I came here from Georgetown, not a short drive. Well worth the trip for me and filled with great instruction. The gym memmbers are nice and they are welcoming to new people. The instructors even have patience with kids classes, especially when this isn't a kid's class. It really takes a good teacher who can show that type of range. The best part is the low costs but exceptional experience. They have plenty of high ranking members who look to help and don't hide to avoid. One day you should drop in and see if this will be to your liking, I am sure that it will be. This is one of the best Martial Arts studios around

I trained for two weeks at Judo MSHQ. I immediately noticed that this is a high quality Dojo. The mat seemed very new and the floor is sprung to prevent injuries. The Dojo also has crash pads in case we are practicing throws multiple times. The mat is cleaned after practice to prevent skin infections.

The quality of instructions is extremely good, Sensei Hector is very knowledgeable and with the support of the other two black belts (my apologies forgot the names) they make sure everyone understands the instruction and are able to perform in a safe and efficient manner. Together as a team they foster a very friendly and welcoming Dojo that produces quality Judokas.

If I PCS to Fort Hood again this is without a doubt the place to be.

Not enough stars to rate this establishment. The environment is family friendly, and a great learning atmosphere. The instructors take the time to know each person as a whole. My son and nephew are in the kids class and have grown so much. The parents love to watch and the kids love to learn! Words cannot describe how amazing MSHQ JUDO is.

Best place to do Judo in this area!! They have the only nationally certified Judo instructor within a 60 mile radius. Classes for beginners and adults as well. The instructor is amazing with new people and makes it a fun learning experience. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in learning any martial art or continuing their training!
