Rachel has been instrumental in my recover from an emergency spinal surgery on my neck. I’m a previous group Pilates proponent however after this injury I was extremely nervous to go back to Pilates let alone in a group setting. Rachel took the time to get to know my medical history, past Pilates experience and goals. I feel extremely comfortable now to be on a reformer and working again to get back to my former strength.
