Before taking Kirsti’s pelvic floor classes, I had no idea what a pelvic floor really was. She provided so much insight and gave such a detailed explanation as to what a pelvic floor is and why it’s important to strengthen it. Her workouts range from beginner friendly to intermediate and their low strain but HIGH impact. She makes it fun and engaging and effective. The results I’ve achieved I didn’t even know were possible. Thank you Kirsti! 10/10 recommend!

This program is amazing for Mom’s and Non mom’s! This is the place to go if you are a beginner or if you haven’t worked out in a long time and want a detailed re introduction to fitness! She focuses on correct form and is a continuous support throughout the program. You won’t see her barely popping in every once in a while you will see her reaching out to you almost every day with tips, tricks, encouragement and any updates that may be needed for your individual program. This is definitely a place where you don’t have to feel intimidated for asking a question, repeating a question or if needing more clarity on how to do a movement or exercise!

Let me start by saying when you join one of her programs, you will not regret it!
I want to preface saying that I don’t have children of my own, yet, but over the past several years, I’ve learned how crucial it is for all of us to have a strong pelvic floor for every day life. In her programs, Kristi explains every exercise in great detail that’s very understandable which has helped me a ton.
As a former college athlete, strength training and living an active, healthy lifestyle is my passion, so adding this to my routine is icing on the cake. I haven’t seen immediate results (which is ok) but I’m consistent with the workouts and love everything about it!

After being pregnant I noticed that I had diastasis recti and pelvic floor instability. Both my mom and sister have had pelvic floor issues and therefore I knew I had to be proactive and something had to be done. I am so grateful that I started Kirsti’s pelvic floor program. I started the program 6 weeks postpartum and in just 2 weeks I have already noticed a huge difference. Before starting the program I had some heaviness, incontinence, and about a 2 finger gap in my abdominal muscles. The heaviness has improved and I no longer have a gap in my upper abdominal muscles. Not to mention I am able to fit in a pair of jeans that I was not able to fit in before starting the program! It is crazy to think this happened in 2 weeks and I can’t imagine how much stronger I’ll be at the end of the program. Do yourself, future self, and your pelvic floor a favor and get started, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
