I really want to go back to this gym but sadly I just can’t. I really miss the old owner everything was ran so smooth, they even had it open 24hours which was the hours I came in to workout because its not overly crowded at night, the new owners really suck smh man I hope the old owner some how buys it back which would be a miracle, to this very day I’m still looking for a 24 hour affordable gym to got to.

I told them ahead of time that I won’t be going they try charging me for leaving ! I left and stopped and they charged me 80 and I haven’t been there . It’s been 2 months and we had stopped payments and I was still charged ! SMH🤦‍♂️ the gym was okay but never there to cancel membership and they they bs and don’t show up to get it done. Would not recommend still haven’t got back to me to be able to fix this

I came to this gym when I was in high school. Ten years later I'm back. I'm typing this review inside the sauna at the gym. It is a little older and a grunt kind of gym but they have everything you need to get a great workout in. I know the owners and they are wonderful people. They used to own El Grande across from Walgreens. Let's get more people in this gym!

Been waiting over 20 minutes and no front desk associate. Literally over half the machines don’t work. And on top of that, the gym associate lied to me about the maintenance of a specific cable machine. Old managers/ owners actually cared for the gym. New- not so much. I could produce fecal matter better than what this gym has become. It’s sad.

Really bummed about this place. We've gone here off and on for the last 8 years and with the new mgmt it's clear they don't care about their customers. Nobody is ever there. Sauna is never on. There are maybe 2 working treadmills at this point. You have to unplug one and plug it back in to get it to work. Equipment is falling apart...
We called to see how we cancel our membership and were told someone will be there for us to turn in our key. Well...surprise came by twice and nobody was there. Want to support small businesses but now we are forced to go to another gym.

People here are friendly and willing to help you or receive advice from you. The owners are very professional and the gym is kept tidy and organized. I look forward to my lifting days and getting to go to lords for my workouts!

Great gym as far as equipment but sadly new owner has done several things that are hurting it. No more towels no more 24 7 gym service talks of increasing gym fees even though less and less is being provided. Front desk help is phenomenal but you can find better for less. I used this gym for about 5 years and came back now I don't think I will be staying.

Now that I am finally back to health I need to let people know my experience after going to this gym. I came here as a guest and was there for only about an hour before I had to leave. I had a severe coughing fit which I do not smoke and have a healthy resperatory system. Two days later I was in the hospital from mold exposure. I even noticed a pile of towels shoved under the back door to keep out flooding water with what appeared to be black mold. I can only imagine the infestation of mold that is in the drywall. For $30 you would expect a clean gym, not exposure to black mold in this rusty disgusting dirty gym. This place is a health concern and I've notified the public health Dept regards to this.

If you're looking to join a gym where none of the cardio equipment works properly then look no further. NONE of their treadmills work properly. The gym itself is very dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. They leave a mop bucket out with stagnant dirty water in it all the time. This gym is cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

This is by far the best gym in town! They offer everything from, unlimited tanning, and sauna, to all the best equipment you could find and an aerobics room. They are open 24 hours and they have daycare services! They offer these classes that you can take for free that are awesome! They aren't too hard but the instructors are great and they really help get you into shape! The best part about all of this is no sign up fee and it's just $15 a month! I could not believe the price we signed up the first day! Everyone that works there is so nice I will never belong to another gym!
