I’ve been training with Dylan for six months and really appreciate the customized workouts he creates for me, tailoring each one based on my needs. His approach for me focuses on injury prevention, confidence, and overall health. I trained with Dylan during and after pregnancy. I'm so glad I decided to work with him. I don't think I could've made it through my rough delivery if I didn't have the strength I had built up in the 9 months leading up (I was not in great shape prior to pregnancy), my doc was very impressed with my health throughout. Never once did I feel over pushed. He is very knowledgable, patient, and funny. Going back after was also rewarding. Here is where he really challenged me because the goal was different, but the challenge never felt insurmountable.
I was supported and learned a lot about what I was capable of. He helped me get back into better shape that I was in before I was pregnant. His rates are great and I left every session feeling better about my health, challenged, and excited for the next session. Shame I can't give him 6 stars.

I would not characterize myself as an athletic-type of person and I have had on and off success with designing my own diet and fitness regimes over the years. In other words, I’m just an ordinary person who knows the importance of being fit but didn’t quite know how to make it all work together. I count myself blessed to have found Dylan. From our first training session together, I felt comfortable following his instructions and amazed myself that I actually looked forward to going to our sessions. He is an excellent (i.e., the bestest!) personal trainer with an approach that keeps me motivated to continue to workout each week. He also coaches me on extending the benefit of my strength training through walking and nutrition information that helps me best maximize the workouts he leads me to do. I have seen the benefits of the transformation to health and fitness level. Even after a period of surgery and injury has slowed my roll for a bit, I have kept working out with Dylan and am optimistic that I will continue to experience great results. Whether you are an athletic type or more haphazard in your current fitness regime, I recommend that you waste no time in connecting with Dylan so you don't miss out on getting where you want to be fitness-wise! You’ll be very glad you did.

I have been working with Dylan for over a year now. As a female in my late 40’s I’ve found a perfect trainer in Dylan for my strength training needs. He has created a program that is challenging but not to the point where I feel overwhelmed or dread going! He is able to adapt specifically to any issues that come up from my job in hospitality and being on my feet many hours a day. He is also extremely flexible and forgiving with scheduling needs and changes. His rates are very fair as well. Highly recommended!

I have been training with Dylan for the past 1.5 years. I had reached out to him initially, to help me recover from some of the postpartum issues, I was experiencing such as Diastasis Recti and trigger fingers, even after a year of giving birth.

Dylan was able to design a program that not only helped me recover but also felt good.

Training with Dylan it feels fun because he is always asking for feedback and is constantly calibrating based on my requirements.

Dylan is also extremely professional and a very warm person. He has more than 21 years of experience in the industry, so is super knowledgeable about various aspects of fitness, nutrition etc. He has been my accountability partner for the last 1.5 years and I have personally loved my fitness journey so far.

I was in a car accident 8 years ago and then another one 4 years later. Both resulted in injuries to my right shoulder. I have completed 2 rounds of physical therapy with different Physical Therapists and while my shoulder improved I was never pain free. I just figured that’s how it was.

I decided to started training with Dylan in November to see if that could help at all and was pain free in less than 6 weeks and I’ve remained that way!

He listened to what my issues were and took the time to work out a program that worked for me specifically and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. He’s a great trainer and I would highly recommend him - especially if you have any injuries or lingering issues you are trying to resolve.

He provides a positive and non judgmental environment and is very encouraging and consistent.

As a bonus I have a really weird work schedule and I very much appreciate how he’s willing to work me in and be flexible.

Dylan Hobbs is by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I have a very bad back, leg, and shoulder issues.
I began working with him to rehabilitate my back and shoulder and improve my overall fitness for my 70+ year old body. He has carried out a plan which has helped me increase the range of motion in my lest shoulder from about 20% with no strength to 100% and almost the same strength as my other shoulder. Dylan always pays attention to how my my body is functioning and makes changes to take advantage of our time without hurting me. Dylan provides me with information on nutrition and hints on how to prepare for physical activities. With his help, I am able to do virtually all of the physical activities working on the ranch and riding horses, many of which I was unable to do prior to working with him.

I highly recommend Dylan Hobbs.
