I just finished the 6 week challenge and i am beyond happy with my results!

I love the MOB! The workouts are designed to help you find the best version of yourself in an environment that’s supportive, humble and welcoming.

It’s very difficult to be vulnerable about our weight and inability to workout like someone who is fit, but that doesn’t matter at the MOB. They are considerate about everyone’s goals and different fit levels, they help you adjust exercises if you can’t execute them and they push you to do better if they know YOU CAN!

In just 4 weeks I saw an amazing body transformation. I am starting to see a waist line. My stomach is less noticiable and I can’t believe it. I didn’t think I could have done, especially at my age. MOB Fitness is an amazing HIIT Style gym. I recommend this gym from the beginning to someone who has been working out. They push you and keep you accountable, it’s not intimidating or judgmental. After 1 month of staying committed and staying on a good diet I lost about 10 pounds, and lost quite a bit of body fat(used an InBody scanner) - Photos with green screen are my Before pictures.
