time member for over a decade and my membership home is Sugar Land. I also visit the Greenway and Green Street locations often and been to a few locations in the DC area. This location doesn’t live up to other locations. It may be newer, but it doesn’t have any more equipment than other locations, and possibly even less. They don’t have multiples of popular pieces of weight equipment, so expect to wait for basically everything. And the woman at check in was really rude. Talk about disappointment. I really wanted to like this location since it’s closest to me..

Only based on the price which is much more than expected. I’m sure others will give good ratings because of all the new equipment and services offered, but it’s not worth the price if you don’t make use of all they offer. If you are just going for a short workout on the treadmill, ladder, elliptical or weight lift, and not making use of other services; don’t waste your money.

I must say I have enjoyed my new club location since opening day, almost every day. Trainers, instructors, club staff, spa, pool, and Life Cafe are very welcoming. They work to keep the facility clean and nice, and the facility is elaborately appointed! I love the classes, and equipment floor is ample and spacious...no waiting around for machines even when the parking lot is packed! I can go on, but I love, love my new gym home.

Upon visiting the front desk to enroll in a new membership, I must express my concerns regarding the customer service experience. I observed that the front desk staff seemed to lack essential customer service skills. Their demeanor appeared inattentive, cold, and, at times, dismissive, which left a less than favorable impression. Upon entering the facility, I did not receive a warm greeting, and when I sought assistance with inquiries about the membership process, the staff member appeared to be limited in knowledge and provided responses in a curt manner. As a potential new member, this interaction made me feel somewhat unwelcome, and I believe that enhancing the staff's customer service training and approachability could greatly improve the overall experience for prospective and existing members. I think I will take that money elsewhere because this facility is not cheap.

Lifetime Sienna is a gorgeous, luxurious, expansive club with ample equipment and employees of the highest quality. I am proud to be a founding member, and encourage anyone to check it out. My one star off is because at the preview center, multiple employees invited us to celebrate the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony today. I made special arrangements to have an early lunch from my work to attend. Yet, when walking in, we were informed, with kindness, that the ceremony was only for friends and family of the employees, not the general members. While apologetic and appreciative of my patience, the situation still stings. It isn’t every day one gets to be a “founding member” of an organization, and to have been there from the beginning with the ribbon cutting was something that only comes the one time. It meant a lot to me. I’m proud of the hard work I put in, and the opportunity to afford this membership. Now, every time I check in, I’ll always feel the sting of being denied that moment despite having been invited to it. As I said, the club is beautiful. The employees are extremely friendly. It feels like “home.” I just wish that I never knew about or was told to come to the opening ceremony when it was not for me.

Utterly rude staff, waited for over one hour to sign up with my wife and kids earlier this afternoon, the two women at the reception paid not attention to us, when I finally asked if some someone would eventually get to us, the response was, "We will get to you when we can, if you can't wait, leave", I was so embarrassed; especially, because my kids saw and heard how sarcastic and obnoxious these ladies were--this is definitely not a facility for families.
At $399.00, plus tax for a family of five; honestly, this Lifetime location needs someone to teach them manners, lessons in professionalism--very shameful, so disappointing--I will not go back and subject my family and I to such disrespect and humiliation!

TRUELY DISAPPOINTED! Don’t join unless you need a $200 monthly daycare or work station to get a break from your kids (no rock climbing). It focuses on what can we sell them and the kids. I thought they would have more and different workout machines. What can we do with 1 to 2 leg & curl extensions at peak hour. One inner and outer machine. Where’s my butt machines and the women’s area? You have a bunch of kids walking around holding up the few machines they have. Oh if you’re going for cardio only this is the gym for you. If you are serious about working out like I am this is a waste of money. I guess I’ll cancel and stay with Fitness Connection we’re there’s 4-6 of the same machine for $10 a month. This would have been convenient living across the street. Ok, being fair it’s beautiful country club and I like the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi in the bathroom.
