Extremely disappointing experience with management.
While the coaches were kind and professional, the management was the worst we’ve ever dealt with. Communication was consistently poor, and it became clear that their main priority is money—not the families or the kids.

We attempted multiple times to contact management to cancel our membership, but management ignored us and continued to charge us. In the end, we had to involve our bank to stop the payments.

It’s truly a shame because the coaching staff seemed dedicated, but the overall experience was ruined by how poorly the place is run. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this academy to anyone. Dealing with unresponsive and careless management is simply not worth it.

I can’t thank this gym enough for the growth I’ve seen in my daughter since she’s been here. She’s stronger, healthier, more aware of her ability to overcome challenges, and most of all, having the time of her life being a part of MB Elite Cheer! The sense of community and family we feel here is what makes this gym something special. They are dedicated to making sure each girl acquires the skills and has the support needed to achieve their fullest potential. I’ve seen it firsthand with my daughter.

The expectations to compete and win here are high, as they should be – but having fun while doing it is also a main priority. We have shared so many amazing moments with coaches and other families - too many to count. It makes it extremely easy to recommend MB Elite Cheer to any family looking to see their child experience something great. They have several teams with all different skill levels. HIGHLY recommend a visit!!

I started my daughters on the competitive team with zero experience and a year later they’re tumbling and cheer skills blow my mind. My 11 year old went from mastering kart wheels to throwing standing tucks beautifully. Private lessons are well worth the extra money. The girls on the team are all very close and welcoming to newcomers!
