Great atmosphere and coaches. Challenging classes but very enjoyable. I travel for work half of my time and have the chance to workout at a different location in Florida as well. Both follow the same philosophy, which I really appreciate. They also communicated with each other and adjusted a plan that works for me. Super thankful for the support and consistency across locations.

This place is fantastic! A business is really only as great as its people and Ryan has created an awesome team and equally great environment. I was a bit worried about feeling intimidated, as I'm new to strength training, but that's not the case at all. There is a wide range of skill and strength levels at each class, so I'm able to push and grow while not feeling out of place. They make you feel seen and a part of the community from the get go. Kayley is the best coach I've ever had and she gives me just the right amount of feedback and push, which I'm super grateful for. I can feel the results and loving it!

I come from a very tough background and that being said I never had the time to go the gym and everytime I got a membership I would just cancel by 2 months in. I started working up in grapevine and like the good lord says he has a path for us all; I was able to encounter Ryan and MADabolic the environment is great you feel comfortable no matter who you are or where you come from. I’m ready to be the best I can be and I know MADbolic is going to be the place to take me there so check it out!

I love this place! Truly the best workout of my life. I’m burning 300+ calories every time I go in. I’m newer to consistent exercise & don’t feel like I can’t handle what I’m walking into. I recently did the 5 day/$5 trial at Madabolic in Southlake. I follow their social, and was intrigued. I found the studio to be both clean, and safe, and the coaches were wonderful. If you love a quick, intense, full body workout, this place is for you. The community seemed great too. Highly recommend you try it for yourself.

I am brand new and came in by myself basically off the street, into what could have been an intimidating experience; however, Ryan & Kaylee both have gone out of their way to connect & make sure that everyone including the newbies in the class will be walking out in great shape physically, mentally, emotionally, and injury free.
I have been to gyms and studios where there are cliques and exclusive events that have made other people feel uncomfortable & passed over. I have experienced the exact opposite of that at MadAbolic.
The gym is very clean & air conditioned. Not to be taken for granted bc all studios/gyms are not like that.
I really appreciate detail oriented instruction as well as a positive & encouraging atmosphere. I have found that MadAbolic’s trainers are thoughtful & caring in their approach. I am very grateful to have come in on a teacher’s promotion for the summer & to go back into the school year stronger in so many ways.
MadAbolic gets a 100% A + from this teacher. :)

This week marked my 250th class at Madabolic. I can’t stress how much this program has helped with my health journey over the last 18 months.
If you show up and stay consistent things will change. You will gain strength, you will lean out and you will feel amazing.
The biggest reward for me though is witnessing the improvement and progress of fellow dedicated members in both strength and confidence.
Two members have also gone on to become unbelievable MAD trainers as well.

First time at MAD today! Did the anaerobic class and loved it. Coach Kayley was so welcoming and always checked to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. The people working out were also friendly and offered their help when I didn’t know what to do. Will be back again!

I’ve been working out as long as I can remember. I’ve seen a lot of gyms. And while I’m a new member to Madabolic, I’ve found it challenging enough to keep me interested but not too challenging that I dread going (crossfit). MADabolic has proven to be just the change in workout I needed! I love that you have knowledgeable trainers who give you the tools for the class while allowing you to push yourself at your own pace. The biggest perk for me is not having to plan out a workout- these classes do it all. Different weight options allow for many fitness levels to enjoy the class, and everyone is so encouraging. Can’t forget the incredible music that’s going down either- I always leave class feeling energized and looking forward to the next one!

I have been a member at MADabolic since May 2023. It has been a great experience. The coaches are great! Owner and coaches make you feel very welcome and provide tips to improve form and help you progress. Very supportive community and highly efficient and effective workouts. Doesn’t take hours to get results, just consistency. Highly recommend no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

I’ve been super happy since coming to MADabolic about 60 days ago or so. I had been a long-time bootcamp goer but was in a rut and needed a change. MAD is the place. Super awesome trainers that make sure you maintain great form to avoid injury. Great community. Great workouts. Very efficient and organized. I can’t say enough good things about it. My husband and I came and tried out a class that was lead by Ryan (the owner) and we were so impressed! The facility is so clean, fellow gym members are so warm and friendly as we learned the flow of things and the workout was both killer and very functional! I would 100% recommend!

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering taking a class here. Madabolic Southlake has charged my credit card $150 a month since December without any written consent or permission from myself. I have reached out multiple times via email asking for documentation with my signature approving these charges and have been ignored.
They have responded to my request to cancel any subscriptions they signed me up for and did credit my account for 1 month of the 6 months they charged me, however, they have not acknowledged my last two emails sent asking for documentation with my signature.

I have participated in many exercise programs. MADabolic is by far the best functional movement based program I have been in. I have worked through my own injuries with proper training and coaching. I am new to MAD, but my experience has been nothing short of perfect so far. Four of my family members have been raving about this place and inviting me to come for months and now that I've experienced it firsthand, I can see what all the fuss is about!
I have been highly impressed by multiple aspects of my experience:
1. The welcoming and personalized environment. From the moment I signed up for my first week, I have been greatly catered to with welcome texts from the owner, Ryan to walking in the door for the first time and getting a very thorough tour and overview from Tristan and both greeting me with a "good morning Bekah" without ever meeting them before! I've been blown away by how welcomed I've been and they've made me feel valued and important.
2. The program/design of the workouts. I'm a firm believer that in order to succeed in personal fitness, a program is essential to training your body to become an athlete and see results. It's not about coming to a class here and there, but remaining consistent. The way they've structured their program is incredible. There are three different class types that all focus on different pace/effort and is designed to go 4 times a week to hit all different class types and areas of the body. They focus on 12 weeks of progress which makes it super scalable on an individual level.
3. They way they break everything down to weight tiers is perfect. This allows for you to feel like you are getting the experience of a personal trainer, but the support, encouragement, and accountability of being on a team. They've taken a ton of time to coach me on my form, praise me when I finally get the hang of something, and personalize my weights to where I'm at in my fitness journey. The other members have been extremely welcoming and encouraging as well.
I'm super excited to be a member at MAD and I can't wait to see my progress as I become stronger with each passing week!!

It is hard to choose my favorite thing about MADabolic Southlake. They have the most knowledgeable and engaged coaches that truly want to help you get stronger and faster all while ensuring you work with the best technique. Quality over quantity isn’t just a motto here. The programming is scientifically based and varied with purpose so there’s no boredom. I enjoy the fact that the workouts are strength focused but they don’t crush my body. The music is always on point which is key for me. Each time I attend class, I get a challenging and energetic group workout with a personal trainer-like feel. The trainers know your name, pay close attention to your form and genuinely care about you fulfilling your health goals. The community at MAD is awesome! Good workout , Good coaches , Bad customer service.
I am writing this because not because there is anything wrong with the workout but because of your customer service on 3/20/23 for your 6pm class. My girlfriend having enjoyed your classes that she took on a trial pass with one of your members , booked a class thru ClassPass for 5 credits. Upon arrival you told her she had to also pay $3 for the gloves . Having been several times myself I don’t ever recall paying for the gloves. But when said all she had Apple Pay she was told you only took PayPal or Venmo. Not having either she left without taking the class…. I am writing this because you let someone have a negative experience over $3…. I was going to send you the $3 from my Venmo but she was too embarrassed. Yes you have the right to hold to your policy of $3 gloves but you should’ve taken care of the customer. Grace could’ve been shown here yet wasn’t . That is why I am writing this review.

This is a wonderful work out, it is always different and targets every part of your body. I feel challenged and motivated every time I go. There are different levels and you move at your own pace and yet the staff continues to challenge you. It is a great place to work out.I would highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Working out at 5:30 a.m. is no joke anywhere-but MADabolic raises the bar! Even if you know it's a Durability (or Momentum or Anaerobic) Day you don't know what the workout will consist of-which really challenges my body and brain at 5:30 a.m.! All the trainers are consistent and give great instruction and support.

Highly recommend this gym. If you like having a variety of classes/time options. Can go to as many classes u want with the unlimited which is extremely good value for what you get and there’s about 4-5 classes daily depending on days. Starting at 5:30 am and last ones usually at 6pm. I work an 8-5 in Dallas and am able to make both the earliest and latest classes. Everyone is very nice and judgement free.
They have a 5 days for $5 going on right now. So you can do the trial. Also no long term obligations. I pay month to month.
Coming from someone who use to pay a gym membership monthly and never go - or show up and take it easy, never know what to do, have the wrong form.
When there’s scheduled classes and nice trainers, you feel more obligated to go. They teach you correct forms and it’s great showing up, when you are lacking motivation, and end up leaving feeling accomplished.
I’ve been going for ~3 months and out of all the trainers: Eric, Ryan, Corey, Tryston… you really can’t go wrong with any of the classes. They’re all great trainers, informative, knowledgeable, make you feel comfortable. 10/10 gym.
But I do have to give Eric a shout out as he’s been extremely intentional and informative!

If you are motivated by group training but want to feel like you are in a private coaching session then MADabolic is for you! I have been to many, and I mean many, different gyms and tried all kinds of training. Nothing has given me results like MAD. Great trainers that really focus on form, paired with fun, always different, functional training exercises in a wonderful facility. But, that's not even the best part. The best part is the community. Everyone there is fun and friendly, encouraging and competitive. You can't get through class without being cheered on and given a fist bump. I love that I have found this place!

Amazing gym, amazing workouts and even better trainers. I moved from personal training to MADabolic and I couldn't ask for a better workout. The classes aren’t huge so there’s always a trainer nearby to correct your form and push your limits (and they certainly push you 💪). Not to mention there’s multiple levels so you continue to progress and get stronger month over month. There’s a beginner level up to intermediate so there’s something for everyone and every day offers different workouts.

Recently, I training MADabolic Southlake and had a great experience! The coaches do a fantastic job, welcoming us in, preparing our group for the MAD session and providing cues to help us execute the movements correctly. The workout itself challenges you to move well while improving your strength and athleticism. The facilities are excellent and you get to punch stuff for one of the exercises! I enjoy the structure of every day. There is a plan in place, the equipment is already set up, and all I need to do is show up and put in the work.
