Love the family that runs the place! They are always so welcoming. Definitely the best atmosphere around. I really just go to use the treadmill and yoga room, but if I were more of a weightlifter, they definitely have everything I'd need. Highly recommend!

Just joined this gym a couple of weeks ago and I love it!! The owners are so nice and very helpful. Very laid back welcoming atmosphere. I came in over the weekend for a guest pass as i was visiting from out of town. The staff and management was very kind and takes great care of the equipment and facilities. Their selection of precor equipment is fantastic and this is easily the best gym in the Livingston area!

We had the pleasure of meeting Philip and Tina Lanier at a local market in Livingston during the Small Town Throwdown, in Livingston, Texas and we felt an immediate connection. They are such great people with amazing energy! We also had the honor of creating beautiful water bottles for the gym featuring their logo, which was a fantastic experience. I love that the whole family is involved in the business, fostering a wonderful sense of community.

Joined this gym about a month ago.
I was looking for a good gym because I had surpassed the capabilities of my home gym. I visited area gyms and decided this place works best for me.

The owners are very accommodating and welcoming.
I like this gym because it has everything I need and I can get in my workout in an hours time. Usually never have to wait for a piece of equipment.

Joined here because of the non commercialized outlook of the gym. It’s very personal. The staff go out of their way to help everyone. Options in all equipment one could need. The side studio is fantastic to dip off into. There’s a sign on the wall that say “Good Vibes Only”. That is exactly what this gym produces. Optional memberships workout nicely as I work on the road and am only in a place for a short period of time. The 24/7 works great with that too. You can’t go wrong with this gym. If you live there or just passing through then you have to check this place out. Thank you for providing me and everyone else with the opportunity to indulge ourselves in ourselves at your facility.

I asked if they would consider some type of martial arts training and they said they have cardio fight nights and they added 2 other types self defense plus budokan karate. I used to come to this gym under the old management. I moved from the area so I had to switch gyms. I passed by and I was impressed with the changes! The new manager was nice and welcoming. They already made some upgrades and are planning to keep improving. I'm excited to see the renovations they have planned. If I still lived in the area I would still be coming here.
